Installed part from last diagnosis once it was installed tested multiple times. Its working properly now went through test mode. Everything is working correctly.

Returned with the rebuilt board. Installed cycled and tested. The unit preheated to temp with no issues.

Customer stated the front and back burner on the left side of the stove is not functioning correctly.Cycled and tested found both lighting hard. Tried cleaned my up the area with a wire brush. Unit was down due to a bad LID switch after replaced it machine went back to operation run good.

The complaint is the washer would not drain and spin all the way out. I sucked the water out and then removed the drain filter. I found stuff stuck in the filter. I replaced the whole pump assembly because the pump was worn out. The washer drains good and spins. No more issues found.

Unit making noise when turning. Disassembled had to clean out dryer. It was full of debris. Removed the back vent and cleaned. Cycled and tested after the unit is a lot more quiet

Installed all the parts after and tested multiple times. Everything is working properly now.

"Not filling with water, and wasnt doing a final rinse and spin. Ended up finding that the cold water had been shut off. When I turned the water back on, it fills great now for hot and cold. Excess suds. I recommended using afresh to clean them out, or veggie oil. Runs great now."

"Water not dispensing and icemaker not making ice. Temp was at 35 in ff. I ended up finding the waterlines in the ceiling of the fridge were frozen, as was the tank. I used my steamer to defrost it all, and then dispensed 8 glasses of water from dispenser, and then did ice fill test and this time it filled with water. Before steaming it all, when I tried, no water filled the icemaker. I told customer I changed temp to 37, and also recommended every hour today dispensing water into a couple glasses, just to really clear out the extra cold water in the tank and lines."

Replaced bad water valve and leaking filter. Now it doesnt leak and it fills great.

"Customer complaint is, F2,E2 FLASHING, ALL OF A SUDDEN. Inspected and tested. Display is flashing F2E2. This is a UI error. Power cycling did nothing. I disassembled door and inspected UI board and dont see anything visible wrong with it. I did the test from the tech sheet and it says to replace the UI board. Customer approved repairs. The new board came with a jumper wire, so I didnt need the other one I ordered. After removing the UI board, I found its all corroded around one of the buttons. I installed new UI board and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, IM IS NOT WORKING. Customer said it was making a grinding noise and not making ice. She defrosted with a hair dryer and then it started working again. It started grinding again and she hit it with her fist and then it started working again. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 39F and freezer is 2F. I cycled ice maker and it dumped cubes and filled with water again. I found a service bulletin for a frozen fill tube and it says to update the software so the fill tube heater stays on longer. I hooked up SmartHQ and theres a software update available. Customer approved repairs. I updated software and installed new ice maker. Tested and ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed."

Dishwasher dead. Ended up pulling out dishwasher and found that the outlet its plugged into is dead. I plugged dishwasher into another outlet and it turns on great. Customer will have electrician come out to fix outlet its plugged into.

"Customer complaint is, WATER COLLECTS IN THE DRUM AFTER LOAD IS COMPLETE. Inspected and tested. Found the valve is leaking into the drum. Installed new water valve and tested. No more leaks. Washer is now fixed."

"Dishes have a white film on them. It looks exactly like hard water deposit. I did a water quality test and it tested soft. It was 3, on a scale of 0-25, 25 being the hardest. Tenant stated they have had no issues with water softener and keep up with softener salt. They use cascade detergent, and fully clean plates before putting them in the dishwasher. They havent tried dishwasher cleaner. I recommended the following: I adjusted the rinse aid so that it is on a high setting. They will switch to finish detergent, and run a finish dishwasher cleaner through it. They will also leave sauce on their plates, so that detergent fully activates. I ran it. The dispenser works. It fills great, circulates great, heats great and drains great. There are no parts to replace on this. If after a week they see no difference and still have residue on dishes, I would recommend having the water softener double checked, and if that is truly good, then replace dishwasher. If softener turns out to be not functioning correctly, I would get that fixed and then see if the film issue on dishes goes away. I did notice hard water deposits around sink faucet and other things on the sink, so I would strongly recommend getting softener serviced to make sure its working properly before replacing dishwasher.

