Used steamer to clear all ice build up from right side upper freezer drawer slide. Lubricants all drawer slides. Door seals all look good. No air gaps found. At this time freezer drawers are all opening and closing properly. It appears this may have happened due to the freezer drawer not being closed all the way causing ice to form on drawer slide. Advised customer on checking to be sure right side of drawer is closing all the way. If issue returns recommend replacement of both drawer slides.

On arrival DHF on display, defrost heater error, Warmer than fzr temps in fzr, bread customer has in fzr was soft, unit did make about a half bucket of ice in the IDIM removed evap cover and found defrost heater unplugged, checked defrost heater continuity 45ohms and reconnected. Checked operating pressures 6psiL 45psi H Equalized pressures 11psi, Pressurized w n2 and held 250psi for 10 min no leaks, Suspect pressure loss was from me checking pressure during last visit. And cooling issues that were reported by customer were a result of the defrost heater not being plugged back in by previous servicer. replaced drier, rechecked joints, pulled deep evac and recharged unit to 57g r600a unit cooling on departure, instructed customer to wait 24 hrs for unit to return to normal operation.; pckd up 1 Adh73150210 (Drier)
