REFRIGERATION ISSUES, WATER LEAKMOISTURE, WATER LEAK UNDER REFRIGERATOR-LEAKING WATER. Customer said water was leaking from the filter after replacing. They had the water off and no filter in housing when I got here. I got access to the filter housing, reservoir and valve and turned water back on. Installed filter and tested and no leaks found. Customer also was having problems with resetting the filter light. I couldnt get it to reset, so I called techline and talked to Allan and there not using a OEM filter, so its not going to let them reset more than twice and will probably give a error. I advised customer that they need to use a OEM filter or theyre going to have issues. Case file number is 87808497.

I tapped the sealed system and recovered the refrigerant inside. I cut out the defective compressor and existing filter dryer and clean the remaining lines out with pressurized nitrogen. I installed a new compressor and a new filter dryer and pulled a deep vacuum for a dual evaporator system. Once a deep enough vacuum had been achieved. I charged the sealed system with 59 g of our 600 refrigerant and checked high and low side pressures to verify flow of refrigerant. Pictures attached. I told the customer to place a bottle of water in their freezer and wait 24 hours to load up their refrigerator.

Stops after 2 minutes and says clean clint filter. I checked thermistors, and inlet and outlet read correctly. On a timed dry without the filter, it works perfectly. Same with filter. They were testing it on sensor dry with just a rag in it, so it wasnt touching the sensor bars. Recommended timed dry. Clean lint filter is automatic message it gives after every cycle. Made sure internal vents were secure. No error codes or faults.

Started dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and its heating, but getting to hot and cycled off at 240F. I disconnected vent and now its cycling between 200F and 120F. The vent is the problem and needs to be cleaned. I disassembled dryer and inspected inside and didnt find anything burnt. I vacuumed out inside of dryer and reassembled. Dryer vents out the second story. I advised customer to have vent cleaned before using.

The lower and middle spray arms were out of place , the middle arm had melted on the heater. I secured the replacement middle wash arm on the dish rack, only held in place by plastic tabs. I also installed the low wash arm and cleaned away pet hair that was interrupting the wash arm collar from latching completely. Its important to be mindful of the size and shape of dishes when loading them into this particular model of dishwasher.

Another company was out and replaced damper. I looked in fridge and saw damper assembly hanging off the wall, letting a good deal of freezer air into ff section. I uninstalled damper and noticed it was missing all the insulation that comes with it. I installed the damper we ordered, along with all the insulation. Then tested to make sure it opens and closes well.

Installed new door latch assembly. Tested operations. Dishwasher still acting as if door is not closed or start button is unresponsive even though it is beeping when pressed. Removed new user interface control and replaced with original. Start button now working properly and dishwasher is now starting. Possibly sent defective user interface controls. Started wash cycle. Monitored dishwasher with customer. Advised if issue continues that I would recommend main board and user control boards replaced.

customer states weak cool, items in FzR soft. Ball of frost at inlet of evap and partial frost pattern, checked operating pressures 110psi H -12inhgvac L, equalized pressure at 20psi, recovered gas and performed leak check with N2, held 115 psi for 15 min no drop in pressure, pulled deep evac and recharged unit to 5.25oz r134a. Suspect unit was short charged, during last repair outside temp was -8 and didnt prewarm tank, charging was very slow during last visit. Likely made error with weighing in charge. Warmed tank this time and unit pulled in charge much faster. Instructed customer to wait 24hrs for unit to return to normal operating temperature

Per customer noisy when spinning when I arrived on site, customer told me was not making noise anymore. I checked all checked all parts, belt, rollers, and idler are all good. Ran at high temp low temp with clothes in an empty no further noise my suspicion is that a quarter or a button got stuck between the drum and the outside and caused a scraping sound. The video sounded like a quarter or a penny was stuck and now it worked itself loose and the dryers testing good
