Customer said making little ticking noises and lights wont turn on, but then after awhile refrigerator started working normally and no issue. I put in diagnostic mode and checked functions and all is working as Im here. But there is a known issue where water gets underneath deli drawer with UI board (WPW10769076) and can cause weird things to happen. When i looked there it is dry now. But i suspect that is the problem and quoted for new board but customer will keep an eye on it and see if problem continues.Customer will all back if they have further issues.

I found the washer was full of water and suds. I put into a drain but the water would not drain out. I got the door open and removed the clothes. I vacuumed all the water out and removed the drain filter. I found a candy bar wrapper stuck in the drain filter. I removed the wrapper and tested the washer. It drains good now and will operate in other cycles. I also adjusted the drain hose so only 12 inches goes down the drain pipe.

Not advancing through cycle at rinse and spin. Found a bad water valve. Replaced, runs great now. Cold water works now. Didnt before.

I replaced the LH drawer wiring harness and tested the fridge. The fridge is now working as designed. The customer will watch it and report back to us if it re-offends.

Customer complaint is, cust advised that daughter put in a book and the filter/drain is clogged. I disassembled washer and found the drain pump filter was plugged solid. Cleaned out filter and reassembled washer. Tested washer and its draining great. Washer is now fixed.

Drum is separating causing a thump when it rotates. Customer will eventually buy a new dryer.

He was also very knowledgeable and when the repairs he had made did not completely solve the problem he was very fair in not charging us and he did find out what was wrong. Unfortunately the expense was more than the what the washer worth. I will gladly use Omega and ask for Nate for any future appliance repair needs. I trust him to do what is right.”

The ice maker is not making ice. After testing I found the optics were bad. I replaced the optics and now the ice maker cycles.

I had to reset the hinges and put the door back on.

Customer complaint is, loud during spin. cust put in new gearbox. now won't start. F2 E1 ERROR. Inspected and tested. Found the slider for the clutch didnt get transferred over to the new gear case. Disassembled and transferred slider to new gear case. Tested washer and its working great. Washer is now fixed.
