Customers complaint wasnt getting water. After I drained the unit because it had some water in the unit. I also cleared out the trap had some pecans and wire tie for like bread in there. The unit did fill and work. Went through the complete test mode. My diagnosis is that something got stuck in the drain pump or circulation pump and wouldnt move to the next cycle. I have seen it before where the circulation pump gets clogged and wont allow the unit to fill with water.

Customers complaint with the dryer is that it takes multiple time dry cycles to dry the clothing. Upon arrival and inspection I found a 1980s model Montgomery ward dryer. I put a thermal couple in it and watch temperatures in the unit cycled beautifully. I double checked the air velocity at the vent hood outside and it exceeded 20 miles an hour. As I watched it a time the timer and it seem to be advancing twice as fast as the time that was passing in reality. The timer has failed but I couldnt even find this model online to find a part number. Please research or send into authorizations for options.

I cleaned off the hair and the gasket looks good. I found a software update for the not draining issue and I updated the software. Customer also stated that they see a lot of soap suds in the washer, which could be a issue, but customer said they are using the smart auto dispense setting so the machine chooses how much soap to add. I recommended using the less option on the auto dispenser. I ran washer through diagnostics and everything tested good and never leaked."

I checked to see if the dryer was wired correctly and it was. Check for continuity between L1 L2 and ground and common and could find none. Installed new board and still the FF compartment lights are not turning off. I found a wire is broken in the right FF compartment door. Needs a new right FF compartment door. Found that there was slow water flow to refrigerator. Found that it is a self tapping water line to fridge at got corroded and has slow flow. I tightened shut off and back on and water flow increased. Refrigerator itself is fine and i suggested to customer to get a actual water shut off valve for the fridge and would need a plumber.

Unit was leaking out front door bottom. Noticed the door wasnt making a tight seal. The door latch it self was operating well and tight. The door is just to tweaked on the bottom that it wont seal. Add photo of blue book for the hinge it self. Also might need a door. Everything is plastic and getting worn out. WP34001264 door hinge. Freezer had a ice build up on the bottom and under the evaporator. After disassembled I steamed and removed the ice in my he unit then used the steamer to clear out the ice damn. Once cleared I checked in the back of the fridge at the drain tube back there and noticed it had a little build up removed the build up and reassembled unit. No parts were needed just some labor.

When the dryer door is closed and you press start the dryer does not respond like the door is open. I remove the top panel and checked all connections at the door switch the door switch checks good at the control board all the connections at the board are tight I plugged everything back in and then the dryer started to work. I tried a couple more times and the dryer stopped working again so I unplug the power again and then plugged it back in and the dryer has been working fine.

"I replaced the igniter and the burner assembly as it had broken off screws in it. I had to modify both the igniter and the burner head assembly as both were non-typical to what was there previously. I was able to get the unit to light and work perfectly but with the redesigned ignitor. I was unable to use the existing beauty ring. they supplied a small collar and had a picture of it going around the igniter, but there was no specific instructions saying the beauty ring would have to be discarded. I spoke to the customers wife and son and they were happy with the solution. The cooktop is now fixed."

The complaint is the dishwasher leaks from the bottom of the door and does not drain properly. I found water sitting in the bottom and when it goes to drain the water does not drain out properly. I found the bottom right side of the tub gasket is ripped and that is allowing water to leak out the bottom. The door cables are broken so when the door opens its very heavy and the door does drop below 90 degrees. The drain hose would need to be replaced plus the door cables and tub gasket.

"Customer says about half of loads are getting UE error still. I re checked stator and found that one os the bolts were loose so when washer would shake and vibrate it would wiggle slightly and Im sure that was enough to causing it to give UE error. I tightened all bolts and rotor. Tested with load of towels and it completed spin cycle and no errors. Washer is working good. (Very confident that this was the issue)If problem continues, people were saying that there could be a crack in the magnets on the rotor that could cause UE error but i did not see any cracks or damage when looking at rotor."