"I installed a new ice maker and motherboard provided, tested cycles, and filled it with water. WORKING GOOD.

Customer complaint lights not working. On arrival bulbs were out. Customer tried changing bulbs and the bulb broken side. Reciprocals changed out. Reciprocals and new bulbs. Everything is now working properly.

The dryer powers on but does not start and tumble. I pulled it apart and found the duct thermostat fuse popped again. I replaced the fuse and the dryer runs. I verified the blower is clear and the duct is hooked up. I added pictures of the install. The customer said a duct cleaning company came out to clean the duct but could not pull it out because the gas line is copper and not flex. They are having a plumber come out tomorrow to install a flex line then the duct cleaners will come back and clean the dryer duct from the inside. I powered the dryer on and ran it but only on air only. I did not want to take a chance and pop that thermo fuse again.

The middle front burner would not spark. I found the switch was broken. I replaced the rest of the micro switches. All the burners test good now.

The customer said sometimes the washer stops mid cycle and they get the code Oe. He said sometimes it also will not start. I started the washer and it filled and started to wash. He was not sure what the other codes were. I ran the washer and it filled and started to wash. I then tried the drain and spin. The drain pump just hums but does not drain. I removed the filter and inspected the impeller. The drain pump is clear but the impeller was bad. I quoted for the repair then replaced the drain pump. I ran it again and it washed then I did a spin. The washer drained and started to spin. It got down to 9 minutes and was at 9 for about 6 minutes. The washer would spin slowly then stop and crept repeating this. Eventually it ramped up in the spin and then moved off of 9 and counted down then finished. The bearing sound good. I had the washer empty.

The dishwasher is not heating. After testing I found the heater is bad. There is no fault codes. I replaced the heater and tested the dishwasher. It now heats good.

"Unit is dead getting power to the unit. Tried turning power on and off 10x and nothing. Tried hooking up smart HQ. Same thing happened. Nothing would respond to it. Explained to customer. These were common for the display board and control board having an issue. Leaving black marks on clothes. I took apart the dryer. SQ had sent a new drum and lint filter. I replaced both. Also vacuumed out dryer and cleaned it. Vent wasnt attached. Attached that too. The vent in the back inside of the dryer is rusty and charred and Im certain thats causing the majority of the stains. I cant find the part number. "Not heating much and giving E63 error. Called Bosch tech support and they helped me get it into test mode. After 10 minutes of running compressor in test mode, temp only went up 3 degrees, and then compressor shut off. Pressure in system. Tech support thought sealed system but after further analysis said we need to replace the power module first and make sure that isnt the issue, since power to compressor is cutting out. "The dryer intermittently will not heat. I get 120 at the main coil. If I tap on the coil the igniter glows and the dryer heats. I replaced the coils and it still acts up. The dryer will not start or do anything. I tested the fuses and door switch and ended up finding a bad timer knob. I used another knob for now and now it works. The knob is cracked. I will ship the knob out to the customer to install. I cleaned out the blower and found nothing else wrong with the dryer. The dryer is a little louder than normal but it works fine. "customer complaint of microwave is dead, and will not start up we starting the breaker. its looking like the 20 amp fuse has blown usually from the door switches pulled unit out on oven dolly, disassembled unit tested switches from one bad door switch. Theres a service Fulton for the switches. They updated switches and holders recommending new switches and holders from Bosch. Customer approved installed part tested multiple times working properly reassembled tested again working great.

"Customer complaint is, CENTERPOINT SAID THERE IS A GAS LEAK INSIDE THE UNIT. Inspected and tested found its leaking from the fitting just after the regulator. I tightened up fitting and retested. No more leaks. I started preheating oven and turned all the burners on and then tested again and still not leaking. Range is testing good."

The led display was going out and not all the buttons were working. I installed the part that was sent. Its all working good now.

