Still not cooling. Found the evaporator iced over. Steamed it off, bypassed bi metal, jumped heater at board and heater came on great. Installed new bi metal. Tested ohms at temp sensor for freezer and thats good. Should cool now. Evaporator fan running great.

Unit wouldnt spin. Found once disassembled that the idler was busted and the back two rollers were stiff. Customer had his own idler and roller to use. Let him know we wont warranty the parts but I can install them. Unit also needed a belt. Reassembled now unit is working properly

Customer complaint is, water jets into softener & bleach drawer are clogged needs them cleaned or looked at. Inspected and found the dispenser compartment on the inside is really dirty. Cleaned out inside of dispenser and tested valves in test mode and everything was working great. Washer is now fixed.

Unit was cleaning dishes. Found when running unit. Motor was making loud noise and wasnt really pumping the water. The spray arms wouldnt even move. Replaced sump assembly and now unit is working great. Cleaned inside of unit while I was repairing and now back to operating correctly

Not draining. Found the drain pump filter full of socks and debris. Cleaned that and the drain line inside the washer. Drains great now.

I found the belt was ripped up. The idler and rollers looked good. I cleaned up the lint and replaced the belt. The dryer is working good now.

When you spin the basket by hand it makes a dragging noise and is loud in spin. I removed the rotor and it was still there. Advised the customer it needs a basket and tub. Better to replace the washer .

Not tumbling. Found a broken belt and a couple rollers that werent rolling well. Cleaned the rollers and oiled them, now they work great. Vacuumed out a bunch of lint and cat hair. Replaced the belt. Works great now.
