When the dishwasher drains it is overflowing. I drained the dishwasher multiple times after filling it and it drains great. But water backs up in the sink when you run the sink. I checked the garbage disposal and that is clean. When the dishwasher drains and the drain line is connected to the disposal then water backs up in the sink and they have issues with flooding. Explain to the customer it is a plumbing issue. Dishwasher runs great.

There was condensation around the ice dispenser on the outside of the fridge after they had turned on a turbo ice option. The very tip of the water dispenser was frozen. This happened on an exceptionally hot and humid day. They turned off the turbo ice option and they did not feel cold coming out anymore from above the water and ice dispenser and the condensation immediately went away.Looked everything over and even though everything is good now my best educated diagnosis is that at turbo ice option cool things down really fast around the water dispenser causing it to start to freeze and the ice poking out of it coming in contact with the human air caused condensation to form. I checked for service bulletins and could not find any about this being a known issue.

"Customer complaint is, GETS NOISY AS SOON AS DOORS ARE CLOSED. Customer had refrigerator unplugged and defrosted when I got there. Plugged refrigerator in and tested everything in diagnostic mode. Compressor and fans were running and sounded good. Thermistors, bimetal and heater all tested good. After 45 minutes of running the evaporator was only frosted over about 15-20 percent. The sealed system has failed. Customer is going to use it as is for now and probably replace it soon."
