Customers complaint is the outer door glass broke when trying to tighten the handle. Upon arrival and inspection I found that the door glass is shattered. I re-ordered the correct piece of glass and came and installed. Are used mild removable thread locker on the four bolts that hold the handle to the glass just to keep it secure overtime. I tested by getting up to 300?F to insure that tempered glass would not shatter the first time through. The wall oven is now fixed; ordrd 1 W10401225 (Door glass)

"The dishwasher will fill with water but the wash motor just hummed. While it was humming I gave the motor one light tap with the back end of my screwdriver, the motor kicked in. I ran a diagnostic cycle and everything worked great. The heater came on and heated the water . I erased the error codes. I removed the filter and cleaned it, I advised the customer to clean it monthly and run a cleaner through it every once and a while. I also tested the water and found that its very hard. I told them to check the softener. 4-3 7-1"

"Washer still leaking. Found water leaking pretty bad from the high efficiency detergent dispenser when it fills with water. The seal was totally broken down, I used the special red glue and ran it again and no leaks from that spot. The bigger issue though is I found that the tub is really rusted and it gets stuck in the uppermost position, so when water sprays in on the right side, it cant enter the tub and sprays down the outside on the right, leaking onto the floor. It needs a new tub assembly, bearing/drive shaft. Very rusty. ; O-emld tckt , states that autho needed"

"Dryer pops-on gfci. I ran the dryer on another outlet for 30 minutes without issue. Ever 2-3 minutes when I run it on the outlet behind the dryer (gfci) it pops the outlet. Explained to customer its an electrical issue, that its not supposed to run on gfci, and it should be on its own dedicated circuit per the manufacturer. Currently it shares an outlet with washer.I also cleaned out vent from dryer which had some lint in it. Dryer itself runs great. 20 mph airflow and runs at 220 at its hottest."

"The customer said it leaks out from the bottom of the door. I found the drain hose was not looped higher than the disposal, I made that correction. I found 3 of the filter cap screws were loose, so I tightened them. I poured more vegetable oil inside to remove the suds. I cleaned the bottom of the float switch. It does not leak for me. If it continues please order the wash pump assembly W10782773. I have seen these leak before like this and sometimes the only thing that will fix is a new wash motor."

Ran the drain pump 4 times and it emptied the drum every time. I can see water has been coming out of the vent on the back of the washer. Im pretty confident that there was to many soap suds in the machine causing the error. I ran washer through a speed wash cycle and it completed it with no problems and I never saw any water leaking. Advised customer to use less soap, or try a different kind of soap. Washer is operating normal for me."

"Customers complaint with the washer is that it stops mid cycle and will not complete. Upon arrival and inspection I found unit would not complete the spin. I called GE Techline as no tech sheet was available. I found two stored errors they were Loose belt error, locked up motor errors stored. Per GE replace the following parts Motor kit- WH49X25738, gearbox - WH49X22795, speed sensor - WH12X10515, belt - WH01X20436. The body of laundry center is bent looks like it was dropped when it was installed the front cover barely fits. there is rust throughout the washer cavity. I did not observe any active leaks. The environment is tight with light carpet in a hallway on the second floor by the stairs. We would need an extra guy and 2 hours at least.; saved tckt"

The drum would spin if it was forded. I found the blower housing was full out markers and garbage. There was something stuck in the blower wheel. I vacuumed all of it up and cleaned the blower wheel.
