I verified the gaskets are ripped. I replaced both freehold gaskets and heated them up to get the wrinkles out. The doors shut good. I advised them to give the gaskets a week or so to form.

Customers complaint not draining and two different error code. Both codes are for the drain. Unit has water inside and door is locked. Removed the back of the unit and put unit in drain noticed the water is plugged in the basket. Removed the hose from the basket and found two bra pads stuck in ran unit multiple times then checked for clothing. Nothing. Looks like everything is cleared. Drain pump is good. Reassembled. Tested multiple times again for leaks or no drain issue. Unit is now working properly.

"Today I replaced the evaporator, compressor and the filter drier. I leaked checked the system and purged with nitrogen. I found no leaks and no restrictions. I pulled a vacuum and then charged the system. The evaporator has a frost pattern and pressures are normal. 100 on the high side and 0 on the low side after 10 minutes."

Replaced bad motor in dryer. Reinstalled dryer and vent. Works great now.

I verified the door I had was correct. I replaced the right fresh food door. The doors close good and no more issues.

"Has been giving an error code and stopping. I checked error codes. The code on it is F71 (SD) error. Manual says if that happens, its because of excessive wear on drive mechanism. Over overuse of detergent. Ran through test mode. It leaks water pretty bad through the transmission. Also, support rods are in need of replacement, causing it to wobble more. Center bearing/drive shaft is binding. Needs the support rods (cant find part number), W10435302 bearing kit, impeller wash plate which is stuck to transmission WPW10357576. Water valve is also spraying water out in the wrong direction, possibly from hard water deposits. W10853723. Please submit for authorization. ; saved tckt"

Getting F31 error and cannot adjust temperature from UI. F31 is communication failure from UI and control board. Found that there is broken wires on hinge area and is very tight wire harness inside door. I tried to splice wires but still getting error. Dishwasher is working but tenant brought to my attention that the upper rack doesnt slide in and out normally and customer has to yank it to get it open. The ball bearings of the rack slide is falling out. Upper rack rails on both sides will need to be replaced.Office: when I try to add the work order from service desk to the work order the numbers dont add up and wont list what blue book shows (see picture) I tried calling owner and no answer.Go by picture and not what blue book ported over. Replaced rail. Tested and upper rack now slides in and out normally. Dishwasher is working good.

The oven will preheat but not cycle back on after preheat. I tested the bake ignitor and it only draws 2.89 amps. The ignitor is weak. I replaced the bake ignitor and now it heats up fast and will cycle on after preheat.

Found that the idler wheel was worn and started squeaking loudly. Replaced idler. Tested and dryer is tumbling and no longer squealing. Dryer is working good.

Installed new board and thermostat from last diagnosis. Once installed set clock and tested all features. Took temps and its right on. Took temp reading at 425. It averaged 427. After 6 highs and lows. Broil is working properly air fried at 450 temps are good.

"Customer states the oven doesnt work Cycled and tested found the unit trys to preheat. Checked the amp draw on the igniter found no amp draw. Pulled unit out checked the igniter for any voltage found it was at 15 volts. Removed the panel and checked at the board, there was 120 volts at the board. Traced wires down. Found a spot where the wire for the igniter was pinched and grounded out. Removed the oven top and side cover repaired the wire. Put all covers back cycled and tested the oven now works. Put unit back and tested the burners and oven all working correctly at this time."

"Replaced hidden bake element, now it heats great. Got to 350 when set at 350 in 9 minutes. Customer mentioned that the little oven indicator light isnt working now. We switched the light with the clean light: they were happy with that. Everything works great now."

Dishwasher not draining. Found that there was piece of broken glass stuck in the drain line and then debris was backed up behind it. Dislodged and removed broken glass and debris. Dishwasher now drains and is working good.

"Unit giving door lock code again and installed new latch. Tested multiple times not having an issue. Check door hinge and striker. Everything seems all right. Does have a little play. If it continues, could possibly have a control board issue. I did tell her if it happens again to unplug unit, leave it unplugged for an hour to plug it back in and test again if it starts to work and then quits out after a few loads, then we know we have a bad control board."

