Returned to replace airflow gaskets. Flushed airflow tubes, cleaned gasket area, installed new gaskets, and tested. Unit working properly.

Dryer not heating. Found blown thermal fuse and failed door switch. Replaced thermal fuse and door switch. Unit operating properly.
“Nate replaced the thermal fuse on a Kenmore Dryer. Nate was efficient and communicated well during the repair. The new fuse restored the heat function as expected. However, the door now opens with a heavy thud. I suspect the spring counterweight mechanism is sitting inside the dryer cabinet. Otherwise a higher review.”
