I removed the indoor water valve that sends water to the dispenser and icemaker. I installed the replacement water valve and installed the new icemaker assembly. I also installed a new water filter that the customer had on hand. I applied silicone to the upper left-hand corner of the icemaker room door to attempt to fix the warm air leak that is creating frost on the ice room door. I installed the bake ignition coil. The small oven would not ignite after that replacement of the part. Voltage was not traveling to the ignition coil. I power cycled the appliance, I tried to start the small oven after and it fired up immediately. There must have been a relay that was stuck and power cycling the board allowed it to reset rarely and restore function to the small oven.

Offered customer two options clean out debris or bypass air gap in place of high loop customer chose high loop. Installed high loop and cleared tubing unit is now operating properly.

Customer showed me a video of humming noise that is happening during cycle. Found that the noise he was hearing is the circulation pump running occasionally during the wash cycle. I explained depending on the setting chosen it will run and other times it wont, and is normal. Normal operation of washer, ran quick wash and all functions are working good.

F50 ERROR CODE DOOR ISSUE. Customer said the light in the upper oven just randomly comes on and it gives a random F50 error. I found the upper oven door switch is failing at times and I can mess with it to get the light to turn on and off. The F50 error can be a door switch issue. I called techline and talked to Eric and he agreed that a bad door switch would give that error. Installed new door switch and tested. Oven is now fixed.

The customers oven produced a POP one day that they were starting a bake cycle. I found a blister in the bake element at the bottom of the oven cavity. I removed defective element but the left wire connector detached from the element. I had to slide the appliance out and access the wire to push it through into the oven. I connected the two sides if the element and secured it to the wall. Plugged the range in and started a bake cycle, the oven reached temperature quickly and the new element worked perfectly. Explained to the customer about our parts and labor warranty.

The washing machine filled and began agitating, but I paused the cycle and then tried to start again, the lid would try to lock but fail. So I removed the user interface and washing machine lid to aves the lock assembly. I removed the old lock and installed the part I had on hand, the lid strike with the replacement part does not fit this machine but the existing strike works fine.. Started a wash cycle, the lid locked and machine began to fill. Once the inner tub was full, the washer started agitating. The spin cycle locks the lid, the agitation is stopped when the lid opens , the washing machine stops and starts/operates like new again.

Installed new compressor once it was installed check for leaks then installed new filter dryer. Once that was installed pressurized with nitrogen up to 200 psi, no leaks, then vacuumed under 300 ?m. Filled with proper amount of refrigerant. Ran unit for about 15 minutes. Pressures are good. Reassembled updated control board. Unit is working properly now.

Customer states that the machine leaks as soon as they turn it on, and that it never fails. Discovered that the drain pump had come loose its housing and fallen down and become disconnected from the bottom of the tub. Resecured the pump to its housing using a clamp.reinstalled everything and made sure it was secure. Tested machine and it seems to be working properly now.

There is water marks down the front of the front load washing machine. I found hair and soap build up on the bottom of the door glass where it marries with the bellows. Water leaks out of the bottom of the door because the water tight seal if being interrupted. I cleaned the door glass, added water to the appliance and water quit leaking during the wash steps. I told the customer what I found and prevention going forward.
