Customer complains that the GFCI blows and takes out three outlets when they use the second small oven. Upon arrival and inspection I found the oven is not on a dedicated circuit and also is on a GFCI circuit. Sadly this machine is not designed to work in this case. I pulled machine out checked the wiring to make sure there was no grounding or burnt wires. I tested by using the microwave power circuit and it worked perfectly. Now it senses the door is shut but it does not lock in. I did some more research and found that if you install the new lid lock kit you need to replace the new control board. The oven display was blank. I got 120 from L2 to ground but 0 from L1 to ground. I pulled the ovens out and found all the wire nuts in the conduit box had melted. "Customer complaint is, LEAKING / FLOODING LEAKING SEEMS TO BE DUE TO DOOR GASKET OR SOMETHING. Inspected and tested. Started dishwasher on a heavy cycle and watched it for over 25 minutes and it never leaked. Door gasket looks good. Lower spray arm could look like its cracked and spraying out the bottom, but not positive. Recommend customer run it and if it leaks again to pay attention to whats loaded in the bottom rack and make sure theres not to many soap suds. Dishwasher seems to be operating normal for me."

"Customer complaint is, NO COOL - FREEZER NOT FREEZING - LEFT SIDE IS WORKING, BUT RIGHT SIDE IS NOT. Inspected and tested. This is the Samsung flex refrigerator that has three different zones. Temperature in the FF compartment was 37F and was set at 34F. Freezer compartment was only 17F and was set at 0F and the ice maker was on but not connected to water, which according to the tech sheet would mean the freezer compartment should be set at-14F until the ice bucket is full and then change back to the set temperature. Flex zone was only 29F and was set on freezer setting. All the zones are warmer than there setting. The freezer and flex zone evaporator only had frost on the first foot of the evaporator at the same time. I put it in test mode and checked each zone and they would only frost over about the first 18inches. Its possible theres a issue with the 4 way valve not moving all the way to the correct position, but Either way its a sealed system issue. Sealed system has failed. ; saved tckt , states that autho needed"
