Bosch Refridgerator Repair. Customer states that they had slow water coming from the dispenser before this issue happened. They replaced the filter. It looks as though this was the cause of the issue with the icemaker. Icemaker is producing ice properly at the proper rates now. E2 is just a persistent error code for an issue with the icemaker at some point. Did a power off reset and the error code went away and did not return. Cycled the icemaker and it still did not return.I think an icemaker replacement at this point is unnecessary but I will retain the part in case customer calls back.

GE Refridgerator Repair. I accessed the machine cabinet at the back of refrigerator, turned off water and power to the unit. I removed the defective water inlet valve, installed the new inlet valve and transferred the water supply lines to their home position. I also installed the new water filter, plugged the machine back in and turned water on. I filled three cups of water from the dispenser ave activated the ice maker. Each work like new without leaks or other problems, no leaks from the new inlet valve too.

Samsung Dryer Repair. Customer is concerned that their dryer is making a loud screeching noise when the drum is tumbling. I disassembled the inner cabinet of the dryer. I found damage to the back of the drum roller assembly and to the drum wheels. I also found damage to the idler pulley wheel. I replaced all damage components and reassembled the dryer cabinet. I Started the machine to verify that it heats and tumbles without any noises. I did point out the damage to the customer so that they know that the damage was there prior to my visit.

I removed the drum and inspected the inner cabinet (drum rollers, glides, idler pulley wheel, idler belt). I didnt find any objects making contact with the drum but there was one wheel that wasnt moving correctly. I replaced the drum roller, cleaned lint out of cabinet and reassembled the dryer. Turned the machine on, verified repair and function, dryer is nice and quiet and ready for normal use.

Speed Queen Dryer Repair. Customer is concerned that her dryer makes a scraping noise occasionally when the drum tumbles. I disassembled the cabinet to look for the source of the problem because I was able to recreate the noise by hand. Once I accessed the backside of the bulkhead, I found a safety pin that had worked its way through the front felt. The safety pin didnt create any further damage beyond a pin hole. I checked the drum rollers, idler pulley wheel and belt. The machine looks brand new, well taken care of. I reassembled the dryer and verified that the unit tumbles quietly, heats and runs. I did apply vent tape to a couple of joints on the customers dryer vent.

Bosch Dishwasher Repair. Customer states that they will start the machine and close the door, but it never actually starts. Observed that the display would never go off when they close the door indicating that it didnt think the door was shutting. Discovered that the door was kind of crooked, and that one of the hinges was bent, preventing the latch from Lining up properly. Opened up the door and bent the hinge back into place and got it fairly close to where it needs to be. The door seems to be latching properly now and starts and runs.

LG Refridgerator Repair. Customer complaint is a loud noise during the cooling cycle. I moved the unit out and access the main power control board at the back of the refrigerator. I pushed the unit into diagnostic test two and I could immediately hear the fresh food evaporator pan making a loud rattling noise. I disassembled the fresh food cabinet, took out the old evaporator fan, cover assembly and installed the new evaporator cover assembly. Plug the machine back in tested the repair to make sure everything was working like new and everything is back to normal. I did use the part sent by square trade.

Whirlpool Dishwasher Repair. Dishwasher not cleaning very well. Found that both spray arms were clogged and the heater mounting clip was bent up, preventing the lower spray arm from rotating. Bent heater clip back down and cleaned all the holes in the spray jets. Dishwasher now has good wash pressure on both upper and lower spray arms. Rinse aid was empty. Recommended they keep the rinse aid full to help dishes come out looking cleaner and to use Affresh (or similar) cleaning tablets every couple months to minimize buildup in the sump.

GE Dishwasher Repair. Disconnected the dishwasher from its electrical supply and moved the unit out and on to its side. Removed the defective wash motor and did find it hard to turn by hand, almost seized in fact. Installed the new wash motor, restored electricity and tested the machine for leaks and function. Everything is tip top, good for normal use. I created a loop in the drain hose so that the pump has a with bubble to assist it with its portion of the wash cycle.

Samsung Dishwasher Repair. Found some water that was in the drip pan which is why they were getting LC error (leak error) i ran diagnostics and ran dishwasher for 40 minutes and found no leaks the only thing I found is excess soap suds and I didnt add any soap (see picture) Im thinking too much suds and leaked into drip pan. Cleaned out suds and also found that the auto door open feature was turned off in the settings. Turn on door open and in test mode it popped open. I showed customer in the user manual how to turn that feature on/off. Dishwasher is working good as Im here.
