"I found the lid switch is bad. The washer will advance into wash but the motor did not kick in. If I jump the switch then it works fine. The timer makes some louder than normal ticking noise but still seems to work. Not sure if we should replace or not? The agitator dogs are worn down. The agitator bolt is so rusting and falling apart I cannot get the bolt out without breaking loose the agitator. I would need for sure the agitator, lid switch and most likely the bolt and gear case. I just wasnt sure what WHP would cover. I advised the customer the gear case is not cover Im just not sure on the labor. I added high loop and cleaned out water in drip pan. Tested and there was a lot of suds and i didnt add any. Also customer said door seal pops off a lot. Found that it is on backwards. Due to all these issue any of them could of caused the leak. I fixed high loop and informed customer to use less soap (recommend finish tabs) also customer approved estimate to replace door seal. Found that the new burner for service bulletin is already installed. Igniter looks corroded. I ran test of oven to preheat and found that control board is not recognizing the temperature. Bake will ignite then shut off in seconds. Also temperature showed 300 degrees the it rapidly changed to 400. And shut off gas. Control board is malfunctioning when it heats up.

Did find that the lint filter had fabric softener sheet wax built up. We replaced the screen with a new one, and maintenance will run that for a couple hours and make sure its all good."

I found the washer was full of water and suds. I put into a drain but the water would not drain out. I got the door open and removed the clothes. I vacuumed all the water out and removed the drain filter. I found a candy bar wrapper stuck in the drain filter. I removed the wrapper and tested the washer. It drains good now and will operate in other cycles. I also adjusted the drain hose so only 12 inches goes down the drain pipe.
