Customer complaint is, water isnt filling up the in door water pitcher doesnt do auto fill. Auto fill was turned off. Also adjusted screw that was hitting water pitcher. Refrigerator is now fixed.

The customer said the washer goes off balance and shuts off. I ran test. The not able to fill error and out of balance error were stored. I found the drain hose was to far down the pipe. I pulled it out and zipped tied in place. I found a little bit of oil on the belt. I replaced the belt. I made sure the pressure hose was clear and put a zip tie around the hose at the board. I advised the customer to use precise fill.

Customer complaint is, water leaking into the washer. not sure if hot or cold. Inspected and tested. Found the valve wasnt closing all the way and had a slow drip into the drum. Installed new valve and tested. Washer is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, leaking maybe thru door seal or frame. Inspected and tested. I can see were water has been running down the side from the dispenser, but was not actively leaking while I was testing. I think we will need to replace the dispenser drawer and assembly. Installed new drawer panel and dispenser. Tested washer and its working great and not leaking. Washer is now fixed.

Not running or draining. Could hear the drain pump humming but not running. Took apart sump area, cleaned a lot of slime and food debris out. Still didnt drain. Took apart drain pump and sucked water and debris out of pump, then ran and it drains great and runs great.

Fresh food temp was warm. Was around 45 degrees found the fresh food evap fan wasnt operating. Replaced fan and now starting to cool the entire fridge

Picked up a control board, but fridge has been holding temp. So she will hold off on repair for now. I moved the fridge back into the spot where it sits normally.

“Nate provided exceptional service going above and beyond the needed repair. He was friendly and professional. Showed up on Wednesday, diagnosed problem, was to return Thursday with the needed part for my fridge which had stopped working (freezer was still working). By Thursday the fridge had started working again on its own! I called to notify Nate of this development and he came over to help return the fridge back into its built in space. Also noting that the problem could reoccur, he said Omega would hang onto the ordered part for a week or two and if the problem returned to call and I wouldn’t be charged an additional service visit charge.”

Tried to hook up SmartHQ but couldnt recognize that model number. So just ran it through some cycle and everything is working great
