Today I replaced the bad cables. Works great now.

Customer complaint is, bearing going out in the motor, rumbles a lot. Inspected and tested. Found the idler pulley has failed and the blower wheel has a big chunk of hair and lent attached to it. Also the motor does have some rumbling coming from it. Customer doesnt want to replace the motor because of cost, but approved installing new idler pulley. Installed new idler pulley and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested dryer and it sounds much better. Customer is just going to replace the dryer when the motor fails.

Customer complaint is, leaking water out of front of unit. Inspected and tested. Found the lower spray arm had fallen off and the door seal was bad. Also the filter is plugged solid. Installed new door seal and reattached lower spray arm and cleaned out filter. Tested dishwasher and its working great and not leaking. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Hose was kinked going to garbage disposal. Replaced line with new black rubber hose 1 wide and 7/8 elbow. Drains great now. I did not use any of our supplies.

Customer complaint is, we do not have power to the display board. Inspected and tested. Found the UI board has failed. Board is not in stock.Part number WD21X23462. Customer approved repairs. Installed new UI board and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Glass came out of place, door was hanging off kilter. Some screws were missing. Got the glass back into place and added screws where they were missing, tightened all screws on lower and upper oven. Both doors work great now..

The compressor and evaporator fan was not running. I found the big main plug in the front was smoldering. I repaired the wires but it still did not work. I replaced the timer and it worked for a little bit. I ended up finding more wires damaged but I was not able to repair them because they go up in the cabinet.

I replaced the defrost heater and defrosted the evaporator. The new heater was a title different and it was harder to install.

I replace the blower igniter and coils. The dryer no longer makes noise and heats perfectly.
