Found that evaporator drain tube was frozen and would leak onto bottom of freezer then onto floor. Because of leak, it started to rust the the bottom cavity. I called into tech support and they said that rust and cosmetic issues were not covered. Also the user interface buttons did not always respond when pushing for cubed or crushed ice. I defrosted evaporator drain tube and it is now draining into drip pan and no longer leaks. Replaced user interface and all buttons now respond. Refrigerator is working well.