"Customer states there was a drain issue.When I arrived, the washer had the covers removed, the customer had the pump and filter assembly removed. Customer said they cleaned the pump and filter. Reinstalled the parts and ran diagnostics did find codes F20, F21 both for drain issues. Ran a test cycle the machine had no problem. Checked the pump, filter and hoses for leaks. Ran a rinse and spin cycle, unit had no issues or codes. Informed customer that the pump was running and pumped both times I checked. Customer said there was a quarter in the pump when then took the assembly apart. Let customer know if the issue or codes come back I could come back with a pump but the quarter was most likely the issue.

Customer complaint is unit will randomly not get water inside unit and not clean properly. On arrival he said last night it did go through the cycle all the way through without issue. Started unit same thing. Working good fills, washes, and drain pump sounds good everything is looking and sounding good. Put unit and service mode. Checked for error codes. No error codes. Went through service mode completely never aired out. Never had an issue. No bulletins for this issue or anyone else with a relatable issue. Customer know of my diagnosis. Hes on edge of just buying a new one anyway. I explained he would have to kind of tested himself. By when it would stop working check if there was water in it when it would stop. It would just more info to build up more of a case instead of just throwing parts at it.

Replaced thermistor. Tested and no more TE error. Tested and all functions are working. Washer is working good.

"Customer complaint is, WILL NOT DRAIN/STANDING WATER. Customer had just disassembled inside to clean when it stopped draining. Inspected and tested. Found the little orange ball is missing. I disassembled further and found the ball. Put ball back in place and reassembled. Tested dishwasher and its working great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, stove gas smell. Gas is shut off behind the range. Inspected and found the gas line behind the range were it connects to the existing copper line has black tape on it. I removed the tape and found they installed the wrong fitting and its leaking gas. There going to need to call a plumber and have the gas line behind the range fixed.

The unit is cooling its just not blowing cold air. I removed the food and evaporator cover. I found the fan was not working and the fan blade is pushed back. I tapped on the fan and it started. I removed the blade and tightened the clamp. I put lock tite on the shaft and put the blade back on. I made sure it was not pushed back. The freezer is over packed and the rear cover may have pushed on the fan blade.

"Customers complaint is making a swishing sound, banging noise, and smells like while using oven. Also top right igniter not always lighting properly. On arrival right burners were working. Removed burner cap and found they were really dirty. Cleaned up igniter and burner reassembled. Tested working great. Tested oven. Found a weak igniter. Would open the gas prematurely, and would fill the compartment full of gas, then would light making a bang noise. Quoted customer for new igniter. Installed new igniter, reassembled then tested multiple times unit is now working properly without gas, smell or banging noise.

Installed new springs and display board from last diagnosis after install ran it through test mode. Everythings working properly.

"Door separating. Plastic from metal outer panel. Inner panel thats cracked is NLA as of 2016. Customer approved us drilling a hole on each side, and then a zip tie to keep left and right corners secure. Working great now.

I removed the old dishwasher and installed the new dishwasher. I ran it and its working good. It drains good with no issues.

Freezer evaporator cover is vibrating and making loud noise. Used foam from drain kit to dampen the vibration and no longer making loud vibrating sound. Refrigerator is cooling and working good.

"Customer complaint not cooling properly. Customer also mentioned theyve been using a golf club to keep the refrigerator door closed another provider put gasket on and ever since had an issue. For no cooling I found that the Yvette fan wasnt making any noise disassembled unit tested voltage getting 120 V to the fan fan has seized. Adjusted hinges as best I could on door door. Seems like its been tweaked out of place is in the right places and no adjustment can be made it on gasket. Unit does now shut and close and seal without a golf club. It is not perfect but 100 times better. Customer is happy with adjustment explained if they wanted to do better, but would need new hinges did not quote for new hinges would have to see if I would need a second person with these heavy wood doors quoted for new fan customer approved ordered from Sunberg and rescheduled. "Customer used the washer and then there was water under the washer. Could only find evidence of water coming out of vent behind washer. Filled and drained a few times and also put in test mode, no leaks from any part including valves or drain. Can see evidence of water leaking in sheet rock at some point on low right corner of area where water shut offs are in wall. Not sure when that was though. Checked bellow, no tears. Bearing good. The dishwasher is full of water and will not drain. I ran the drain pump and it makes noise but does not pump the water out. I was able to suck all the water out through the drain hose so theres no restriction. I removed the drain pump and found the impeller is stripped on the shaft. It needs the new drain pump assembly. Installed new socket and bulb. Works great now.

