Customer stated oven racks hard to pull out. Found case lip protruding and adjusted. Racks slide properly now.

“I was impressed. M & H Appliance locally here, where I bought my Whirlpool Range, made the excuse that those ranges are known to have the problem I had where the racks were hard to slide in and out and so it was end of story with them. I knew two other people with Whirlpool ranges and their racks slid easily in their ovens. So I contacted the manufacturer directly who put me in contact with Omega Force Appliance. Brandon could see the problem right away and with a simple adjustment on the flange that encased the opening, problem resolved!”
