Washer sometimes doesnt go all the way through. I noticed that the rear lid switch needed to be adjusted. Ran it on 6 drain and spins after filling it multiple times. Each time it spins pretty well. Makes a little squeaking, but good tension on pully, no oil from transmission, and belt isnt worn down. Asked them to get a video of lights flashing if it stops mid cycle again so we can find out what error it was giving.

File number 87626257I looked for a while and then I set my work light inside the freezer and I found a gap between the door gasket and the refrigerator body. Im going to steam the gasket and try to massage it back into straight form. The steamer and massaging the gasket by hand, restored the original shape of the freezer door gasket and is now making good contact with the appliance body. There is no more light escaping between the gasket and the body of the refrigerator. I opened and close the door several times to verify that the gasket maintains its seal.

Tripping breaker still. Customer says they called an electrician and told him whats happening and he said that it sounds like its the dishwasher and not the electrical/breaker. It always trips at the very end of the cycle. I found some water that has been leaking through the terminal of the heater. Replaced heater. Ran on back to back to back test cycles. Had heater run for a total of 18 minutes. Zero drips or leaks from heater terminals, and it did not trip breaker. If it trips breaker again, I would recommend taking an extension cord, and unplugging plug from under sink and plug it into extension cord, and then run the cord to a different outlet outside of kitchen and see if it trips breaker. ; pckd up 1 W10518394

Drain pump continues to run. Customer has tried restarting it even it off for a while, letting it run and it just continues to pump. Removed the pressure hosed and tried to blow through. It could tell there is some resistance removed the hose all the way down to the basket and clean it out, and there was lots of filled up slimy buildup. Flushed it all cleaned it very well. Then reset unit now unit is working properly.

The customers dryer drum isnt tumbling.I removed the top, toe kick and loosened the right side panels. I doing the drum belt laying on the floor of the dryer cabinet. It had busted and fallen out of place. I did find that the belt had been rubbing against the idler wheel and a different piece of the motor. I explained what I found to the owner and he was already concerned about the drum wheels. Ultimately the customer decided not to go forward with the repair.

I installed the new mullion bar. I did find another build up of frost at the bottom of the fresh food air tower so I cleaned that up too. I checked all door gaskets to verify that full contact is happening and that a warm air leak is not the cause of condensation. The defrost issue in the freezer is not reoccurring, water is puddled in the defrost drain pan underneath the refrigerator and the defrost cycle duration has been solved with a new power control board. Water is not flowing to the appliance, theres no signs of a water leak created by the refrigerator. I replaced the auto damper previously because the old damper was not closing completely and cold air was flooding the fresh food cabinet. The sealed system checks out, my diagnostic test jig verified that compressor health is good, no error codes from the system.

I ran test and found that the soap dispenser was clogged with soap so when washer would fill it would backup soap dispenser and leak out the sides of the tub onto floor. I showed customer issue (see picture) and informed customer to ensure that those ports are not clogged. Cleaned out soap, tested and washer fills, agitates, spins and drains, no leaks. Washer is working good.

The customers electric dryer is making a rattling noise when while tumbling. The customer had a video of a full load of laundry being dried, and the appliance was so full that laundry was blocking the blower motor intake. I disassembled the door and the bulkhead to look for defective rollers, belts, and idler pulley, found nothing that required replacement. I reassembled the machine made sure everything was tight and in the correct location turn the machine on and everything was moving nice and quietly and smoothly. I put my hands on the machine and rocked it, and the customer commented that that was the noise he was hearing when the dryer was running. That pointed me towards the legs of the dryer, not being in contact with the floor and making the appliance level. So I adjusted the front leveling legs to ensure that the appliance would not creek when it dries loads of laundry.

Water pressure isnt super strong. Customer said after installing new water filter it improved. Also they have reverse osmosis for fridge and that slows down the water/lowers water pressure. Everything internally checks out good. Now Im running it with the outside door panel off. No signs of leaking from the dispenser. Didnt leak on normal cycle but leaks on 3 hour pro wash. Called whirlpool tech support but they were closed. After 80 minutes of it running and zero drips, I put 1/3 of a detergent dispenser full of their detergent and within 10 minutes there were an enormous amount of suds. They are going to switch to finish and stop using the pro wash and see if things improve.

Unit warm and not making ice since the cleaning yesterday. Called tech support and they had me turn it off for a few minutes, and then turn it back on. After turning back on and giving it 170 seconds, it started spraying well out of the left sprayer. Right sprayer didnt spray any water. He said its clogged, so I removed right spray nozzle and cleaned that out. Reinstalled and turned back on. Once it started spraying water, the cooling kicked in and it wouldnt spray out of either. Took the bullhorn assembly apart and it was totally clogged. Cleaned that and the waterlines out. Spent just under two hours cleaning everything. Reassembled and now its spraying water great.

When I arrived the panel was flashing 7 times. Could not find an error code that correlated with that. I put it into service mode and let it run through the tests. It drained, filled, circulated and heated perfectly. The beginning of the circulation, the motor made a whining sound for a couple seconds but never any issues after that. Replaced compressor from last diagnosis. Once it was braised in. Pressurized to 200 psi to check for leaks no leaks are present. Vacuumed under 300 ?m. Then filled with proper amount of refrigerant. Also updated control board. Fired up unit and unit started to work properly and held pressures properly also. Explain to customer can take up to 24 hours to fully cool properly. They do not have water hooked up to the unit so we dont have to worry about ice.

The customers dryer was producing a burning smell. They pointed out damage to the prongs in the power supply cord. I didnt find any defects with the cord itself or with the appliances connection, the wires were not grounding out against the cabinet or other metal objects.
