Replaced the bad evaporator fan today. Steamed off the evaporator since it was pretty frosted over from no air flow. Steamed out the air ducts. Working great now.

Heater not coming on. Found a bad flow sensor. Replaced flow sensor, plugged in Newfi device. Ran through diagnostic mode. Only error from before was for the heat not coming on. Water not reaching desired temp. Ran through the heat cycle while water circulated. Ran great. Rose temp 10 degrees in 8 minutes.

Unit wasnt spinning. Disassembled unit and found the belt was broken. Which the idler was seized and caused the belt to snap. Quoted then replaced idler and belt. Also cleaned up unit while I had unit disassembled. Reassembled unit and now running properly

The dryer did not heat at all. I found the heater coil was bad. I replaced the heater assembly and very the air flow is good. The dryer heats good now.

I replaced water valve, tested and dishwasher is working good.Customer said that it was still leaking in the basement even tho i had turned off hot water to dishwasher in the meanwhile waiting for the part.I ran the sink and saw it leak in the basement. There was an issue with dishwasher but also issue with sink drain since water was shut off to the dishwasher.A plumber would be needed to fix the sink leak, I dont see it leaking underneath sink so must be in the pipes? Plumber needs to look into that.

Customer complains the dryer makes noise when it tumbles. I found the support rollers were bad and squeaked. I installed a dryer repair kit and tested the dryer. The coils failed to open after a few cycles I replaced them. The dryer is now fixed. The start winding makes a momentary noise during start up but it quiets instantly there are no additional failures the unit runs great.

Replaced parts drain tube and thermostat assembly for defrost evaporator. Also removed every 3rd fin on evaporator per service bulletin. Refrigerator should no longer clog and leak onto floor.

I ran dryer for over 40 minutes and never shut off. I checked vent and it was partially blowing into house. I attached vent fully and heat has been cycling good. I ran diagnostic and all functions are working good no errors.I cannot find issues as to why dryer would stop mid cycle. Must be intermittent problem that is not failing as Im here. I asked customer if happens again to run the same load on timed dry an hour before if i have to come back if problem still happens.Possible that since it was blowing into house closet it would overheat something and then once it cooled off would start again?Dryer motor is strong and works every time. Customer will call back if problem persists after attaching vent.