I verified that when you turn the back left burner on the front left burner comes on. I pulled it out and removed the rear panel. I found a black wire was shorted to ground. I repaired the wire and isolated it. Its all good now and all burners work.

"Customer complaint is, MAKING A LOUD RATTLING. Inspected and tested. Found the blower wheel had a wad of string and lint in it. Rollers and idler pulley are good. I vacuumed out blower wheel and bulkhead and tested. Dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed."

The customer complaint was both ovens are taking longer than normal to reach 350. I removed the oven bottom covers and started a bake. I verified the bake elements are heating up and look fine. I posted below the start times for both ovens and they both reached 350 less that 15 minutes. With my meter I also showed the temp was accurate. No other issues found today.

"Customer complaint is, WHEN USE HIGH HEAT IT IS NOT DRYING. Customer said its working just fine on medium. Inspected and tested. Started dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and it started heating and was cycling perfectly between 210F and 120F for about 20 minutes before I pulled out the lint filter and found it was plugged. I cleaned it off and ran for another 10 minutes and now its cycling between 190F and 120F. Dryer is testing good."

"Found that the ice fill line is frozen and wont fill ice maker. Bad water valve not fully closing and causing water line to freeze. Customer approved estimate. Replaced water valve, tested and ice maker cycles and fills. Ice maker is working good.

Found that the leak pan had water in it but it was thick water which I suspected that it was too much soap in dishwasher. I cleaned out drip pan and tested dishwasher and found that there was a lot of suds. So the suds overflowed and leaked into drip pan and caused the error. Mechanically dishwasher is working good. I showed customer all the suds and recommended to use finish brand. I ran some cycles and added cooking oil to get rid of suds. Dishwasher is working good.

"When I arrived, the customer had the dryer totally disassembled. Complaint was that it fires up for 10 seconds and then the flame goes out. I reassembled dryer and tested it. Heat would cut out quickly and it would only get up to 115. With vent disconnected it gets to 195. Heat doesnt cut out. Checked vent outside, and the cover was incorrectly installed after he recently cleaned the outside vent so the flap was stuck shut. Fixed and working good now.

The complaint is the dishwasher does not drain. I started the drain cycle and the drain pump comes on. I checked the hose for clogged and I tried to vacuum water through the hose. No water was coming out. I vacuumed all the water out from inside and removed the drain hose from the sump. I found the check valve was pushed in. I fixed the check valve flap. Now the dishwasher is able to drain. I installed the missing clip.

"Customers complaint, the shaft on the thermostat broke so you cannot use the dial at all. Unit needed a new thermostat. Disassembled then installed new part tested unit. It is working properly reassembled unit. Tested all burners to make sure everything was functioning properly. Everything now is working properly."

"No power when Im here. Found that the outlet plug was loose and not pushed in all the way, another plug was in the way and had to push it in hard. Washer now has power and run through quick cycle and it filled, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good."

Customers complaint unit making noise during wash cycle. Verified complaint definitely a bad motor wash pump. Removed old pump inspected found it was seized. installed new pump once installed, Tested multiple times. No leaks reinstalled underneath cabinet then let unit run for 25 minutes. no leaks no errors reassembled toe kit and molding. unit is now working properly without any abnormal noises or leaks

The washer does not start a cycle when the start button is pressed. I found the door is not locking. I tested the lock and found its defective. I quoted for the lock replacement. I replaced the door lock assembly. The washer now locks the door and goes through a cycle. I put into rinse and spin. The water drains fast and it spins. I adjusted the drain hose so only 8 inches of the hose is in the pipe.

