The gas dryer drum does not tumble.I removed the top and the bulkhead of the dryer, the belt was not in place when I removed the appliance top. Once I got into it I found that the belt was broken and laying on the floor of the appliance. I replaced the defective belt and checked the drum wheels, idler pulley , glides and felt slides. Once the new belt was installed and the dryer was assembled, I verified my repair was solid and that the flame assembly still ignited and burnt properly. I did find condensation so I passed along to the customer that they should check the end of their dryer vent.

Customer states unit doesnt keep ice cream hard everyday, he is testing it with a fork and writing on the calendar. Found unit low on refrigerant. Inspected unit for refrigerant leaks on all welds and components as unit has had most sealed system parts already replaced. Replaced gasket on high side access port. Evacuated system and charged with proper charge of R600. Unit cooling properly again. If refrigerant leaks out again, it is likely a Yoder loop leak, but recommend full pressurized leak detection to determine.

FREEZER ISSUES, OPERATIONS, NO COOL-NOT COOLING. Freezer temperature is 28F. I removed the evaporator cover and the evaporator is completely frosted over. I put freezer into test mode and turned the heater on and theres 120V, but its not turning on. I ohmed out the heater and its open. Installed new defrost heater and tested. Heater came on and is working now. Freezer is now fixed. This heater I ordered is a little different design, so I called techline and he said its the right part.

GETTING ERROR CODE AND WON'T OPERATE - NEED TO CHANGE THE FILTER ERROR. Customer said its not giving it every time. If it doesnt give the error it starts and goes through the cycle perfectly. Customer got it to give the error after about the third or fourth time she tried it. I removed the filter and there was hardly anything in it. I cleaned it out and tested. I cant get it to error out anymore. LG app is not working so I cant find any more information on this, but I think its supposed to be cleaned every time. Washer is built in and you cant get to the filter without pulling washer out. Washer is running and testing good now.

Painted unit not cooling. They had a compressor replaced just over a year ago. On arrival everything seems to be cooling put my temp probe inside the freezer. Pulled fridge out on protective mat in his system. At first I was at -10 on the low side. Then it bumped up after I press the test button to about 20 psi when I unplugged the fridge. It was down to 10 psi and never went up even after 15 minutes for equalize pressure. They compressors all over the map. Check temps and freezer was about 5? which isnt bad considering I had the freezer door open, they might have a sealed system issue with a restriction. But as of now everything is cooling properly.

Found that the customer is using flexible vent and dryer was pushed all the way against the wall pinching the dryer vent and not venting outside. I removed the user interface to access the main power control board of the top load washing machine. Once I access the main power control board I removed it and installed the new main power control board. Once all the harnesses and other apertures were in place I reassembled the user interface and plugged the machine in. Once voltage was restored to the machine I had to reset the personality of the board so that it would communicate correctly with the washing machine. Once the personality was set, I ran a test cycle to verify that the machine spins agitates and drains. The machine is back to normal and good for normal every day use.

The customers washing machine was making a grinding noise at the beginning of the wash cycle, during sensing.I could move the pulsator quite a bit, the bolt holding it in place was loose. I removed the bolt, pulled the pulsator off the spline ave cleaned out the area underneath. I replaced the pulsator and cap with a new bolt. Tested my repair several times to verify that the noise problem had been solved. The washing machine is back to normal.

So talk to the customer they said that they had a dryer vent cleaning done. I put my temperature cord inside the machine and the dryer didnt reach 110? while hooked up to the vent. So I slid the machine away from the vent and started the time dry cycle the dryer got up to 180? no problem. Slid the machine back onto the vent again cycle and started the process of drying the machine did not reach 110? again. The problem with this appliance is not the appliance itself the vent that leads to the outside is not clean and they are gonna have to call, the dryer vent cleaner back out to clear any obstruction that remain.

The resident is unhappy with their new dishwasher, doesnt dry or clean dishes. The dishwasher drains, in fact the end of the drain line was submerged in the PTrap, likely allowing water back into dishwasher. I pulled the drain line back up the stand pipe so that it isnt submerged.The water supply filling the appliance is cold/luke warm. I let the customer know that running hot water out of her kitchen faucet will ensure that her dishwasher fills with nice, hot water. The water is heated while circulating during the wash cycle, continuity of present and resistance is 15 ohms. There is strong pressure from the wash arms, no error codes present from error mode entry. Adding rinse aid to the dispenser is an important part of achieving clean/dry dishes, the residents reservoir was empty.I didnt find anything wrong with the dishwasher, its in good working condition.

The customers dryer was tumbling and producing airflow, but no heat. I took the access plate off the bottom and tested the heater coil and found that there was no continuity between the upper and lower harnesses. I had a part on board that I used to replace the defective heater coil.I use the kit number 964P3. Once installed and all thermostats in place, I plugged the machine back in and tested it in time dry cycle to verify that my repair was good and everything was back to normal. The dryer is good for normal every day.
