Cyst complaint is unit was having clothing still wet. Ran unit a couple time unit was draining good and filling good. In spin mode span at high speed. Customer said she does fill it some times to the top. Let her know on this unit should be around 3/4 of fill

Customer complaint is, ice maker isnt working and will cool intermittenly sometimes milk is frozen then times warm. Installed new ice maker kit, temperature and defrost sensors and tested. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Door pops open, replaced door gasket and it no longer pops open. Replaced ice maker because the old one wasnt actually ever dispensing ice. Cycled that and it cycled great.

Found that back roller was locked up causing loud screeching. Replaced rollers, tested and dryer tumbling quietly and is working good.

Making noise when compressor was running. Found the lines from the compressor were rattling on cover and each other. After readjusting everything is good

The washer was sitting in a shed. They only had power for me to test the washer. I plugged it in and it was working. There was a out of balance code saved. I found the belt had frayed and fallen off. I replaced the belt. I ran a spin and its working.

Found the connections to the igniter fried. Cut out the bad and rewired with better ceramic wire nuts. Now unit is working great

Water leaks out the bottom when the lower spray arm is spraying. I found the center of the lower spray arm is splitting. Middle and lower spray arm need to be replaced.
