The drain pump would not drain at all. The bottom panel screw was rusted and stripped. I had to drill the screw so I could remove the front panel. After I sucked all the water out I removed the drain pump. I found a bra padding in the pump. The drain pump was very loud and did not seem like it was going to work well. I replaced the drain pump. I also found the cold water was not filling only hot. I removed the cold water hose and found the screen was plugged up. I cleared the screens. The cold water works great now. ;

I hunted down the Water main and turned it on and tested the washing machine through a speed wash cycle. The washer would not drain and got an error code. I cleaned out a lot of contamination that I found from a rubber back rug that had been washed. The floor drain backed up when I was testing I notified the customer. I watched it through a quick cycle and speed wash and its now working flawlessly with no errors.
