Customer complaint is, leaking by the door and leaking onto the drawer below. Inspected and tested. Found the water was coming from the dispenser and leaking down the front. Removed dispenser and it was really gunked up inside. Cleaned up inside of dispenser housing and tested. I cant get it to leak again. Looks like it was just all gunked up. If it leaks again, we will need to order the whole dispenser assembly and drawer.

The washer was trying to drain but the drain pump was buzzing. I pulled the drain motor off and found a chunk of metal in the pump. I removed the metal. The washer fills and drains good now.

The dishwasher was drains slow. I removed the hoses from the air gap. I found plastic and Legos stuck in the hose and air gap. I hooked it back up and now it drains good.

Customer complaint is, door not staying closed. Inspected and tested. Found the door latch is broken. Installed new door latch and tested. Dryer is now fixed.

Issue just started and got worse. I found water leaking from the ice maker mold and then ice forms around the shut off arm. The drive gear on the back of the ice bin is cracked in half. I replaced the ice maker. It cycled and does not leak. Dana is shipping the customer a new ice bin.

Put inverter board back in and compressor turns on and is running. Refrigerator is starting to cool and is working good.

Customer complaint unit wouldnt start. I would drain. I hit the normal cycle and it fired up right away. There was a lot of soap suds in there which could effect why certain operations. Cleaned out all the soap suds and then ran unit on multiple different cycles every cycle it started
The washer is leaking water from the bottom, the agitator is broken and the front panel screws are rusted so I cannot remove the front. The model tag is warn off so I cant read it.
