The customers were concerned that the freezer temperature was getting up in the 20s at times. As advised a customer it was probably happening during the defrost and theres nothing to worry about. I did find that the freezer door was not sealing tight all the way and that was letting moisture into the freezer. I adjusted the freezer door hinges so the door does not rub and shuts better and I put some grease on the freezer door gasket.

Customer said that food was soft in freezer on Sunday and then customer unplugged and plugged unit back in and food was cold and freezer foods were frozen late Monday. As Im here refrigerator fresh food is cold at correct temperature and freezer foods are frozen and ice is being made. I went into service mode and checked all functions and is all working or passed.I check fresh food evaporator and there is no frost build up that could cause poor cooling per the service bulletin. All functions are working good. I cannot find any failure or anything wrong as Im here.What i suspect happened is that water spilled/overflow from the dispenser and water got into the Deli drawer board and that would cause weird things happen and when it dried up refrigerator is functioning normally. (Common issue of these symptoms)Customer will keep an eye on it and call back if problem persists.

But found that dishwasher drained and that the sink backed up, so I suspect that it was sucking water back into dishwasher and then overfilling and then was leaking. I showed customer how sink was not draining and that they should make habit of running garbage disposal before starting dishwasher to prevent this issue. I cleaned out filter and has a lot of grease. She had a dishwasher cleaner tablet that i ran as i left to cleaned out inside of the grease build up. Dishwasher is not leaking as Im here. She will call back if problem continues.She has signed up for the service plan."

I routed it into the wash tub, and attached it with a zip tie. Put it on a drain and spin, it spins great. Put it on a casual wash, it filled with water and then agitated great. I then put it on a drain and spin, it drained awesome and spun out. Everything working great. Nothing underneath the washer thats concerning with transmission, belt etc."

"The complaint was the front right burner is slow to light and the fan switch is broken. I found several things wrong and many parts are needed. First off the main glass top has a large crack. The rotary switch turns hard thats why the knob keeps cracking. All of the burner heads have been drilled out with the screws left in the burner holders and the burner heads are held down with silicone. To fix it right it will need the manifold, all burner holders, screws, knobs, rotary switch, glass top. I may find more issues once its apart. "Customer states that it only shows 6 minutes to preheat and when oven says its done preheating that the oven thermometer they bought only shows 250 degrees. I tested with my digital thermometer and it during preheat it did pause the time it showed so actually added time and when the oven showed preheat was done it was at 350 degrees, i showed this to customer.The user manual also suggests that you wait 10 minutes after the oven says its done preheat to put into some foods for baking. I tested the calibration of oven and my thermometer is very close to what oven says. I suggested to customer that to get digital thermostat if they want to knew exact. I also informed that oven heat will cycle and get a high/low and the average will be the set temperature.Oven is heating and working good."
