Customers concern is with a buzzing vibrating noise. Upon arrival and inspection I found individually the fans would run and not make the noise. There was significant moisture in the FF section. If I selected for all fans to run on high the freezer evaporator fan motor would pulse causing the vibration noise that they are concerned with. I called the GE tech line and spoke with John he recommended checking for voltage drop and replacing parts as needed. While testing components I noticed the noise changed when I broke the seal on the evaporator cover. After looking the returns from the FF section were iced up. I looked for an air leak and found the mullion was not correctly installed. I removed it and re-installed it see pics. The customer will hard defrost the fridge and dry it out. The fridge is now fixed. The noise went away after I cleared out some of the ice.

Upon arrival and inspection I hooked up my Smart HQ device and found a diverter position error and Manny UI stuck button errors. This is the customers third dishwasher that has had multiple failures under one year old. The two before leaked and caused damage to her home. WD21X25367 - UI back order until after 8/8, WD19X25700 - shows out of stock back ordered as well. Customers complaint is the washing machine doesnt spin. Upon arrival and inspection I found the UI would light up and you could make selections but the door would not unlock it would stay in a locked position. I tested but found that the spin basket would not spin. There was no physical blockage or nothing holding it in place. I put it into service diagnostic mode and found to errors An e57 and an E 52. Customer mentioned that it has been behaving sporadically. It was hard to get the unit to go into test mode and it acted like it was not communicating well. I spoke with the customer and after some discussion they have decided to work directly with the Bosch certified repair company as they have access to technical data and can program control boards which are sold without programming.

Found that there was a package of chicken that fell behind wire basket that was pushing against door causing it not to fully shut. Removed that and showed customer. Door now shuts and seals.
