"Customer complaint unit has a E1 code. This is a code for a leak. Pulled unit out. There is water in base removed water. Inspected unit nothing cut and dry saying its leaking. There is some water drips from the front of the sump on hose. Which I have seen before. Ran unit for 50 minutes no leaks. Tightened up sump assembly definitely seamed loose. Looks like possible hard water staining on valve but never a drop. Filled and drained multiple times and no leaks. Explain to customer diagnosis so ran it multiple times and let us know if the air comes back ever if not, unit is working great."

Tested unit could hear the dream pump making the awful noise remove the filter and then theres a yellow cap that is in front of the propellers on the drain pump. Remove that and was able to fish out a little seed or nut. All the propellers are not damaged reassembled then tested multiple times and unit is working properly now

Removed and checked made sure the tube was tight suspect the issue was from the connection as the was was running down the back wall of the inside of the freezer. Without the basket, it was shutting properly reinstalled the basket and found out the basket wasnt installed right or just popped up a little bit with it reinstalled correctly now its shutting the way it rollers. "Last time we installed the new main pcb, it was defective and wouldnt allow us to run through calibration or any tests, so we did a factory reset of original board and it made it to 11 minutes. Today I installed a new board and it allowed me to do the calibration cycle, and then full test mode. All components worked this time. I then put on a drain and spin and it progrsssed well through that. I then put it on a quick wash with a beach towel in it, and it started at 27 minutes and progressed all the way down to the final spin. I left when there was 1 minute left. Everything filling, agitating, draining and spinning good."

"Customer said washer only fills up a couple inches on the heavy duty, large, cold setting. I ran it 4 times on that setting and it fills up 14. On small setting it fills up 4. I spoke with SQ tech support and they said thats correct. Another company replaced the pressure sensor a year ago for this issue. Since we couldnt get it to reproduce the issue, customer will use and if it has problem again in next 70 days, no trip charge for the return trip. Quote is attached. Best guess is it accidentally got set to auto fill. She fills it first and then puts her clothes in. On auto, which is next to large, it would only do a couple inches if no clothes are in there."

"Customer states the unit is not getting up to the correct temperature. Removed the racks and checked the igniter, found the igniter had a low amp draw, cycled and tested. Found the unit only got about 130 degrees before the gas valve cut out. Found the igniter was on no gas. Unplugged the harness to the valve and plugged back in. Found corrosion on the one terminal. Plugged the unit back in and turned on the unit preheated, opened the door and checked the unit did not have any issues.

"Tenant said they got an F20 error which is heater or acu relay failure. Tenant said they unplugged washer and gave it some time and ever since then its run fine. That was a couple weeks ago. I put it into service mode and ran it through a full automatic service cycle test, and it ran great the whole way through. Tenant said they sometimes use two or three tide pods for a cycle. I told them not to use more than one, and recommended afresh. I could see a lot of detergent suds during test. Showed that to tenant. Looks like board just needed a hard reset. Fill, wash, drain and spin work great.

"Unit is not cooling went into settings, so let everything was shut off. Went to activate cooling turned it on nothing cooled reset unit got error code 41. Which is a communication error. Between the boards and the tablet on the front. Another company was here and did aboard and display tablet. Only last a few days and then had the same issue apparently and now were out here. Got unit into service mode and was not able to communicate anything to put it into a test mode so I couldnt get it to cool any fans anything like that. Showed some error codes mainly error code 41 and thermistors for being warm. Tried doing multiple different resets still having same issue. Customers extremely frustrated because they are using coolers to try to keep everything cold, and it looks like I had to replace the same parts as before.
