The customer complaint is that when the dryer is done, trying to close, the motor will stay on and tumble the clothes even if the control panel is off. The customer has to flip the circuit to get the dryer to stop tumbling. When I arrive, the customer had the dryer unplugged and the circuit breaker off. I plugged the dryer back in and when I flip the breaker, the dryer started right up. I tapped the control board a couple times with my hand, and then it stopped. I Advise the customer that the motor relay on the main board is sticking closed and on this model the main board would need to be replaced. theres not much availability on the control board At this time because of the age of the unit the customer will think about it and look at buying a new washer and dryer. The customer complaint is the washer does not spin. When I put into spin the agitator spins but the basket barley and it makes a noise like plastic is stripping. I removed the basket and found the cam on the basket was stripped. I quoted the customer for the whole repair. I replaced the cam assembly and ran calibration. Its now spinning good.

The customer complaint is the ice maker was making some loud clicking. The customer removed the ice bin then the noise stopped. I cycled the ice maker and it sounded normal. I gave the customer a quote for the ice maker replacement. I replaced the ice maker and ran a test cycle. I replaced the water filter for the customer and reset the filter.

Washer sounds like an airplane and shakes. Needs new transmission and clutch/hub kit. Transmission not available nation wide. Quoted for both. More than what the washer is worth. 20 years old.

Customer complains the icemaker stopped working. Upon arrival an inspection I began diagnosing and found that the water was not passing from the inlet valve to the icemaker. I defrosted the water in the tube and found the problem. We ran out of service diagnostic mode and double check dollar water fittings. Labor only no parts were used.

Hs customer said water is leaking from the door area. I let the washer run on a clean cycle. I found water leaking from the door seal. The door seal is stretched and I found a small slit on the right side. I replaced the door bellow gasket. I it again and now is not leaking.
