Customer complaint is, oven is not igniting. Inspected and tested. Found the bake ignitor has failed. Quoted customer $287. to install new ignitor. Customer approved repairs. Installed new ignitor and tested. Oven is heating great. Oven is now fixed.

Washer is leaking, giving IE error. Found a bad rear bearing. Decent play between tubs. In test mode drains great but on spin runs loud. I let customer know.

Customer complaint was the dishwasher is leaking out of the front. Customer said they ran it twice and it leaks right away at the front. Then the customer ran it two more times afterwards and now it does not leak at all. I started the dishwasher and let it run for about 1015 minutes and it was not leaking. I then open the door and found the bottom had quite a bit of suds. The customer said she filled the rinse aid dispenser and some may have spilled out. She thinks she filled it around the same day. It started to leak. I went over cleaning instructions and I cleaned the filter in the dishwasher. I advise the customer to use a less soapy of a soap and to clean the dishwasher monthly.

Unit is leaking from filter. Customer installed new filter and started leaking. Customer found the old one ran old one multiple times and it worked great without leaking. Ran the new one leaked. Let customer know that brand is the problem old try to find a factory one or the PUR brand that was in there now. Unit is operating now correctly with out leaks

The customers concern was with a squeak from his dryer. Upon arrival and inspection I found a small black discharge on the idler and there was a squeak the support rollers looked good. I pulled it apart and cleaned and oiled the rollers and idler. There is a bit of a panel rattle so I adjusted feet but the machine it helped with the rattle but it was not perfect. I looked but could not find any loose hardware on the bulkhead. No parts used just labor. Note customer asked about dryer vent outlets at the side of his home I recommended an option to help keep pests from entering the home.

Replaced idler and blower belt, tested and dryer now runs quiet and is heating and working good.

Vent fan has two speed settings and it is set by manufacture and is high and lower than high speed. Microwave was vibrating when using vent fan. I tightened mounting screws and vibration lessened but i explained that it doesnt vent outside and suction pulls up piece of paper good. Microwave is working good.

Unit would try to tumble but wouldnt unless I helped it. Disassembled unit and found that motor is just weak. Rollers and idler are still good just motor doesnt have the power to get it going. Quoted customer blue book and there going to get a new unit

Customer complaint was the microwave is dead. The customer had replaced some parts but its still dead. The customer had the microwave pulled out and the cover off of it when I arrived. I tested the fuse and it was bad. I found 2 of the door switches were bad. I quoted Blue bloom for the switchs. The customer had another 20 amp fuse. I replaced the 3 switches and the fuse. The microwave is working good.
