I clean the spot the dryer and the duct and tested and found the wind speed was 19.7 to 20 miles an hour outside and 27 miles an hour inside. The dryer is now cleaned.

Customer complaint is, Ice is forming on the bottom of the freezer. Inspected and found the evaporator drain is plugged and frozen over. I defrosted freezer and drain pan and cleaned out drain tube. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Draining error, plastic in the pump I pulled it out and tested it. The dishwasher is now fixed. No additional charge it took 4 minutes.

Not spinning. Failed Lid switch was replaced. I tested both filling agitating , spinning, and draining. The Laundry Center now works great.

Making a noise when I tumbles. Upon arrival an inspection I found the Baffles were loose and fall of miscellaneous. I remove the baffles and clean them reinstalled them and added one screw from my screw overflow bin. The dryer now sounds like a dead previously the customers pleased. No parts labor only.

Unit wasnt heating. Took off kick plate to watch igniter. Which it wasnt glowing or getting power to the igniter. Disassembled unit to test all the thermostat. Found there was a bad thermal fuse. Quoted then replaced fused. Also cleaned and did a maintenance clean up. Now unit is heating properly used WP3392519 from truck stock

Found that thermistor is open and cut power to heat. Customer approved estimate. I replaced thermisor, tested heat and heat spiked with dryer vent connected. I found that it appears to be not fully attached inside house and with flex venting in small area that is hard to get to (see picture) i informed customer that it would need to be fixed and vented properly for the dryer to work effectively and not blow the safety thermistor again. Dryer itself is working good.

Washer and dryer were flip flopped as to where they should be sitting. I moved the washer into the right spot, next to the drain in the wall and the water connections. Moved the dryer into the spot directly in front of vent hole, removed 6 ft of vent, now the vent to the wall is 6 inches. The vent was disconnected before because it was stretched too far, lint was built up all over wall behind dryer and on floor. We swept and mopped all the lint up before moving the washer into that spot. Just charged trip charge.
