Inspected the filter assembly underneath the spray arm and discovered that the screws had backed out and water was spraying horizontally towards the front of the machine machine. Tightened down the screws and made sure that they were secured.tested the machine no longer leaks. Everything seems to be working properly.

DEAD. Customer said washer died and they forced the door open. I had customer check the breaker and it was tripped. Washer came on now, but is only giving a F5E3 door unlock failure. I was finally able to get it to reset and now its working. I was able to start and cancel a load and did that multiple times. Washer is testing good now. I advised customer to try it and if it trips breaker again to run an extension cord and plug into a different outlet and see what happens.

All buttons are working and responding on the display and I cant get it to fail while testing. customer states after repair was made, noise from machine compartment and IM will not stop producing ice. No strange noises from machine compartment during visit but I did find the condenser fan not running when the FZR compressor is running. Wire to condenser relay from FzR compressor disconnected, reconnected wire and fan now running while FzR is cooling. Suspect noise issues from overheating. But unsure instructed customer to take a video of the noise and email it in to Omega force if issues persist. Found bail arm for IM not hooked up properly causing over ice production, reinstalled bail arm properly. Instructed customer to monitor and call back if issues persist.

I slid the dishwasher out from the countertop, unplugged it and turned it on its left side to access the defective motor assembly. I removed the old motor and accompanied hardware, then installed a new motor that I ordered. Attached all plumbing and hardware and returned the appliance to its upright position. I didnt find any foreign objects inside the old motor that were creating the loud noise. I started a wash cycle and verified that the dishwasher fills, washes, drains and diverts like normal. Double checked for water leaks, found none. The appliance is good for normal, every use.

PANEL LIGHTS WENT OUT AND ELEMENT IS BUZZING - DOOR GASKET ISSUES AS WELL. Customer said a lot of steam comes out onto the front control panel. The clock on the display is the only thing not working. Theres a loud buzzing noise when you turn the oven on. I pulled oven out and found the buzzing is coming from the cooling fan because its seized up. The clock came back on after power cycling it. It sounds like the steam problem probably started after the fan failed. The door is closing great and the seal looks good. I quoted customer to install new cooling fan. Customer approved repair. Installed new cooling fan and tested. Oven is working and sounds great. Oven is now fixed.

Washer sometimes doesnt go all the way through. I noticed that the rear lid switch needed to be adjusted. Ran it on 6 drain and spins after filling it multiple times. Each time it spins pretty well. Makes a little squeaking, but good tension on pully, no oil from transmission, and belt isnt worn down. Asked them to get a video of lights flashing if it stops mid cycle again so we can find out what error it was giving.

File number 87626257I looked for a while and then I set my work light inside the freezer and I found a gap between the door gasket and the refrigerator body. Im going to steam the gasket and try to massage it back into straight form. The steamer and massaging the gasket by hand, restored the original shape of the freezer door gasket and is now making good contact with the appliance body. There is no more light escaping between the gasket and the body of the refrigerator. I opened and close the door several times to verify that the gasket maintains its seal.

Tripping breaker still. Customer says they called an electrician and told him whats happening and he said that it sounds like its the dishwasher and not the electrical/breaker. It always trips at the very end of the cycle. I found some water that has been leaking through the terminal of the heater. Replaced heater. Ran on back to back to back test cycles. Had heater run for a total of 18 minutes. Zero drips or leaks from heater terminals, and it did not trip breaker. If it trips breaker again, I would recommend taking an extension cord, and unplugging plug from under sink and plug it into extension cord, and then run the cord to a different outlet outside of kitchen and see if it trips breaker. ; pckd up 1 W10518394

Drain pump continues to run. Customer has tried restarting it even it off for a while, letting it run and it just continues to pump. Removed the pressure hosed and tried to blow through. It could tell there is some resistance removed the hose all the way down to the basket and clean it out, and there was lots of filled up slimy buildup. Flushed it all cleaned it very well. Then reset unit now unit is working properly.

The customers dryer drum isnt tumbling.I removed the top, toe kick and loosened the right side panels. I doing the drum belt laying on the floor of the dryer cabinet. It had busted and fallen out of place. I did find that the belt had been rubbing against the idler wheel and a different piece of the motor. I explained what I found to the owner and he was already concerned about the drum wheels. Ultimately the customer decided not to go forward with the repair.

I installed the new mullion bar. I did find another build up of frost at the bottom of the fresh food air tower so I cleaned that up too. I checked all door gaskets to verify that full contact is happening and that a warm air leak is not the cause of condensation. The defrost issue in the freezer is not reoccurring, water is puddled in the defrost drain pan underneath the refrigerator and the defrost cycle duration has been solved with a new power control board. Water is not flowing to the appliance, theres no signs of a water leak created by the refrigerator. I replaced the auto damper previously because the old damper was not closing completely and cold air was flooding the fresh food cabinet. The sealed system checks out, my diagnostic test jig verified that compressor health is good, no error codes from the system.

Customer has video of refrigerator being noisy and the noise is a rattling/buzzing noise and will stop when the doors or freezer drawer are opened, but doesnt happen all the time.It appears that the evaporator cover/ice maker cover is vibrating from the evaporator fan running. I added some foam pieces to prevent plastic/metal cover from vibrating against each other and the noise has stopped. Refrigerator is quiet and working good after the fix as im here.
