The customer said it will sometimes stop mid cycle and sometimes it beeps during the cycle. The only error codes saved was F2-E1 stuck key error. I cleared the error and ran a test. The rear passed with no new errors. I then ran a touch pad test and that also passed with no new errors. I started the washer on a quick wash. The washer ran a quick wash with no issues and error codes at the end. It may need a user interface control because of a stuck key. I gave the customer the BB quote. "The customer said it never made ice after I replaced the ice maker. I pressed the test button but the ice maker did not cycle. I pressed ice off and energy saver to check for errors. There are no errors. I pulled the unit out and tested for 5 volts dc at the made board for the ice maker. I get 5 volts dc out on the board. I unplugged the fridge and reset the cn90 connector. I then plugged the fridge back in. I pushed the tested button on the ice maker, now the ice maker cycled and filled with water. Advised the customer to give it 24 hours to make ice. If it happens again it will need board DA92-00426A"

"Customer complaint is, SPINS ALL THE TIME WHEN DOOR CLOSED, WHILE NOT POWERED ON. NO HEAT WHEN WE DO TURN IT ON AND ATTEMP. Inspected and tested. Found the motor relay is stuck on and the dryer is tumbling anytime the door is shut. When I turned it on, it started heating but smelled like it was burning lint. Needs a new main board. When I unplugged it, the relay must have reset and now its working. Customer wanted me to clean out the inside of the dryer. I disassembled dryer and vacuumed out a lot of lint. Reassembled and tested. Dryer is now working and heating, but is getting to hot. Airflow on outside of house is basically nothing. I advised customer to not use dryer until the vent gets cleaned and said the relay is likely to get stuck on again."

"whirlpool fridge, I ran it through test mode. Passed all tests. Customer said once every couple months itll stop cooling. All they do to get it to cool again is unplug it for a few seconds and plug it back in, and then it starts running and is good for another couple months. No weird sounds. No frost build up or water anywhere. Its been working good for the last couple weeks. On mph the main PCB is the second most replaced part. Also, their Icemaker doesnt make ice. F801 error and warning on the dispenser with no water or ice. This is a brand new refrigerator customer has just moved in. Upon arrival and inspection I found you by using my Smart HQ that the RF ID center board was not being seen. I uninstalled the filter and found someone had tried to twist the filter and damaged it. I advise the customer to replace the filter and not reuse it as it has been damaged and could cause flooding or damage in the home. I uninstall the fridge removed power and started looking for loose wire connections and found one. I went ahead and checked all connections on the board and from the harness to the dispenser door. When I restored power with a filter out the warning went away and you began to be able to use the display on the dispenser as it was designed. I recommend a customer replace the filter and everything should be as designed. The right hand door was not level with the left hand French door I went ahead and made this adjustment while on site to the customer satisfaction. ; saved tckt

"The customer said he is seeing a puddle of water in the basement. The water is right under the copper water supply line for the fridge. I pulled the fridge out and found a small piece of dust that was slightly most, other than that its completely dry in the back. I advised that the defrost pan could be over filling with water and thats dripping out or the suction line could be getting frosty and then it melts and water drops down. There was a lot of dust on the coils and on the condenser fan. I blew the coils and fan clean the sucked up all the dust. I thought it might just need a good cleaning."

Also there is a crack in the liner on fridge side (see picture) control board would need to be ordered. Part show NLA and Liner is not repairable. Is this covered or repairable? The customer said during there hot spell when the ac went out the freezer section only was warm. Now that the ac works the freezer is cooling good now. The freezer temps was around minus 5. There was no frost build up and everything was working. I found some moisture on the freezer door and on the packages. I found some food was pushing on the door. I moved the food so the door closes tighter.

The complaint was it would drain slowly and the pump made a loud noise. I removed the drain pump and found the impeller was stripped and water was in the motor. I replaced the drain pump motor. I plugged the washer in and it started up in the rinse/spin cycle where it left off. When it was draining there was a little drip from the drain pump where it attached to the pump housing. I removed the motor and put some grease around the seal and made sure the screws were tight. We let finish the rinse and spin and it was good no more leaks.

The dryer would not heat at all. I took it all apart and found the hi limit thermostat was tripped. I pushed the red button to reset the thermostat. I put it all back together and tested the air flow. The air flow test good. I ran a heat test to see if it was over heating. On a time dry the hottest it got was 153 then it cycled back on at 120. I let run for 10 minutes and it was cycling good.

The oven had a gas smell when using the oven. I checked the burner for cracks and it was good no cracks. I started the oven and the ignitor was slow to flow and only draws 2.89 amps. When the gas cam out and the burner was heating the gas valve was cycling on and off. I replaced the ignitor and tested the oven again. "The customer said the dishwasher is not washing dishes good and make a sound. I started the dishwasher and let run. After a few minutes I open the door, I found the whole bottom was full of suds. I cut the suds with vegetable oil, it took several cycles to clean up. She also mentioned that a brown liquid leaks from the right side under the door. I found the door gasket has a rip in it towards the bottom. The customer is going to use as it is."

The top works fine but the oven would not heat. The bake and broil would not spark to light the burners. I replaced the spark module that was sent to the customer. All the ignitors are sparking now. The bake burner did light but the flame is low and the pressure is low. All the top burners have low flames. This has been converted to propane. I advised the customer to have the plumber back out who hooked it up and test the pressure.

"Customer complaint is, STOPS MID CYCLE & KEEPS FOREVER TO DRY & TURNS ON & THEN OFF CONTINUOUSLY DURING CYCLE. Inspected and tested. Found the wrinkle prevention was on and thats why it would turn on and off continuously. I started dryer on a timed dry cycle and watched it for over 20 minutes and it was cycling perfectly between 190F and 130F. Airflow on outside of house is 19 mph. Customer is using sensor dry cycles and is running very large loads. In test mode the sensor bars are testing good. I advised customer that if you have really large loads, or loads with fabric that dries quicker than other stuff it can shut down early. I advised customer to try using timed dry and see if that helps. Dryer is testing perfectly."

Unit was making a thumping noise when running. Found once disassembled a little piece of metal that must have been in a pocket at one time stuck in the felt that the drum rides on. Also notice the rollers were squeaky. Used repair kit 4392065 from truck stock. Reassembled unit and now running properly. Customer really needs to get the vent cleaned out they had no air flow out side the house. Also has expandable crinkle vent for the whole exhaust. ; used 1 4392065 (REBUILD KIT) from stock

Customer was getting a gas smell from dryer. Customer had gas turned off on arrival. Turned gas on and put leak detector all over any connections to the dryer. Then I removed the top of the dryer and ran the unit. The igniter was working properly and no gas smell inside the dryer I did find there was some bubbles from the leak detector on the connections to the dryer very small but they were their. Tighter fitting and ran dryer and put more leak detector on the joint. Now unit is making any bubbles for leaks and dont get any smell; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)
