"A few times the dishwasher stopped after 10 minutes and beeped with a red light. I could t get into test mode. On either drawer. I did run upper and lower drawers for over an hour. Both ran awesome. Good heat. Great drain. Good circulation. I ran upper drawer on heavy wash and normal wash. Lower drawer hasnt been cleaning great. I cleaned out the filter. Found a lot of debris in there. Including broken plastic pieces. Cleaned out the top drawer filter as well. Complaint was that bottom drawer doesnt clean well. Tested water, and its hard. Also recommend that they use finish. And that they leave a little food on the plates."

Customer complains after the dryer runs for a while then it gets a PF error. upon arrival inspection I found the customer had the dryer closed off and had cushions stacked on top cutting off the air flow this exceeded the manufactures requirements for proper cooling and space between walls ceiling and sides so unit could breath. She had been running the unit before I arrived and the top was physically hot enough to cause a burn. I removed all the cushions and ran the time dry and it cooled off instantly and no PF error re-occurred. It is possible the main control board is permanently damaged because customer used dryer improperly.

Her water was extremely hard and there was heavy depositing. The customer was not using rent it either. I gave her a sample of rinse aid and put it in the machine and adjusted the dispenser. I recommended she use a citric acid base cleaner monthly until she gets a working softener.

The range was unplugged when I arrived. I plugged it back in. It was acting normal. I put into service mode and checked for error codes. The only error code that was stored was the stuck keypad. I cleared the error codes. I ran the auto test and keyboard test every test passed and the oven is working on normal bake mode. I advised the customer it could be the touch pad if it happens again. The touch pad is part W10730777. I quoted 376 for the part and labor.

"Dryer its not drying clothes. Was only getting to 160? and it would turn off partway through due to the airflow restriction. Airflow was only 11 mph outside. Cleaned out the vent because it was very short and after cleaning it out airflow was 19 miles an hour and the temperature consistently ran around 230?. I ran it through a timed dry 23 minutes cycle and it did not shut off. Dryer runs great now. Cleaned all the lint out of the dryer, there was quite a bit of lint that had built up over the years."

The fresh food ice maker is iced up and would need the ice maker update kit. The customer said they had to keep on defrosting the freezer icemaker fill tube. I was getting voltage to the ice maker fill tube. The tube did home out correctly but the foam is saturated with moisture and that causes it to freeze up regardless of the heater coming on or not. I gave the customer a quote for the icemaker upgrade kit and for the fill tube. If they did just the field tube heater .
