The dryer starts and has power but when start is pressed nothing happen. I took the dryer and apart and tested the blower thermostat. I found the blower thermostat was bad/open. I quoted for the repair and then replaced the thermostat fuse. I started the dryer on a time dry high heat. The dryer heats up quickly and the top high heat is 202. I removed the duct and it was about the same. There appears to no air flow restriction.

"Customer complaint is, RUNS FOREVER ON AUTO DRY. TIMED DRY OK. Inspected and tested. Heat is climbing really slowly and only got to the 130s after running for 20 minutes. With vent disconnected its no better. Airflow on back of dryer is 30mph. The problem is with the heat not getting hot enough to cycle off. I removed the front panel and watched the flame for 5 seconds and it looked normal. This could be a gas pressure or valve issue, but not completely sure. Customer is going to check the gas pressure at the valve and will let us know what he finds."

"Customer complaint is, NOT MAKING ICE OR DISPENSING WATER. Customer has a reverse osmosis system and they checked it out and theres water to the refrigerator. Customer has also never replaced the water filter in over 3 years. Inspected and tested. Theres just a trickle of water coming from the dispenser. I removed the incoming water line to the filter housing and theres water to there, but nothing past the filter housing. Its either a bad filter, or housing. I installed the new filter and water is coming in a little better, but not great. Installed new filter housing and now theres a steady stream, but its still not great pressure. I think thats the best its going to be with the reverse osmosis system thats in the basement. I offered to bypass the filter and housing to see if its any better and customer approved. I bypassed filter housing and now theres a bigger steady stream. Its as good as its going to be with a reverse osmosis system. Customer was good with leaving it bypassed.

"Customer complaint is, DURING THE SPIN CYCLE OF A STANDARD LOAD OF WASH, MY WASHER STARTED MAKING A LOUD KNOCKING SOUND. Customer found a broken bolt in the washer. Inspected and tested. The inner drum is loose. I removed the agitator and 2 of the 6 bolts are broken off and the others are loose. I removed inner tub and the outer tub is cut up from the inner tub rubbing on it and theres holes in it. The tub ring is also cut up and broken. Washer needs a new outer tub, inner tub, tub ring, inner tub plate and transmission because the bolts are broken off in the plate thats attached to the transmission. The left FF door is leaning into the right one and has scratched it and damaged the gaskets. I removed left hinge cover and the bracket thats embedded into the refrigerator foam that the top hinge attaches to is loose causing the door to shift. This is not a replaceable part as it is part of the casing. Theres no adjustment that I can make to fix this. Both door gaskets are ripped now in the center by the mullion. The customer complaint is the washer is full of water. It will not drain. He said it also does not fill with hot water. I called Techline to help me run through the diagnostics. He told me to move the dip switch number five and then we ran diagnostics. The washer drains and spins perfectly fine. And then I ran a heavy duty cycle with hot water and it does fill with hot water. The Techline tech said to make sure to use heavy duty and not normal Eco on normal Eco. It will not fill with hot water even if its selected. The tech line technician also thinks there might be an issue with the washer losing voltage. advised customer that if it happens again to dont touch it and just call us right away.

"Customers complaint is after they came back from vacation and a few weeks of laundry. The smell came and has been there since theyve tried vinegar and bleach washes but still no luck. On arrival, I definitely could smell a vinegar in the stinky musk smell from waters, stinking kind of moldy musky smell Like it was sitting for a while. First thing I did was remove the agitator cleaned out all the gunk underneath. It wasnt too bad at all. Also shined the light at the tub to see if I could see any nasty mold or anything everything looked really clean removed drain pump found some gunk in there, clean that all out reassembled went through test mode. Made sure everything was working properly, customer had a sink right next to faucet and a spray hose sprayed the side of the basket all down, cleaned it as best I could, and let customer know to go get a couple of cleaning tablets and run two cycles according to the directions and then do a load of laundrylike towels and see how it is if it still smells do two more of them and then let us know if it still smells from that point.

Customer stated the unit did not turn on would just buzz when the start button was pushed. Removed the covers and checked to make sure the belt was on (ok) removed the front and left door switch hooked up. Started unit it buzzed me gave the drum a push and the unit started. I tried removing the FF evaporator cover and its still frozen behind and the foam broke taking it apart. The defrost drain is plugged. I defrosted evaporator and cleaned out drain and installed new drain kit. Tested and the heater is not coming on. The bimetal has failed. Installed new bimetal, defrost sensor and evaporator cover. "Out of order scrolling across screen. I checked and it had an F27 error which is for overfilling. Water valves are good. Took off cover and checked pressure sensor line which isnt kinked. I then took apart user interface and did a reset of it from behind control board. Then ran it on a cotton/whites cycle and it runs great. There were a lot of detergent suds so I put a little bit of oil in it to get rid of suds, which it did. It runs great now."

The washer does not agitate or spin. When I tried a spin cycle it started and then stopped. The same thing happen when I tried a wash cycle. I checked the lid switch and its good. I looked at the motor inverter board and I found the status light is flashing 3 times. That indicates a software issue with the inverter board so the motor assembly needs to be replaced. Customers complaint is not cooling properly and icemaker not working properly on arrival everything was warmer than it shouldve been it was slightly cooling check the frost planner and see photos wasnt any really frost at all took pressures and got around 20 psi and then equalized at 40 psi so doesnt look like theres a leak it just looks like a compressor failure Cut out the old compressor and filter installed a new one vacuumed held vacuumed for 20 minutes no issue so I dont see a leak at all buttoned everything up after I filled it and now unit is working properly after I was done I didnt notice the water was leaking from the water valve so unit needs a new water valve and water hose would be a bad idea eithergoing to order those and reschedule; ordrd 1 AJU72992601 (Valve)

"Customer states the fan is noisy and run for long periods after the oven have been shut off. Replaced the probe and fan provided. Cycled and tested ran the oven to 350 and the unit preheated turned the oven off and watched it slowly cool off it cooled down to 326.5 degrees F in about 15 min. The metal of the unit does somewhat vibrate when the fan is on, after 40 min checked the oven was down to 129 degrees. Customer is also having issues with the front left burner and the rear left burner. When both burners are used to cook food the customer uses the high setting until the food or water is boiling. The customer has to turn the knob to low and the food still burns. Tested the front left burner and had a pot of water brought the water to boil. "Dishwasher drains when it starts, and then doesnt fill, but immediately begins running. After a few minutes it stops and beeps. If you open door and close it, then itll start filling with water and then progress. In customer service mode it goes all the way through with no issues. Another company was out prior and replaced water valve, flow sensor, main pcb, and some other parts. I spoke for awhile with Boach tech support, and they said the only thing it could be is the main wash motor. It sounds like that was also possibly replaced already. I tried calling the company who serviced this before it got transferred to us and could not reach them. Ill add a note with their name and number. Can someone please reach them and see if they already replaced the heat pump? If so, I would recommend submitting to AHS as non repairable.
