The washer does not agitate. I found the coupler is stripped and just spins free. I replaced the coupler and now it agitates good.

Frost in the ceiling of the freezer and ice maker does not fill. When I cycled the ice maker it did fill. I defrosted the frost and replaced the ice maker. I think the freezer door was hitting the cabinet. I moved the fridge to give it more room.

Unit was filling with water but not pumping/circulating. Found that the pump tested bad. Replaced pump. I ran unit pulled out to double check for leaks everything looked and sounded great. Reinstalled unit and now unit is back to normal operation.

Unit wasnt draining. Drain pump was extremely loud. Found that the drain pump was bad. Replaced drain pump and tested for leaks. Unit didnt leak and drain pump was working great. Unit is now working properly

Disconnected dryer vent and dryer is cycling heat normally. I attach vent and it was short cycling and cutting heat off early. Vent will need to be cleaned but if it keeps happening I informed customer that this model had a blower tubing service bulletin issue that would cause immature high limit metal to cut out too early.I informed customer of this but since its a kenmore I could not pull up the whirlpool service bulletin showing the fix.If customer calls back see if you can find the part number/kit for this issue for this model from whirlpool and give estimate for repair.This is the two belt model.

I verified the fan was the issue. I replaced the fan only and tested operation. The oven and cooktop are working good now.

I replaced the timer and checked the dryer vent. It was better but not perfect I advised the purchase a vent brush and left instructions on how to clean it. The dryer is now fixed.