"Washer leaked all over floor and down into garage. I filled the washer 5 times and let it agitate each time, and it never leaked a drop. I can see on the front that water has leaked down the front from the door. I cleaned a bunch of scum off of the bottom of the door glass. Possible that and hair allowed water to run out the whole cycle. No rips or tears in gasket, the bearing is good, and all water seems to have come from either front or left side behind it, or both. When I drain the water, it often times siphons back after draining out. Couldnt tell for sure if water is backing up but it sounds like it is, possibly all the way to the top of the drain and then siphons back out into washer. Possible it totally backed up and spilled over."

The dishwasher had the e01 flood error and was running the drain pump. I pulled the dishwasher out and found the water inlet tower was loose and water was pouring out the side. Pushed it back in and made sure the nut was tight. I reinstalled the dishwasher and its working good.

"Customer complaint is, RUNS BUT WILL NOT HEAT. Inspected and tested. Dryer is heating, but is getting extremely hot and I had to shut it off when it got to 270F. I disconnected the vent and heat is cycling between 190F and 110F on high heat. The problem is with the vent. The vent is the foil material and looks like its that the whole way to the outside and its 20 feet plus. I advised customer to have the vent replaced before using."

"Customer complaint is, GAS DRYER NOT HEATING. Inspected and tested. Found the thermal fuse was blown. I removed the bulkhead and its packed full of lint. Customer approved repairs. Installed new thermal fuse and cleaned out bulkhead and back of dryer. Tested and dryer is heating great and cycling between 190F and 105F with vent disconnected and airflow is 36mph on back of dryer. With vent connected the heat is cycling between 220F and 110F. Dryer is now fixed. I recommend customer have vent cleaned.

Making a grinding sound. Found a metal object stuck between drum and front bearing. Removed object after taking front off. Now it runs nice and quiet.

"Not heating. Found bad gas coils. Replaced the coils, vacuumed out dryer, cleaned and oiled rollers. Cleaned out vent, and adjusted vent going outside since it wasnt totally lined up with exit outside the house. Now it vents nice and strong. Heating great.

"Washer giving E18 error. They have run a drum clean cycle a few times and each time they get an E18 with lots of suds and water left at the end. 33% of the regular cycles they have some standing water at the end. Called Bosch tech support. When I ran a drum clean this morning, there were a large amount of suds. They said that there should be none after a drum clean was run last night. Customer says they use a half inch of detergent in cover of bottle per load, and loads arent dirty. They do a ton of laundry. Its HE detergent. Appears there is a build up of detergent residue causing over suds issues now. Customer will buy afresh, clean the tub, and cut back on detergent. Filter is clean and drain pump drains great when I put on drain. 6 month old unit. Brand new."

"Customer complaint is display is dead after self clean top of the unit working properly. Usually this is caused from a trip thermostat excess thermostat, tested and found that the thermostat was bad cold did bluebook for a new one disassembled unit replaced thermostat reassembled tested working properly now.

"Complaint is it taking long then the other washer next to it. They fill the same amount of the laundry and about 16 minutes longer. Called Techline. He said it could be just the soap or how long takes to fill or drain time. He said that will never be right. Went through test mode everything worked properly. Only thing I can find is some shake which goes away once it gets up to speed. Techline suggests having customer clean unit and not watch the clock. Its an estimated time and long as its working it could be number of things. Had them fill unit for a full normal load started on a normal Eco like they normally do timed it with the timer itself. It ran two minutes longer than the timer itself so nothing too crazy. I have nothing I can find wrong with the unit. Just suggestion of cleaning it with the cleaners once a month watching what kind of soap theyre using, and how much soap they are using.

"Installed a new fan motor. After testing cycles, the unit heats up quickly, and there are no more flames on the back of the cover."

Installed part from last diagnosiS. Tested multiple times made sure it was working properly was also getting a little bit of an ice dam so steam that out made sure that was cleared and the defrost drain pan. Everything now is working great let customer know if they have any issues to let us know.

