Unit is covered under LG part warranty for compressor so we ended up ordering compressor going out there verified compressor was bad. Compressor was running, but wasnt pushing any Freon equalize pressure was at 50 psi. Explain diagnosis to customer approved repair installed new compressor. Once was installed pressure tested vacuumed and refilled with the correct amount of Freon. Once installed tested unit started cooling right away before I left it dropped over 10?."

The whole unit is not cooling. I verified the compressor has failed. I purged the r600 and purged the system with nitrogen. I removed the old compressor and installed the new compressor. I leaked checked and found no leaks. I pulled a deep vacuum then recharged the unit with 48 grams of R600. I advised the customer to give it 8 hours to cool.

"The customer said the dryer runs for a few minutes then shuts off. I verified with an empty load and on normal the dryer will shut off after a few minutes because the dryer is not sensing a wet load. I tested the air flow and its good. The heat test was also good. The high temp got up past 200 and it did it quickly. I entered test mode and tested the sensor bars, they passed and are working. I got a load of laundry wet and put in the dryer and selected normal. I made sure the energy saver was off. The dryer started with 40 minutes. I let run into it got down to 35. It seems to be working now. I advised the customer to make sure the energy saver is always off.

I got to stop beeping and then open the door and pressed the light switch and then let the motor run until the fault went away. I then tried it 6 times and it now works for me every time. When the door was locked I tried pulling in the door and it never acting up. I let it run in self clean for 15 minutes and it worked just fine for me.

"Not draining out the water. Tenant has to wring out clothes to get all water out. I filled and then put the washer on spin 3 times. The utility tub drains slow, and the filter on the end of the drain is pretty plugged up. Its possible this is causing it to not drain as well as it should. Mechanically the washer itself runs great. I put a load of clothes in it, filled it up all the way with water, then put it on a spin cycle and it spins the clothes out perfectly. Cant find anything wrong with the washer. I called the owner and got vm. I texted him and let him know what I found. Just a trip charge for today. Recommend getting plumbing cleaned out and putting new filter on end of drain line."

"A few times recently it gave the E1 error. They have tried the last five times running the garbage disposal before they start the dishwasher cycle and they have not gotten the error code since. They still wanted to get it checked out. So I ran it five times and every time the drain pump drained great and it did not give the error. I detached the drain line and made sure there was no debris in the drain line. According to the Beko tech manual, it could be a bad flow sensor, wiring, or bad main control board. The customer will call us if they start getting the error code again when theyre running the garbage disposal. I told him the next step would be to replace the main control board and the flow sensor assembly.they would probably just replace the dishwasher though if that was the case. Its running great right now."

"Customer complaint water leaking on the floor from icemaker up in the fresh food section. She mentioned that there was a loud noise inside the freezer sounded like something rubbing and then it quit and now theyve had the issue. The temp in the unit was over 40?, but the doors have been open multiple times. Found the evaporator fan is not running in the freezer, it is getting proper voltage. Motor has just failed. Put icemaker in harvest mode. Everything on the icemaker side is operating correctly. The problem is its not freezing and all harvest will go through its cycle and then overfill the icemaker. Will have to start with the evaporator fan that has failed so we can get it cooling properly up in the refrigerator and then freezer . Will need new motor is part is now not available. I installed new ice maker and ice maker cycled upside down and then stayed there. In test mode nothing happens. The UI board is what controls the ice maker and its not sending the proper voltage to the ice maker. Needs a new UI board. The board is a kit that replaces the main board to. Installed new UI board kit and tested. Ice maker cycled back and now responds in test mode and cycles. Ice maker is now fixed."

Wasnt draining. I checked sump and its clean. A lot of mold though. Recommended finish dishwasher cleaner. Cleaned out where the drain line attaches to the garbage disposal. A lot of junk built up there. Drain line was looped up so I secured that and rerouted it and looped it up. Customer said sometimes sink wont drain so they run garbage disposal and then it drains well. Told them that it sounds like theres some sludge possibly slowing down the drain in the plumbing.

"The customer has complained that the dryer will not heat up at all. I checked the vent system and the heating element, which is showing signs of weakening. Additionally, I noticed that the wire harness was broken at the terminal, so I fixed it temporarily to keep the terminal connected. This is a temporary solution that may eventually fail. To fix it properly, a new heating element with all the components is needed.For now, the unit is back in operation and heating properly. Remove to kick panel, found igniter not lighting or your getting power at all. Trace wiring back to a bad the thermostat. "Customer is complaint not cooling properly display is dead and icemaker not working. So first things first display is dead but things are operating and cooling. Traced power to door switch one of the door switches as failed jump door switch and now display lights up. Have a whirlpool switch that works properly. Installed switch tested now. Display pops up. Shows that icemakers turned off. Turn icemaker on and cycled now. Icemaker is cycling properly. This has been worked on before and one of the compressors has been replaced. Everything does seem like its operating correctly and Im getting now. Good temps will have to wait and see now that display is working.

Washer is going to need a new suspension kit part number AJK72909308, a new lid assembly part number AFG73029705 which is NLA, lid hinge cover plate part number MCK67634401, lid hinge dampers part number AGM73832001, and a new drive shaft and shifter assembly part number AEN73131403. I tried removing the agitator plate and couldnt get it off, so if we do this repair, I will need to cut it off and replace it with part numbers AGZ72909711 and the cap part number 5006EA3009B. "The customer said the washer leaks but they dont know when. After the cycle is over they just see water under the washer on the floor. I ran the washer 2 times through the test mode. In test mode the washer turns on all the valve, it turns on the circulation pump , it washes and drains. I did that 2 times and it never leaked. I then ran a 25 minute normal cycle and it still never leaked. I inspected the hoses and the door gasket I found no rips or holes. The drain hose is good and the water line connections are good. The filter was good and tight and the drain plug is good and tight. I finally saw it leak at the very end. Water is dripping down inside from the front of the soap dispenser. When I removed the draw I can see the front of the dispenser housing is bowed. So when the drawer is closed its not making a tight seal. I needs the dispenser assembly body and the drawer. I tried but I could not get any parts to pull up. I want f220 and f300. Dryer is stacked on top so I will need time. ; snapped 2 QuickPics, states that autho needed"
