Customer complaint is, wont drain or spin. Inspected and tested. Found the lid switch has failed. Installed new lid switch and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Customer complaint was the top old washer was shaking vibrating when they did a small load with rugs. I had the customers throw in some towels and start the machine. I let it run for about 20 minutes and then put it into a spin cycle and the washer started to shake bad. I opened lid and moved the clothes around. Once I read, distributed the load, the washer spun out good. I went over loading techniques with the customer.

Washer is still stacked with dryer as im here in small area. I ran test and looked from front as much as i could. Washer is draining and when running test i am not find leaks or water on floor as im running wash cycle with load of towels. Customer said clothes were still wet as if it didnt go into spin cycle. Also the water on the floor was sudsy.Washer is draining good and all functions are working as im here and no leaks. I informed customer that dryer and surrounding items would have to be moved before i can really pull off top and check back to see if other leaks may be happening.I also informed that it could of been too much soap and caused suds to come out the vent and thats why it was wet and sudsy for that cycle only.

Unit display wasnt working for certain buttons wouldnt work. Replaced display board. Reassembled unit and now unit is working properly installed383ew1n006n

Customer complaint is, not letting hot water in. water is going in just doesn't fill with hot water. Inspected and tested. In test mode the hot and cold valves worked great. I started a normal cycle on hot water and it filled up perfectly. Washer is testing normal.

Found that debris and small items were stuck inside drain pump and blocking drain pump from draining. Cleaned out pump filter, tested and washer now drains. Washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good.

Customer complaint is, flashing code F2/E2. Inspected and tested. This is a UI error. Installed new UI and still giving error. Ordering new main board. Installed new main board and tested. Dishwasher is now working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Loud squeaking when in hi spin. Upon arrival and inspection I found in the high spin there was a loud bearing chatter and squealing. I looked up the part and its no longer manufactured. Spoke with the customer and told him we could look for one and he said he didnt want that pursued he would just replace it.
