Didnt see any leaks at this time. Tried to cancel out of the cycle, and the machine would not drain Took the drain hose off and discovered the drain pump was clogged up really bad took the pump off, cleaned it and reassembled the machine now it drains a lot better. The machine must have been not draining and then overfilling and then the front water was spilling over the front into the basin. Ran the machine and it seems to be working great now"

"Dryer not heating and running for hours on end. Checked junction box. 210 at outlet and junction box. Cleaned lint screens. Still didnt heat. 4 ohms black to brown, and 3 ohms black to blue. 2.6 ohms brown to blue. We ran the dryer for 10 minutes and it went up 15?. We put it through full test mode and there are no error codes. The compressor and cooling fan and all components run correctly. We explained to tenant that they should not use dryer sheets because of how it comes up the filters and prevents moisture from exiting the dryer.we also told them not to use the shower when they have the dryer running because the dryer will suck in all that excess moisture.

"NOT HEATING. Customer said it seems to be heating later in the cycle. Customer is using timed dry, but the eco dry is on and you have to manually turn it off. I started a timed dry with the eco off and its heating, just climbing really slow. This has the heating element with 2 coils. One of the coils has failed. Installed new heating element and tested. Dryer is heating great and cycling between 205F and 120F. Dryer is now fixed."

"Fridge cools great, but when the range cook top is on, it often trips the breaker for the fridge and the range. Range is 240 VAC and fridge is on 120 outlet next to it. We ran all burners and could not replicate the issue. Compressor running, nothing shuts off. Inspected under cook top and there is nothing shorting out. The ice that was in the icemaker on arrival was only about a quarter full removed it went to test mode filled it completely full. No issues. Check for air codes. No air codes. Well, I put it in a high-speed spin seems like it has some resistance, and when I open the lid, stop right away this assembled unit looked at the clutch and found the spring on. The clutch is over expanded and dragging the unit down. quoted for a new clutch. Also recommended a new call coupling because its the old weaker style. Customer approved installed parts tested unit agitate good now and spins out clothing.

"It is the actuator making the grinding noise again as its is trying to shift from agitate to spin. Strange that it would be another failure of part but upon inspection nothing else seems to be an issue. Only other part would clutch but seems ok. Customer said that the unit had water in the bottom and an E2 3 error code. Error code 23 is for a failed drain pump. Opened up the side of the machine and tested the drain pump and found it had to open windings. Pulled the drain pump out and replaced with a new part from truck stock. ran the machine through a cycle and it did fine. Everything looks great now.

"Customer states the dryer is tripping the breaker.Tested the dryer, disassembled checked the heater, ran with a load and tested the amp draw on the motor, checked the heater elements for breaks or grounding out found no issues. The customer says the breaker will trip and then they reset it and it will trip soon after. Informed the customer it maybe the breaker. The customer is going to have the breaker replaced. Informed the customer I could not find any issue at this time with the dryer.
