Icemaker not dumping ice. Temperature in icemaker compartment was 20?. Found quite a bit of ice buildup around the seal where cold air comes from the freezer into the Icemaker compartment. After removing the ice there is a gap in the seal. When I closed the door after removing the ice the temperature dropped down to 10? pretty quickly in the Icemaker compartment in the coldest I could get it before was 20. Its 39? in the fresh food section and zero in the freezer. I checked the freezer and there is no frost around the evaporator fan and all the vents are clear. I ordered a new seal and the customer will pop the new seal on when it arrives. Icemaker will not dump ice unless it is below 16? in the Icemaker compartment area.; pckd up 1 ADX73250601 (Seal)

"Refrigerator pops breaker. Told customer that since it has not popped a breaker since she plugged it into an extension cord on another circuit that it is an electrical issue but customer was concerned it could be a compressor or something else. I wanted to do my due diligence so I checked the defrost heater which is not shorted, checked the compressor and every component and everything is good. The two outlets that Pop the breaker with the refrigerator are both on the same circuit and nothing else in the kitchen is on that circuit. Customer will replace the breaker switch for the refrigerator and if its still has issues they will have an electrician check the wiring for that circuit. Refrigerator runs great."

"The daughter board is receiving 240 volts but not sending voltage to bake and broil element. They are certain that the daughter board is bad. I ordered one. There is a small chance the main board WB27T11299 isnt sending the dc voltage to the daughter board to close the relays, but that part is not available anywhere. I will replace the daughter board, and if it still doesnt work, we will need to track down the main board, as that is the only other part that would be failing. Unless you want to try and track one down.
