The pump is only sold as an assembly with the sump I replaced the sample assembly with motors and leveled machine. I found it noted to the customer both floor and cabinetry damage. I tested twice running and draining no issues or leaks found.

I found the following stored error codes F5E2 - door lock error, F8E1 - no water pressure entering washer, F0E1 - load in washer during cleaning cycle, F6E1 - communication error PCB and MCC. Upon physical inspection I found the drum was physically hard to turn by hand in the door lock seem to stay engaged. the electrical outlet was dangerously loose and contaminated with detergent see pictures. The damage may stem from this source issue.

"Customer complaint is, TUB ISNT ATTACHED- BELT OR SHAFT DRIVE- WONT SPIN. Inspected washer, found one of the suspension rods had come off. I was able to reattach it and tested washer in service diagnostic mode. Everything worked great. I put a load of towels on and ran it through a rinse and spin. It agitated, drained and when it went to spin out it started banging around. Needs 4 new suspension rods and top tub ring because its cracked. Installed 4 new suspension rods and top tub ring. Tested washer and its working great. Washer is now fixed."
