"Call had another company out there say it was sealed system but then had issues with them coming out again. Unit was off turned unit on let it cool for over 30 minutes while disassembled the trim unit never got a frost pattern. Removed Freon, then added access valve pressurized and could see it drop but I couldnt find it. Replaced filter dryer and heat exchanged pressurized to 175 psi held for 10 minutes no problem never dropped vacuumed got it under 275 ?m. Filled unit with proper amount of 134 a plugged unit back in reassembled everything else. Frost pattern looks good. Everything is cool assembled and reinstalled LED lights were installed LED lights and everything is working great"

Today I replaced the oven temp sensor per the Beko tech line recommendation. I got the range back as far as I could. The gas line and power cord is behind the range and hits. I let preheat for 30 minutes then watched the temps. The average temp I got was around 355. I did find the knob has to be right at the 350 dot or a little back. You also have to wait the complete 30 minutes. Working great.

I removed the cap on the air gap and cleared the food build up. Now the dishwasher can drain. The upper rack hangs down and is loose on the right side. One of the rack clips is broken. I used zip ties and fixed the upper rack.

"Customer complaint is, REFRIGERATOR IS NOT COOLING SEEMS TO BE ABOUT 55?, FREEZER IS STILL BELOW 0. Inspected and tested. Freezer is 20F and FF is 61F. Theres no airflow to the FF compartment. Found the back wall of the freezer is frosted over. If I open the freezer drawer I get airflow to the FF compartment. The evaporator and air FF return vents are completely frosted over and shut. This is a defrost issue. I jumped the defrost heater from the board and didnt get any amp draw. Refrigerator needs to be unplugged and defrosted for 48 hours and then I can come back and disassemble evaporator cover and diagnose the problem. I carry the board, sensor and bimetal. The defrost heater is NLA. Customer is going to defrost refrigerator and Im rescheduling. Customer would like sooner service if we can. ; schdld next appmnt for 1/17 WED !"

"Customers complain to the unit not draining as water and unit with towels. First thing I did was try to vacuum out. The water was not able to do the back hose. Its all clogged up had to tip the unit back a little bit then manually open the door and vacuum out all the water, I lay a bunch of towels down on the floor when I doing this because a lot some water does spill out no way around it because the drain is all clogged and can vacuum it out that way. Got all the water out then was able to remove the hose from the basket itself where the filter is and found a piece of plastic in there. Removed reassembled and then tested multiple times for leaks no active leaks.

I ohm the display transformer and it read 0 ohms. The door latch keeps breaking and the door is hard to open. The switch bracket is worn down and should be replaced. The turn table does not spin. The turn table motor has no resistance when you try to spin the turn the table. It needs the bracket, transformer and turn table motor. I could not find the turn table motor or transformer in stock. "Customer service complaint is unit not heating. Looked through little window to watch igniter to see if it would blow and start. Unit with tumble but igniter would never engage. remove the back of the unit tested some of the thermostats and found a bad thermostat. Replaced thermostat, tested unit and working properly reinstalled everything tested again working great vent is too high up to check airflow properly. It is blowing the window open and it looks like its blowing decent temps are getting to 110 which is normal for gas dryer. Explained customer if it seems like things are taking longer to dry or anything and usual please get dryer vents clean.

"The customer said the dryer heats but takes long time to dry. I took a heat test and the dryer heated up to 245 degrees and it took a real long time. I used my tester and tested the air flow, the air flow is poor. I pulled the dryer out and removed the dryer duct. I then ran the heat test again. Now it heated to 205 and it got there quickly. It then turned off and the heat dropped quickly. The air flow out the dryer is good and the connecting duct is not plugged. I advised the customer to have the dryer duct cleaned ASAP."

"Hasnt been heating. Heater ohms good. Main pcb wasnt sending voltage to heater. Replaced main pcb. But it still did not heat. I pulled the dishwasher out and checked the heating element and it actually is internally broken. I tested the heating element and it was OL. Ordered heater, installed heater and installed main pcb. No amp draw before on heater. Now 7 amps per spec when heater comes on.

"Customer complaint is, LEAK FROM THE FILTER IS GOING DOWN TO THE FREEZER. Inspected and tested. Found its leaking from a crack in the water reservoir tubing. Customer needs to unplug refrigerator and defrost the freezer after we repair the water leak because theres ice buildup in the freezer causing the drawer to not open and close right. I also advised customer to turn the water off to the refrigerator until we do the repair because its leaking when you use the dispenser or when the ice maker cycles. Installed new water reservoir tank and tested. No more leaks.

I defrosted evaporator and cleaned out drain and installed new drain kit. Tested and the heater is not coming on. The bimetal has failed. The bimetal is NLA part number WR02X12592. "The customer complaint is the dryer starts but does not tumble. I tried the dryer and the motor hums when it tries to tumble. I tried to spin the drum by hand but it wont spin. I took the dryer front off and removed the drum. I found the dryer drum has a crack in it and a pair of underwear was stuck in the drum. That was bound up around the left rear roller. I got it spin but the drum has a crack. I advised the customer to not use it. The complaint is when you shut the dryer door the motor starts on its own. The does heat. Theres also a loud screeching sound when it runs. I removed the main board and inspected the back of it. I did not see anything burnt. I put the board back in and now the dryer works good. The drum does not spin when the door is shut. If I press start then it spins. The motor relay on the board was stuck. The board will need to be replaced. I tried to isolate the noise but I could not. I think its either from the motor or the idler. It sounds more like an idler drag sound than a motor. I was unable to get parts to pull up. Please look up the main board control and the idler and give the customer an estimate. ; saved tckt

Inspected upper spray arm that looks like its good its connecting good ran unit and found that the water pressure sounded really low with the motor so I ran unit and it doesnt have much water pressure and isnt moving the top spray arms. Removed filter and then removed chopper cover. Once chopper cover was removed was able to find the chopper all gummed up. cleared it reassembled unit sounds a lot better.

"The customer complained about smelling gas coming from the cooktop. I conducted a thorough inspection but did not find any issues or leaks. I tested the main lines for gas leaks using soap and also cleaned up the burners, ensuring everything was secure with no apparent issues.It is possible that the gas smell may have resulted from the pilot light not being in the right location or from turning on the gas before igniting the burners.
