"Customer complaint is, LEAKS FROM DOOR DURING WASH CYCLE. NORMAL CYCLE IT USUALLY DRAINS, BUT WON'T ON RINSE OR SPIN CYCLE. Inspected and tested. Found a ton of animal hair on the door and gasket. I cleaned off the hair and the gasket looks good. I found a software update for the not draining issue and I updated the software. I ran a quick wash cycle and it completed it perfectly and never leaked from the door. Customer also stated that they see a lot of soap suds in the washer, which could be a issue, but customer said they are using the smart auto dispense setting so the machine chooses how much soap to add. I recommended using the less option on the auto dispenser. I ran washer through diagnostics and everything tested good and never leaked."

I checked to see if the dryer was wired correctly and it was. Check for continuity between L1 L2 and ground and common and could find none. I called GE and spoke with them they pointed me to the houses circuit. I sent a copy of the wiring harness to fill Whiteford we checked a few components it could find no faults in the unit. "I replaced the igniter and the burner assembly as it had broken off screws in it. I had to modify both the igniter and the burner head assembly as both were non-typical to what was there previously. I was able to get the unit to light and work perfectly but with the redesigned ignitor. I was unable to use the existing beauty ring. they supplied a small collar and had a picture of it going around the igniter, but there was no specific instructions saying the beauty ring would have to be discarded. I spoke to the customers wife and son and they were happy with the solution. The cooktop is now fixed."

The complaint is the dishwasher leaks from the bottom of the door and does not drain properly. I found water sitting in the bottom and when it goes to drain the water does not drain out properly. I found the bottom right side of the tub gasket is ripped and that is allowing water to leak out the bottom. The door cables are broken so when the door opens its very heavy and the door does drop below 90 degrees. The drain hose would need to be replaced plus the door cables and tub gasket.

I re checked stator and found that one os the bolts were loose so when washer would shake and vibrate it would wiggle slightly and Im sure that was enough to causing it to give UE error. I tightened all bolts and rotor. Tested with load of towels and it completed spin cycle and no errors. Washer is working good. (Very confident that this was the issue)If problem continues, people were saying that there could be a crack in the magnets on the rotor that could cause UE error but i did not see any cracks or damage when looking at rotor."

Unit wasnt cooling either the fridge or freezer. All fans were running correctly. Checked the compressor and it wasnt running at all. Tested to see if the inverter was getting correct power which it was. Replaced inverter from truck stock. Once assembled plugged back and compressor kicked on right away. Let customer know its going to take 24hrs before back to normal temps.

Unit wasnt draining found that the drain pump was trying to run. Unhooked hose to make sure wasnt clogged. Then disassembled drain pump and found glass stuck in there. Was able to clear it and reassembled drain pump is draining but its loud. Customer wanted the drain pump replaced. Replaced pump and now its draining correctly and quietly

The customer complains that the dishwasher makes a rhythmic noise while the circulation pump runs. Upon arrival and inspection I found the lower spray arm was making contact with the heater bracket. I adjusted the brackets and heater and checked the unit. The unit is not sitting level it is 1/2 to 3/4inch tipped back because of the floor and cabinet situation unit is unable to be leveled. The lower spray arm does make a noise when you pull on it. It needs to be replaced. I hooked up my smart HQ and found no known errors and no issues. One thing of note was the insulation was not properly installed and the unit because of the countertop and flooring is not able to be installed correctly. This may be the cause of the spray arm failure. The toe kick is also missing the insulation from behind it customer states it was not there originally and there is no evidence of glue on the toe kick showing it was ever installed. . Customer will replace the toe kick and the lower spray arm. ; ordrng 1 WD27X26119 (Toe kick) and 1 WD22X27724 (Lower spray arm)

Customer states when unit was unboxed they found the upper left-hand corner and the tub assembly damaged. Upon arrival and inspection I arrived at a new construction home site. The dishwasher was not installed with located in the kitchen. I looked at unit over thoroughly and found beside the obvious door damage there is also a few questionable molding seams on the tub. It looks as though the unit sustained a blow on the left upper front corner of the box and this has caused no cracks but it seems to look compromised. There was obvious friction damage to the tub as well and many places where plastic is bent and are heavily scored. Its my professional opinion this should be replaced. I feel the tub has been compromised.
