Not draining. Found that drain line to garbage disposal was full of gunk and has slow drain. Cleaned out drain line, tested 3-4 drain cycles and dishwasher drains every time. Dishwasher is working good.

Found that dryer vent was clogged with bunch of lint even after customer said that they have vent cleaning service out. I removed the flex venting and just used their adjustable 90 degree that lined up so now is rigid and cleaned out vent to the outside (runs two feet) Tested and showed customer that dryer is cycling heat normally and is working good.

Dryer squeaked when it tumbled. The idler was bad and had failed I replaced it. Your support Rollers have been replaced before and were missing washers. Ill pull those apart and cleaned them put them back together. The body of the dryer is a little tweaked on the right upper side but it went back together smoothly. The dryer is now fixed.

Customer was saying that dishwasher was getting e24 error code and water still on bottom of dishwasher. She said she ran another cycle and it completed. E24 is slow drain error. Customer has air break and i found debris that was stuck in there. I cleaned out debris and explained to customer that bypassing it would be better. I bypassed air break and ran drain directly to garbage disposal. Tested and dishwasher is draining every time. Dishwasher is working good.

Customer complaint was the top in the lower oven on the range, but not heat up. I started both ovens neither would heat embroil not work. I pulled the range out and I checked for 240 across the terminal block. I was getting 240 V at the black and red wires. I then checked for 240 across the bake and was getting zero from one side to ground I got 120 from the other side the ground I got 120. I pulled the relay board off the back and found a burnt trace to the main relay. I repaired the board and both ovens now heated to 350.

Dishwasher not draining. Disconnected the drain line and found a big piece of plastic wedged in the pipe that goes into the plumbing under the sink. Cleaned that out, drains great now.
