Customer complains the washing machine doesnt respond or spin or drain. Upon arrival and inspection I found the motor was getting power but did not spin. I took the water pump off and spun the shaft by hand it started and it ran perfectly. The motor has a dead spot. I quoted motor and transmission since it was leaking oil. Customer will reach back out to us if they want to move forward with repairs.

"Right door doesnt close unless you push it. Customer said shed prefer to have the white plastic hook off of the bottom of the door, so that she can close it without any resistance. I removed that. Also adjusted the fridge so its level now, not tipping forward like it was before. Door closes great and seals. I told her it naturally has a hitch to the right door. If she has issues with the door not sealing in the future, we will need to put that white hook/latch on (order a new one).Also has a cracked cover for the bottom drawer. Drawer is 145D on the parts diagram. Called sundberg to get the part number. They had no luck. Phil or Dana, can you see if you can find this part, and see if SP would approve it?; saved tckt"
