"The daughter board is receiving 240 volts but not sending voltage to bake and broil element. They are certain that the daughter board is bad. I ordered one. There is a small chance the main board WB27T11299 isnt sending the dc voltage to the daughter board to close the relays, but that part is not available anywhere. I will replace the daughter board, and if it still doesnt work, we will need to track down the main board, as that is the only other part that would be failing. Unless you want to try and track one down. I replaced it before though 4 months ago so Im also pretty certain it is not failing, which is in line with what GE helped me determine.; ordrd 1 WB27T11355 (Daughter board)"

Customer complaints at the front load washing machine continually fills to the point where it runs out the dispenser. Upon arrival and inspection I found a lot of rub damage to components. I checked the rear main bearing and found 1/4 inch slop in the bearing it has failed and caused a hole to be rubbed in the side of the water pressure hose. "Washer not going through a cycle. Put in test mode and it said the only error was a long fill. Checked waterlines coming to washer and no cold water coming in. Cold water was turned off at faucet. Turned cold water on, then when I put in test mode, it fills great. Door latch locks great. Put on a quick wash, and it washed great. Went all the way through."

"refrigerator has been fluctuating in temperature. It will be cool and then after a week or two itll warm up and there will be a pool of water in the bottom of the fresh food section. Needed the new kit. Replaced back evaporator cover, added an additional defrost heater, replaced the drainage kit and added the silver insulation to the drain pan. Tested it and the heater comes on nicely and when the compressor is running it frosts over awesome. This fridge according to Samsung commonly needs this kit. I ran it and it quickly dropped 5? in the first five minutes. Told customer to give it 24 hours for the temps to where they are supposed to be."