"14 in fresh food section and warmer (40s) in fresh food. Tested defrost, steamed off evaporator and it frosted over quickly. Damper responds quickly. Recommended they change setting to 5 and 5 and put thermometers in there and see what happens. If it doesnt cool sufficiently, we can make an educated guess. Told them to call us tomorrow afternoon. "Giving E18 water tap error. Called Bosch tech support and we put it into test mode, and it went all the way through and filled perfectly, but its not recognizing that its filled up where its supposed to be. They said that its either the heat pump or the main pcb, and they would recommend having both parts on me, and replacing the pump first and then testing it and if it doesnt fix it then also replace the board. Parts I can not find, though with this model. Can someone look up part numbers and see if Ant gives autho? And I would need 2 time blocks for this repair. ; O-emld tckt"

"Customers complain, water dispenser, not working. When pressing the dispense button, you can hear the valve trying to push the water, but nothing happening. Unhooked waterline from under the fridge so going from the dispenser to the reservoir and I can blow through it so its clear. Next unhooked, the water hose from the valve hit the dispense button and water shot out. next unhooked reservoir from valve and dispenser hose and tried blowing through nothing its frozen or jammed. Gave customer two different options. One of me defrosting it with a steamer she would have to pay for the labor of doing that. I explained they could be time-consuming, or I could go quickly not quite sure, depending on how frozen it is. Second option the option they decided was just to unplug and defrost. I explained if theyre going to defrost it leave the door open is that reservoir right on top to the freezer so its gonna stay cold. They will call and let us know what they find after they do it. I installed a fan last month and it is louder than it should be. They brought it to my attention. I agree with them. I re-ordered a new fan. I will hold it until we return. If it defrost fine and starts working. Ill return just with the fan. If its defrosted and still has an issue, they will need a reservoir. "Customer states the machine has an issue pumping out the water, clothes are wet when the cycle is done. Put unit into a spin cycle. Pump ran for a few secs and stop. The machine did not spin or anything. Put into diagnostics mode was able to test all functions. The pump intermittently works, sometimes it will run until the water is drained out other times it turns on for a few seconds and stops, when this happens it make unusual sounds. "During the visit, the main toper was removed, and all heat burners elements were inspected. The front left burner registered 41 ohms, and the left burner measured 39 ohms; both elements checked okay. However, the customer reported a concern that the front burners remained on longer than expected after cooking.Upon further investigation, the lower oven was observed to not cook efficiently. Testing revealed a resistance of 14 ohms, which is below the expected 26 ohms. Additionally, no alarms were detected, but intermittent behavior in the relays was observed.To address these issues, we recommend replacing the following components:MEE61945102 - LG Heater, SheathRange Oven Control Board and Overlay AGM73349003These replacements should resolve the reported concerns regarding extended burner operation and the inefficiency of the lower oven. "Customer not getting water to dispense or ice maker. Pulled fridge out on protective mat. Tested dispenser could her a valve. Checked voltage to primary getting 120. Removed hose out of the primary and no water will come out the primary valve has. Valve comes as assembly. Will need valve assembly. Not related to repairs done to the inverter; ordrng 1 4346600900 (Valve), states that autho needed"

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING OUT. Inspected and found water sitting at the bottom of the dishwasher when I got here. I tried draining it and just heard humming from the drain pump. I removed hose from the garbage disposal and was able to suck all the water out with my vacuum through the hose. I tried drain pump again with it empty and still just hums, but doesnt sound like the impeller is turning. I tried tapping on it and still nothing. I disassembled the sump from the inside and was able to turn the impeller by hand and didnt find anything in it. I reassembled and filled dishwasher with water and tried draining and now it drained. I filled and drained multiple times and its draining great.

