I found that other people that have had this problem the issue is with the ribbon cable that goes between the touchpad and board. It says you just need to separate the cable so there not touching each other. I separated the ribbon cables. Reassembled and tested. Microwave is working great. Microwave is now fixed. If they have this problem again. We will need to replace the touchpad assembly. The touchpad assembly is NLA. Microwave is white and part number is WPW10258189."

I found the agitator dogs are worn out, I tried to remove the bolt for the agitprop but it so rusted the head it worn away. I cannot remove the bolt. The bolt would need to be drilled and then probably would need a new gear case. The gear case is not covered. Other then that issue the washer is working fine.

"The lower left half which is the freezer is not cooling as good as it should. The temperatures are in the high 20s and 30s and it should be down to zero. I removed the freezer cover and found no frost just moisture on the evaporator, I put the refrigerator into a diagnostic mode and cycled the compressor on 100% to cool that lower left freezer section. After some time evaporator never developed any frost. I switched units see if they would cool better but the result was the same. The error codes in the history were for the freezer and ice compartment warming. The issue is a sealed system leak.

I reset errors and walk through the automated testing sequence it would not complete the automated testing. We will need to order UI-W11213904, ACU-W11201288 and WPW10448876- sensor to fix the 2 separate issues. The customer will call us let us know if he wants to move foreword his house is sold and he has time constraints. If I hear nothing before 4:45 pm today he will replace the washer. Customer texted me at 4:41 PM on June 4. They decided to just replace the washer since he is concerned about time frames. No further action needed"

Dryer buzzing a little when it runs. Mostly coming from the heater which is a little loose. I tightened it and explained to customer that it may vibrate in future but it doesnt affect it. Also replaced two worn down rollers. Oiled and cleaned all roller shafts. Vacuumed out. Drum has a lot of dents in the back of it which could cause the vibrations too. Its possible over time that vibrating caused the heater to be slightly loose. Explained that to customer. Runs great though. ; used 2 4581EL3001E (ROLLER) from stock

Removed pans and tested again. It lit every time and preheated to 350F. Ignitor must have been sparking to something in the drawer. Oven is working great now."
