The customer was concerned with the sound from the washer. The customer put a small load of clothes in and we let fill and wash. The sound when it agitates is normal agitation sound. I removed the front panel. Everything looked good. I found some stuffing from a pillow. I cleaned up the pillow stuffing.

Making a loud whirr whirr whirr sound when the drain pump runs. Found some broken glass from a wine glass in the drain pump after taking the pump apart. Runs and drains great now.

Water was leaking from the freezer compartment. I found the defrost drain was plugged. I cleared the drain and made sure water could drain .

Fresh food section warm. Found the evaporator frosted over completely. Has a bad bi-metal. I bypassed the bi metal and put on defrost and the heater came on. Steamed off the evaporator, installed a new bi metal, and let customer know it could be 24 hours before its totally cool. Running great now though.

Found that bake igniter is bad. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igniter, tested and oven now heats and is working good.

Fault codes from 1st to last, 5-2 6-4 2-1. I ran the diagnostics cycle and everything worked fine and it finished with no more codes. The customer said the dishwasher will finish but there still water in the bottom and the clean light is not on. The dishwasher drains fine every time I try it. The dishwasher is not over sudsing. The float is not stuck. I removed the drain pump and inspected the check valve. All looked good.

Dishwasher not coming on. Zero volts at junction box. Breaker isnt tripped. Junction box under the sink that goes to the dishwasher junction box is only getting 4 vac. Checked for continuity on L1 from junction box to junction box, and it has continuity. Told owner he will need to have an electrician out.

Found that the refrigerator lights work but not cooling. They said they were moving the fridge and afterwards it stopped cooling. Found that they must of accidentally put fridge in demo mode. I showed customer how to turn off demo and go into regular cooling mode. Refrigerator fans and compressor kicked on and refrigerator is cooling and working good.

Customer complaint is, UNBALANCED-wont run or drain-quit mid cycle- door gasket is twisted-thinks its main bearings. Inspected and tested. Found one of the springs was broken and a damper was broken. Installed 2 new springs and all 3 dampers. Tested washer and its working great. Washer is now fixed.
