It says if the fuse is blown theres another issue. I called techline and talked to Russ and he helped me find a bad door switch on the left side. Customer approved repairs. Installed new fuse and both left and right door switch assemblies. Tested and microwave is working great. Microwave is now fixed.

Ran diagnostics and found the unit shakes quite a bit empty. The customer states the unit has always shook like that. Checked and found the unit was not level, tried leveling and the unit wouldnt stay level the wood floor is sagging the customer is going to put a sheet of thick plywood down if the issue continues. I suspect the no drain is from the floor causing the unit to shake. This is a prefabricated house so the customer was unaware of the thickness of the floor."

Customer states that the front right burner flame seems to be uneven. The main complaint is that the burner knobs will get too hot and will burn you if the cooktop be being used for over 30 minutes.This household uses the cooktop and cooks a lot. The design of this is that the front burner knobs are raised so when a pan is used it pushes heat towards the front onto the raised cooktop burner section heats up that metal and gets does get hot to the touch to where I couldnt keep my hand on it.I explained that the burner flames look good and are normal but that I couldnt change the design of the cooktop to prevent knobs getting hot. I told customer that I would send this to office but that I dont know exactly the next step and who would be responsible since there wasnt a malfunction but more of a design issue of this cooktop.Office: please follow up with customer and see if she would need to contact Electrolux directly? Ask customer about their soap usage and they said that they had switched to these very large pods for the dishwasher. Opened it up and saw that the pods were sticking and preventing the lid from opening all the way on the dispenser. Also inform customer about, the use of rinse aid and other cleaning products for the dishwasher. At this point, I went ahead and cleaned out the dispenser and made sure that the door was able to open and close properly. Everything seems to be working right now."

Customer complaint is sometimes water is dispensing. Sometimes its not sometimes its making ice. Sometimes its not can always hear the water valve running or pumping but nothing happening. On arrival everything is working properly hooked up smart HQ. Never had an issue running the valves. No error code either. Got to the water tank and dual valve inside the door. Only thing I could find was the water tank which is just a line wrapped multiple times was a little bit. Kinked up could be causing the issue. Tried on kink at the best I can but everything is still working properly either the water tank or dual valve is randomly freezing up or stopping working or the units is getting too cold and freezing everything up. Open up the machine and saw no frost buildup on the machine at this time. Use the newFI to check for error codes and I had a stored error code for a stalled evaporator fan. But it went into a super long defrost after that. It appeared to have partially fixed this issue. But the evaporator fan was now kind of Buzzy and vibrating, and appears to have water damage internal to the motor. Went ahead and replaced the evaporator fan for customer.everything appears to be working correctly at this time.

"Customer stated the icemaker was not producing ice. Opened up the machine and checked the fill tube to make sure it wasnt frozen. Check the icemaker for any sort of mechanical damage and did not find any. Attempted to get the icemaker to go into test mode, and could not get it into test mode. Call Electrolux tech-support and they instructed me to reset the board before trying to put it into test mode. After finally getting able to put it into test mode I checked all of the tests for that icemaker and it passed all of them. Electrolux tech support said that this issue can be caused occasionally by a, small electrical problem in the house even some sort of small brownout or surge.
