Unit wouldnt go in to a spin or agitate. Removed the belt guard and found the belt was torn up and off the motor. Replaced belt and tested now unit is back up and running

The dishwasher does not leak today. Only when that gasket pulled out. I put a little silicone in the track to hold the gasket.

The unit was not cooling and all the lights were dim. I found some capacitors were bad on the bemoan board. I replaced the main board. Its all working good now. I was unable to test the ice maker properly because it was so warm.

Customer complaint is, thinks coupler is broken. Inspected and tested. Found the gear case has failed. Part number W11132267. I need 2 hours if they want to do the repair.

Replaced evaporator cover, defrost thermostat and fuse, control board. Looks like evaporator was replaced at one point. Heater checks ok. Tested and refrigerator turns on and is cooling. Refrigerator is working good.

Refrigerator not running. Totally dead except for lights on. Replaced bad jazz board. Immediately the evaporator fan started running. Compressor kicked on after. Runs great now.

Found that ice maker was not mounted straight and when filling would spill over front and leak. Dosent appear that there is anything wrong with ice maker. I adjusted ice maker, tested and it cycles and fills and no leaks.If problem continues they will call back. i quoted them for ice maker 5303918344 $282.

Put kit in that the customer was quoted. Everything is now working. Went in test mode no error codes came up. Let customer know it will take at least 24 hours to back to temps

Door will not close because of a buildup in the lint trap housing. I cleaned it thoroughly and it now works great.
