The leak occurred from the tub of the dishwasher by the heaters path. All the plastic inside the dishwasher is deteriorating much of them with holes. The racks are rusting and falling apart and the seals have dried out cracked and failed. The wood flooring and cabinetry surrounding this dishwasher is severely damaged. There was black mold present, and you could press on the wood and beads of water would run out they were so saturated with water. This dishwasher is beyond repair, and its caused a customer to start a claim with their homeowners insurance. ; O-emld tckt"

"When you open the door, on the left side (display side) when it gets 3/4 open the ice flap actuates and closes, a light flashes, and you can dispense water if you press the water pad quickly at the same time. Found a red, white, orange and brown wire that go to the display, and when you move those up by the hinge, it makes the display do what its doing. Checked each wire for continuity, each one does but when you test the brown wire from the display to the hinge, it goes OL when you hear the pop. Pulled lightly on the brown wire and it came right out of the door, and its broken down inside the door. "

Checked air flow. 10 outside and 20 behind dryer. Took vent apart, customerCleaned vent, I put it back on and it ran at 17 mph airflow outside now. Runs great. Customer will use timed dry now."

The most reset was a stuck key followed by a shifter fault, not able to reach target speed and long fill. I cleared the codes and ran the auto test. Everything past in the test and calibration passed. I put in 3 towels and started it on a regular wash. The washer filled and started to agitate. I then ran a spin cycle, the washer drained and finished the spin cycle. I removed both hose and made sure the screens were clean. I tried again and it still filled and started to wash. "The dryer runs and heat then will just stop with time remaining. If you try it again it will run for less time then stop with the time remaining. I ran it empty in a normal cycle. The dryer ran and heated, after 5 minutes the dryer stopped. I tried a time cycle and it stops after 2 minutes. I tried for a 3rd time and it stopped and gave the tc error. The tc is a thermistor error. I then disconnected the dryer duct and ran it on air fluff but after a few seconds it stopped again. I tested the thermistor and the reading was not bad but not the same as a new one. I replaced the thermistor and tested the operation again. The dryer ran for 10 minutes with no issues. It will need the control DC92-01729A if they call back. ; used 1 WP35001191 (THERMISTOR) from stock"

Not drying intermittently. Upon arrival and inspection I talked with customer and found the light to use the automatic cycles. Since the dryer is gas I watched it for eight cycles to ensure the coils were opening and closing and the temperatures were great it cycled between 105?F and 190?F on normal heat. The customer also likes to use dryer sheets so I cleaned the sensor bars and gave them some practical instruction on how to better load and use cycles to ensure dryer works as designed. I left him some next steps should he have any other issues to help us zero in on any specific part failures that didnt present themselves today. The dryer worked as designed.

"Customer complaint is, NO ICE- ICEMAKER IS FROZEN. Inspected and tested. FF was at 41F and freezer was at 0F. Customer had refrigerator temperature set at 40F, I recommended setting it at 37. The ice maker had frost on the inside and underneath it. I removed ice maker and defrosted it and dried out the ice room. Reassembled and cycled ice maker. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. This refrigerator is only 3 years old and doesnt have the ice maker service kit. I sealed up the ice room. I had to disconnect the RO system and hook up the refrigerator line directly to the supply line underneath the sink to test because the RO system is leaking. I left the RO system disconnected. I cant find anything wrong with the ice maker itself."

The complaint is the ice maker is not making ice. I found water is sitting in the ice maker mold. I put the unit into diagnostics and checked the ice maker error codes. The not cooling error was stored in history. I found the freezer was not getting to temp and there was a ice ball forming on the top side of the evaporator coil. The freezer temp was at 34 degrees. After diagnosing I determined the unit is leaking coolant. Advised the customer it would be better to buy a new unit.

The washer is not spinning with any load. I ran the washer on a spin only with no clothes. The washer drained all the water out good and did get to a high speed spin. When it started to spin the whole basket was moving up and down and it did not sound right. I put in 4 large towels. I got them wet and tried to run a spin cycle. The washer drained good but would never get into a spin. The washer kept trying to balance the load and run the drain pump. When I spin the basket by had there is a lot of drag and the ball bearings sound stiff and would not move. There are no error codes. advised the customer there is a issue with the basket and bearings. The best solution would be to replace the washer.

"The washing machine will fill with water lock the door but it never agitates. I put it into a spin cycle wash machine drain the water and the tub moved for a few seconds counter clockwise and then stopped. In diagnostic mode I was getting the error code E 46 which is a motor fault error. I tested the motor windings, the Winings test good but the motor sensor tested open. I called GE tech line to verify and he said I need a motor and an inverter. We ran spin test T11 and it was acting like a bad inverter. Tech line advised replace both parts. I quoted the customer BB for parts. The inverter shows NLA and the cost was around thousand. The customer will replace the washer. Inverter WH12X10519Motor WH20X10028"

"Fresh food warm, freezer cold. Found the evaporator fan on the left side encased in ice. Customer said that the door has probably been left open, they sometimes put veggies in the fridge that could have some water on them, and sometimes put containers of hot liquid like soup in there. Everything runs great after I steamed off fan. Good airflow. Evaporator frosting nice and uniform. Good to go now."
