Pops the breaker. I ran the unit for 30+ minutes. Could not duplicate the issue. The wall plug had something rolling around in it. It popped after I pushed in the unit. I quoted a control board, but Im convinced its a plug problem on the house side. I talked to the customer and explained there is no evidence of a failure outside of the plug. If we do a board it will be at risk no returns.

Unit was making loud noise when tumbling. Disassembled dryer then found two rollers had failed. Replaced bad rollers and also oiled up the other two and cleaned them. Cleaned out all the lint and dryer then reassembled unit now unit is working properly. Used 4581EL2002h (2) out of truck stock

The customer complaint was the dishwasher does not drain. I put the dishwasher into a drain and I could hear the pump come on but water was draining slow. I tried to run a snake through the hose and suck whatever out with a vacuum. When that all failed I pulled the dishwasher out. I found the drain hose was kinked. I strained out the drain hose and rerouted it to the garbage disposal. I had to put a hard plastic tube around the drain hose to keep it from linking again.

I replaced the vent grid assembly and cleaned a little bit. There are microwaves now fixed.

Door is just falling down and heavy. Customer already had unit loose from under the counter. Customer bought new springs and cables from LG. Installed parts he had and door is working properly now. Installed the dishwasher the best I could with what he has available. Its better then what it was before.

Customer has an issue with a frozen up fresh food defrost area. Previously she had done a lot of work when I arrived I noticed the evaporator cover was bent there were three cracks in the liner that may be causing moisture leaking. I installed a new drain kit, sensor, and aftermarket heater assembly. I plugged it in and insured the fan kicked on but customers having warranty work done by Samsung in a few days so we left it unplugged. .

Customer complaint is, I.M. in door not making ice. Inspected and tested. Found this is the refrigerator that has the manufacturer defect with the ice and rust forming on the back wall. The ice maker water supply line was frozen. I defrosted line and cycled ice maker. Its cycling and filling now, but will probably freeze again in the future. Because its a manufacturer defect this wouldnt be covered by the warranty. I recommended customer call Frigidaire.

“Great technician here defrosted the icemaker machine and it worked for a short while and is not working any longer. I called Omega to try and get them to come back out had to call Wright Hennepin and they said that the ticket is closed and that the technician said that it was a manufacture defect and they would not be back out to fix it”

Fridge only cools when set to coldest setting. Ice cream is mushy. Evaporator fan has been running loud and grinding. Steamed off evaporator and it only frosts part way up. Half way. 30 in freezer and 40 in ff section. Quoted $395 total for parts and labor. Part 63001247. Needs sealed system work though so we will not be doing this repair.
