Customer stated top of freezer is free of ice now after door replacement, but some ice still remains at the bottom of the door. Inspected freezer door gasket fit. Door/gasket fit great all the way around. The inner white plastic frame sticks out further than the outer metal frame, causing a void in the gasket seal as the gasket covers the split between the metal and plastic. Customer has likely spent 20 hours trying to get freezer door to close properly. Contacted tech line, took picture with tech line, they will be in contact with customer for options on the next step. I also leveled dishwasher per LG. Lastly, customer said that his wife pre washes dishes with dawn liquid soap prior to loading them, which I told him not to do that and explained why. I also recommended switching to finish detergent. I ran it for another 10 and its running great.

Unit and spin mode making loud noise like it ticking noise. Sounds like its metal on metal remove the front of the unit tested unit. Unit started making the noise. Checked over all loose bolts that I could see visually tightened everything up also found the back level and legs were seized up, so loosened those up. Tested unit afterward and the noise pretty much went away. Would only come back if I was putting weight or pressure on certain spots. Techline they had no suggestions. Tightened everything up one more time to make sure everything was good. Tested didnt have the noise happen again show customer. Theyre going to test it and see if the noise got better or worse comes back.

DISHWASHER ISSUES, WATER LEAK MOISTURE, LEAKING WATER-WATER LEAK. Customer said dishwasher leaks from the bottom of the door on right side. Door gaskets look good. I started a heavy cycle and watched it for 15 minutes and it never leaked. I canceled and drained and started a normal cycle and it started leaking from the door on the right side after a few minutes. I removed the outer door panel and watched it and its spraying water over the lip and seems to be pulsing with the rotation of the spray arm. I inspected lower spray arm and it looks good. I called techline and talked to Mike and because we dont see any visible damage and it seems to be leaking when the spray arm goes around, he recommended replacing the lower spray arm because there might be a crack in it that we cant see. I asked about the splash shields and he said I could install them to. Installed new lower spray arm and splash shield kit. Tested dishwasher for 45 minutes and it never leaked. Dishwasher is now fixed.

It filled and agitated but then didnt move into soak. Lid locked. When I got here I noticed the plug was a little loose in the outlet. I plugged into a different outlet with extension cord and did a drain and spin, and then put it into a normal eco wash on auto fill and warm. It went all the way through the cycle. I also did an adjustment on rear lid switch per speed queen. Told customer per speed queen that if somehow the heavy soil got selected it will sit for a long time before progressing. If it happens again, to take a video and photos of the counsel to see whats selected and for error codes.

Stops 15 minutes into cycle. Used NEWFI and found 9 fail to drain errors. I followed the drain line and saw that where it comes through the wall into the drain behind the laundry, the rubber line was kinked. I moved the stacked washer and dryer and was able to use some hardware to fill the gap in the hole going through the wall that the drain line runs though, to stop the line from bending and kinking. They have the dishwasher in an island hense the unique situation with the drain line going into the wall and then up into the same drain the washer drains into. After fixing the drain line it drains great and keeps running.

FF area not cooling. Found the drain iced over and the fan not running because it was frozen in place. Spent an hour steaming everything out, and had to make some modifications to the drain rubber duckbill. It was sealed shut and full of mold. Now fan runs great, and water can drain down evaporation drain hole, and its cooling on both compartments.

Trips breaker on bake or broil. Had a good conversation with Craig in tech support. File 87634548. He said that the elements absorb moisture if it sits for awhile in the warehouse, and the fix is to remove the gfci on the breaker and replace with non gfci, then run for 20 minutes on bake, then when the moisture in elements has dried out, run on bake again with the gfci back in and it should be good. I ran it for 20 minutes on broil, then put it back on bake, and it works great now.

NOT COOLING. Found a SYEF error on the display when I got here. FF compartment is warm and freezer is cold. The evaporator fan is not running. I disassembled evaporator cover and inspected fan and theres nothing preventing it from spinning. I put it into test mode and it didnt start until I flicked it and then it started spinning. The evaporator fan motor has failed. Installed new evaporator fan motor and tested. Still getting the same error. Refrigerator needs a new board. Installed new board and tested. Fan is now running and refrigerator is starting to cool nicely. Refrigerator is now fixed.
