Water not dispensing. Water was frozen up in line. Steamed it out and recommended keeping low voltage dispenser light on to stop this from happening in future. Working great now.

Smells gas when they bake. Checked the ignitor, sparks great. Adjusted the choke, it didnt smell like gas anymore when putting on bake.

Replaced relay board. Still doesnt work. No charge for repair. Customer is going to try it for awhile and possibly get a new range at some point.

Unit was making fresh food drawer fan was still making noise installed assembly. Dont have the noise at this time. If happens again There is nothing else we can do for this unit.

Replaced door seal, ran dishwasher for over 20 minutes and no leaks. Dishwasher is working good.

Customers complaint is that unit shakes more than it should. She had a smaller load in the washer put it on spin and made normal noise for the unit. Called GE tech line to get a case number and see if they had any suggestions. There is nothing more I can do. Tried to make sure unit was balanced no error codes.

The washer had the error codes for a speed sensor fault which usually indicates the shifter is bad. I replaced the shifter, deleted the error codes and ran a calibration and test cycles.

Replaced both UI board and control board, tested and dishwasher now can change options and starts. Dishwasher is working good as Im here.
