Customer said that the dishwasher smells bad. Customer said that its not draining all the way because there is always some water underneath filter. I explained to customer that is normal. I did find that the drain pump cover clip was not fully attached. I attached clip.Customer also was running quick cycle that was a 30 minute cycle and I explained that for a normal cycle with full dry will run about 3 hours and that is normal and will be a full clean. I ran all functions and found that there is was too much suds (see picture) and dishwasher just sucks in air. I showed and informed customer that too much soap and change back into water at end of cycle and cause that issue. I suggested to change soap to finish pods. Cleaned out suds, dishwasher drains fully and all functions are working good.Mechanically the dishwasher is working good

The customers freezer was constantly forming ice inside the cabinet , right behind the door gasket. Classic sign of warm air leakage.The freezer door wasnt square top to bottom, I accessed the three adjustment screws (3/8) on the left and right sides of the drawer slides, I was able to adjust the door into a position that would allow the gasket to seal 100%. I also had to steam away ice buildup away from the ice maker assembly, evaporator cover and freezer ceiling. I did warm up the freezer door gasket to allow it to form correctly.

I disassembled dryer and rollers, idler pulley and belt look good. The filter housing is packed full of lint so the flap and filter dont sit properly. I cleaned out bulkhead and reassembled. Tested and dryer is operating normal. I advised customer that the vent will need to be cleaned asap. It vents out the roof.

RUNS FOR 2 MIN AND SHUTS DOWN. I started a timed dry high heat cycle and its running and cycling heat between 205F and 120F for over 10 minutes. I started a normal cycle and it shut off after 2 minutes because I didnt have clothes in it. Theres no stored errors and the moisture sensor is testing good. I advised customer to see if the clothes are touching the sensor and try using a timed dry and to shut off the eco dry. Also advised to have vent cleaned.

customer states weak cool ff section, fzr light wont turn off and condensation forming around dispenser/Ui. Found condensation forming on FF evap fan, replaced fan and updated software for updated fan. Fzr light switch striker missing, have customer PN and instruction to replace. Found ice door flap seal warped cold air from ice box leaking out and causing condensation to form around UI, unit not connected to water, offered to tape over air ducts from fzr to icebox rather than replace dispenser. TEMPERTURE IS RISING AND REFRIGERATOR - FREEZING THE FRUITS. Customer said temperatures have been fluctuating a lot, but seems to be colder this morning. FF compartment temperature is 43F and freezer is 6F. I removed the evaporator cover and theres heavy frost on the bottom half, but very little on the top half. I completely defrosted evaporator and after 20 minutes of compressor running the evaporator only has frost on about 65-70 percent. The sealed system is failing. Customer is going to replace the refrigerator.

NOT FINISHING CYCLE CLOTHES ARE SOAKING WET. From what it sounds like, its a fill problem and not a drain problem. The cold water is just trickling in. I removed the cold water line from the valve and its packed full of those gooey beads. I think there from the water softener. I cleaned it out and tested. Washer is filling great now. I filled washer and its agitating, draining and spinning great. Washer is testing good. I advised customer that if those beads are still in the water that it will plug up the valve again and they will need to call a plumber.

Customer states the issue is a loud noise. Found the noise was the evaporator fan. Removed the drawers and the back cover. Steamed out the ice, found the tracks were very stiff, the customer stated the door was closing hard at one point. Let the tracks warm up and melted the frost and ice off. Vacuumed off the water and debris. Informed the landlord of the issue and the repair was approved. Put all back tonight and the customer states the door is closing better.
