Customers complaint is unit making noise at lower speeds. Hooked up SmartHQ and went through the spin test which test the spin at a few different speeds and also the agitate mode. No noise is present but got a light vibration which is normal especially being on 3rd floor. I explained how the unit worked and good ways to keep it maintained to last longer.

Two burners not igniting. There was cleaner that was under and on the burners. Cleaned off the cleaner, ignites great now for all burners. Took 3 minutes, no charge additional labor charged.

Replaced bad gearcase, wash-plate, belt and agitator. Runs great now, no leaks.

“Nate was so thorough, professional, nice and went above and beyond in repairing my washer. He treated the repair as if he was fixing it in his own home. He ordered parts necessary and others that sometimes break when installing a new transmission. So if needed He would not have to schedule a 2nd service call. Leaking oil was everywhere, he cleaned up all the oil, even soaking one part in dawn while he did the repairs. Most technicians would either leave the spilled oil or wipe off quickly and move on. Customer stated loud during spinning. Also black plastic in tub. Found that the bearing has failed and was rubbing on front of unit so the plastic was getting scraped off

Unit was making a squeaky noise and the vent was falling down. Disassembled unit and found the idler was bad and also noticed the venting inside unit was unhooked so lint blew every where. Cleaned out the lint and hooked venting back up correctly.

Unit wasnt draining found that the drain pump was trying to run. Unhooked hose to make sure wasnt clogged. Then disassembled drain pump and found glass stuck in there. Was able to clear it and reassembled drain pump is draining but its loud. Customer wanted the drain pump replaced. Replaced pump and now its draining correctly and quietly

Customer complains to dryer has never worked if Pops the Ark fault breaker instantly. Upon arrival and inspection I indeed found an Ark fault breaker. I checked to see if the dryer was wired correctly and it was. Check for continuity between L1 L2 and ground and common and could find none. The dryer is working as designed as far as can be tested within the confines of the electrical situation on site.

Found that transmission has leaked oil all over bottom of clutch, belt, motor. So when it starts to ramp up speed in spin mode, the belt is slipping due to oil and motor is burning the belt and also causing the squealing noise. I showed customer. Due to repair costs customer will think about it and call back if they want to proceed.