Customer said the new ice maker worked then stopped working then would work again. Removed and checked the ice marker for any issues. Did find a small ice cube stuck between the bailing arm and the bottom of the ice try. Tested the basket switch and power switch for the ice maker and they are working good. Went into diagnostics and checked harvest cycle, water valve, and thermistor and they are all working good. Did remove the bottom lower cover and checked for a visible break in the wire harness on the door Customer is going to monitor the issue.

Complaint is that dishwasher doesnt fill with water. I ran it on a normal cycle and it fills with water and circulates awesome. Ended up finding a ton of junk built up underneath the float assembly. Got that all cleaned out. It looks like the float mustve gotten stuck in the up position so that it was not filling with water.

"Touch panel is not responsive, has a mind of its own. Will change settings and randomly change settings or beep on and off. Is bad touch panel. I did reseat the touch panel and it is now responsive and buttons do work. Cycle will start. I gave customer estimate for new touch panel. They will use as normal and think about it and will call us back if they want us to proceed to order part.

"Customer complaint icemaker, not working and hasnt worked for a while. On arrival, the icemaker had no water or ice in it forest harvest mode. Could hear the valve kick on but no water trace the waterline and found it was underneath the sink and the valve was off. Customer said it has been acting up since the plumber was there and redid some of the plumbing. After I turned on the valve and tested unit it was filling just fine. Explained to customer can take up to 48 hours to make ice. As of now unit is working properly just by turning on the water valve."

The dryer powers on but does not tumble. I could spin the drum and it feels free. I pulled the top off and found the belt is not broken but its not connected. The idler pulley is bad. I quoted for the repair. I replaced the idler pulley and oiled the rollers. I also vacuumed out the lint.

"Customer stated, there was an issue with the unit draining, ran diagnostics found the pump was not coming on. Checked for voltage at the pump and found voltage. Gave customer a quote to replace the pump, customer approved. Replaced the pump, filled unit twice with water and ran the pump, checked for leaks. Checked the dryer venting. Customer has the thin flex venting from the dryer to the outside vent. I informed them of my concerns using the brush with a drill may tear the vent since its not straight. I suggested to the customer that a cleaning of the dryer maybe to be done. The dryer is venting at 11.9 mph on the outside of the house.

Customer stated the dryer would make noise after 20 minutes of use. Removed covers and drum. Found the idler pulley not spinning freely and a rear roller that was tight. Gave customer a price on repairing the idler pulley and customer approved. Cleaned off and lubed the rear roller. Installed new idler ran the unit. No noises dryer operating as it should

Installed new hinge assembly for door flap. Working great now.

Replaced and moved thermistor from lower to upper right. That should take care of frost issue (Known issue with this fridge). Refrigerator is working good.

Replaced pump motor assembly. Tested and no longer squealing. Ice maker is working good.

"Dishwasher needed to be reinstalled/remounted. Also, theyve been having problems with back flow from sink into the dishwasher. I redid the drain line under the sink so its looped up now. It wasnt before. I reinstalled dishwasher. Mounted nice and firm now, and its flush with cabinets now. Was falling out when I got here.

Replaced bad ACU. Works great now.

This is an older asko. The dishwasher has no power and it had water inside. I found a breaker was tripped on the panel. I reset the breaker and now the dishwasher is working. I let run for 25 minutes. It has no issues and drains. The start button on the console is cracked but it still works. No other issues found.

I checked temperatures with vent attached and it got up to 270 degrees. I disconnected vent and was 206 degrees. I checked outside vent and found that they have mesh cover and was full of pet hair and lint blocking air flow. I recommend to customer to not use it since there is a flap already to customer will have it clean it often to prevent this.I ran test with auto dry with no clothes and it dropped time down and shut off. I added wet clothes and it added time and continued drying. So the sensor is working and can verify that the clogged vent was issue.I tilted back feet up so clothes would gravitate towards the front of dryer where the sensor is. I also recommended to put it on more dry for automatic drying cycles. Also matters on cycle selection of load of clothes being dried. Dryer is cycling heat and working good as im here.
