Customer stated there was an ice buildup in the back of the freezer. Removed the drawers and door. Found what looked like the ice maker overfilling. There was frost buildup in both fans.removed the back cover and let it thaw out. Checked the valve and found it was the wrong part. Installed the back cover and one of the fans were making noise, put the new cover in the noise went away. Installed new icemaker and checked twice making sure it didnt overflow with water. Unit is operating as it should.

Removed evap cover and found excess ice formation on top of evap near fan and evap temp sensor detached from evap, wire for evap sensor too short to reach evap. Called tech support, confirmed ok to lengthen wire to allow sensor to be placed in proper position. Soldered and heat shrinked wires to sensor and clipped in proper location. Reassembled unit and verified evap sensor reading temps. Instructed Cx to wait 48 hours for ice production.

Checked the glides to make sure that they were pulling the door correctly. They seem to be fine. Replaced the door gasket with new part and conformed it.freezer appears to be ceiling better now. Machine is in a defrost mode and we instructed customer to not open it for the next few hours to let the door gasket sit into place.

Customer stated the unit was not cooling. Both compartments were very warm. Removed the freezer door and the back cover the unit had a decent frost pattern. Customer informed me that a few weeks ago he did the same thing and the unit was full of ice in the top left corner he defrosted the unit letting it thaw for a day. The compressor and fan was not running when I got there unplugged and plugged the unit in and it started and ran fine. The it acts like a board issue, this is the second refrigerator that the customer has had the first one that was identical to this one , the unit was replaced with this one that is not working correctly. Found the unit was a manufactured by Daewoo, could not find any parts available for the unit. The customer suspects that is why the first unit they had could not get repaired and it was replaced. Customer is going to replace the unit.

Customer states the unit had been ran through a cleaning cycle. Gave the customer some additional cleaning solutions and informed the customer that it would be extremely expensive to disassemble the unit to remove the drum to manually clean it. The customer has updated their water system so after the drum is cleaned and the rust scale is removed the issue should be resolved.

Complaint is not cooling properly. One day the had ice cream and it was soft. Also stopped making ice. They swapped the food to another fridge and after a day or two has been working good. It said theres a gap in the fill line between that and the end of the dispenser hole that causes a drip. I adjusted the waterline so there is no gap.

The restriction was probably causing the airflow to the icemaker to be insufficient to make ice quickly. Working now.

CUSTOMER INSTALLED BOARD AND DID NOT RESOLVE - CLICKING NOISE - WON'T DEFROST NOT COOLING. FF compartment temperature is 39F and freezer is 8F. In test mode all thermistors passed and damper and fans are working. I removed the evaporator cover and there heavy frost across the top of the evaporator and a ball of ice in the upper right corner. I turned defrost heater on and it came on and started defrosting. I completely defrosted evaporator and turned refrigerator back on and after 20 minutes theres only frost on about 50 percent of the evaporator. The sealed system is failing. Customer is going to use as is for now.

"Makes a vibrating sound for about 2 seconds after the compressor shuts off. It did happen when i first got here and shut it off. I pulled out refrigerator and took back off to check where noise is coming from but every time I shut off compressor it did not make the noise. I pushed refrigerator back into place and tested it again and noise did not replicate.There was a loose water line on back wall that i taped down and maybe that was vibrating? I informed customer to let refrigerator run over the weekend and see if the noise continues.Office: please call customer over the weekend and verify that if the noise is gone. If noise continues its possible its the compressor/sealed system vibrating slightly as the pressures equalizes?Note: i used floor protector and front edge of refrigerator caught it and was hard to get it unstuck, use larger floor protector if need to pull out again.; saved tckt"

The customer is experiencing a knocking noise when his washing machine is in spin cycle. I removed the agitator and worked my way to the drive bell and seal, the bolts that secure the inner tub and lip seal and hub are nice and tight, in place. No water leaks found.The lower bearing is showing signs of wear, I tried to tighten the inch and a half nut on the bottom of the lower bearing but it continues to make a repetitive knocking sound. I built an estimate and emailed the customer. Customer declined repair at this time.

"NOT HEATING. Dryer is heating and cycling between 210F and 100F for about 14 minutes and then stopped heating, but the ignitor is glowing. I installed new coils and got the exact same results. I called techline and talked with Mike and we tested ignitor and flame sensor and they were good. He said its got to be the board or gas valve. I had the board, so I installed it and its doing the same thing. Dryer needs a new gas valve. Quoted customer $640. to install new valve. Customer declined repairs and is going to replace the dryer."

I added john guest fitting and secured it on to of door hinge so it can no longer slide back into door.
