The complaint was that it made strange noises in the wash cycle and did not seam to wash the dishes. I put into a diagnostics mode and the only error code that was displayed was F6-e4 for a stuck float. I let run the entire diagnostics and it finished with no error codes. I checked under the float and it was clear. I advised the customer to clean with a dishwasher cleaner. I also tested the water and it was hard. The fan was running loud in the freezer. It was because it had ice on it that was coming from the Icemaker. The fill tube and fill bucket and the icemaker was full of ice because there was a bad water valve behind the fridge. I replaced the water valve and steamed all the ice out of the icemaker and cycled it and made sure that it worked well. I also steamed all the ice out of the fountain area and cleaned all the ice off of the bottom of the fridge. The drain line was also frozen beneath the evaporator so I steamed that out as well.; used 1 242252702 (VALVE) from stock

"Customers complaint is the washer no longer completes cycles and cannot get it to run. Upon arrival and inspection customer noted the following errors and I found them also stored in the ACUs memory. F3E1 - water level error, F6E3 - communication error UI to ACU. I ran unit through automated diagnostic test loud and clear the errors. There is noise in the drive train as well as having the communication errors. I saw a heavy buildup of suds in the tub which may answer the F3E1 error. ."
