Customer complaint is, ice maker is not working. Customer said the ice maker started working. Inspected and tested. The ice bin was full when I got here. I cycled the ice maker and it dumped the cubes and filled with water. Ice maker is operating normal.

Customer complaint is, not draining properly. will turn off in middle of a washing cycle. Inspected and tested. Found a piece of glass in the sump. Removed glass and tested. Dishwasher is still not draining. Removed drain pump and found more glass in the drain pump. Removed and tested. Still not draining. Needs a new drain pump. Customer approved repairs. Installed new drain pump and tested. Dishwasher is draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, smells horrible inside & if turn on it says lock control and light comes on but won't start. Inspected and tested. Found the dishwasher is full of water thats been in there for a long time. The control lock was on. Unlocked control and tested. Dishwasher doesnt start because its not reading the door as closed so I cant test anything else further. Needs a new door latch. . Customer declined repairs and is going to replace the dishwasher.

Appears that being on very unlevel floor is causing washer to probably go out of balance and maybe stop? Customer said that it doesnt happen all the time. I used bricks to level the front up to level out the washer. Ran full cycle and it completed and drained/spun out all water. I informed customer that something a little more permanent to level up the washer. But as Im here washer is working good. Im pretty sure leveling washer should have solve issue.They will call back if problem persists.

Found that heating element was bent up, looks like something caught it and pulled it out of socket so that spray arm was hitting the element. I bent and put element back in place, tested all functions and heating element is still good. Dishwasher is working good.

The washer is not filling with water or progressing through the cycle. I checked and the water was turned off to the washing machine. I turned on the water and it runs great now. It filled with water and agitated, so then I put it on a rinse and spin and that worked well too.

Fridge display panel wasnt operating and warmer temps. Once disassembled found one wire snapped and the plug half way on. Repaired the wire and replugged in now unit cooling correctly and display is operating

I found the pump filter and screen were dirty, the toe kick panel was bent pretty bad. I bent the panel back in shape and leveled the dishwasher. I found a grape stem in the drain. Pump. I cleaned the filters and educated the customer on soap usage and cleaning.