"Customer stated they smelled gas and had issues keeping temps in the oven. Tested the amp draw on the igniter found it low, replaced the igniter cycled tested the unit preheated and stayed running"

The dryer would not start. I found. The belt was off. The idler pulley locked and failed. I replaced the pulley and vacuumed out the dryer. The dryer works good now.

"Customer complaint is stuff catching on lint tray. Clothes are caring. Also they were having a little issues with dry time. They said they kind of figured out the dry time with they had energy saver on. I did explain about the energy saver and it will not dry clothing properly or fully, especially on more full loads. Also, customer has unit in a built-in and no access to dryer vent from the one side. He would have to cut an access door into the cabinet so you could direct the dryer vent properly so it does not kink up. Hes getting airflow about 11 mph. Unit is a short bent its not dirty I think its just because its kinking up. He knows what he needs to do now for that issue looked at the lint trap and found there was a bunch of lint inside the lint trap to the blower, cleaned it all reassembled and now working properly. No need for parts. Nothing was broken."

Leaving black marks on clothes. I took apart the dryer. SQ had sent a new drum and lint filter. I replaced both. Also vacuumed out dryer and cleaned it. Vent wasnt attached. Attached that too. The vent in the back inside of the dryer is rusty and charred and Im certain thats causing the majority of the stains. I cant find the part number. I included a picture of it and circled it on parts diagram. Too blurry to see part number though. DW can you find the part number and get authorization? ; O-emld tckt

"Customer states the ice maker is not working, removed the ice bucket and cover found ice maker mold had no water in it, the fill tube had ice on the end of it, removed the ice. The ice issue could have been a plugged water filter the customer changed it before I got there. The thermistor on the ice maker tested out of range. Tested the door switch and it seems to be not always closing all the way when the door is closed. Quoted the customer both the switch and ice maker. Customer is going to monitor the ice maker. "When it runs it makes a loud hum and no heat. It will need the magnetron and diode. I called global microwave to get the part number but got no answer. I listed the OEM parts. Please call Global and get the part numbers then contact the customer with a quote. I called the landlord and told him it will be at least 265 dollars more to fix. He would like a quote. "Fan in freezer has been loud the last week and getting louder. I took temps. Its 29.4 in freezer and 45 in fresh food. Took evaporator cover off in freezer and found evaporator encased in ice. I put it into service mode and thermistors all passed test, and in defrost the heater came on. Sizzled. I steamed off evaporator, and looked up bulletins. Theres a bulletin for this issue. Consulted with RJ. Doors are lined up, seals are good, and drawers/baskets are good. Explained to customer that it either has a sealed system issue, or needs a kit. Ticket estimate for kit attached. "I installed a water valve, and it is functioning well for filling and draining. However, in dry mode, the clock continues to run, but the motor never starts. I confirmed that the door switch works, but during the visit, I noticed a lot of water splashing onto the motor and the control board. I would like to order both units, but it's more likely the main motor because I see 120v coming in, but it won't start. To play it safe, I would also like to order the control board. "The washer does not spin out every time we ran a normal and filled it up with water. The washer filled then we ran a drain and spin. The washer drains good and fast. While the basket moves back and forth there is a loud clicking sound in the basket. When I spin the basket by hand I can hear the sound. The motor is good and the shocks are good. "Customer complaint is, FREEZER IS NOT GETTING COLD. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 54F and freezer is 45F. Compressor and fans are all running. "Not heating much and giving E63 error. Called Bosch tech support and they helped me get it into test mode. After 10 minutes of running compressor in test mode, temp only went up 3 degrees, and then compressor shut off. Pressure in system. Tech support thought sealed system but after further analysis said we need to replace the power module first and make sure that isnt the issue, since power to compressor is cutting out. Part is 10025122. Also, tenant wants door moved to left side of dryer. Will need to redo wiring so that it runs to right side where latch will now be located. Cant find anyone who has board. Can someone see if they can locate this board and if so, order and schedule return visit, preferably later in day since units can not be entered prior to 9am?; saved tckt"

"The microwave sparks from the wave guide when it runs. I removed the cover and found the magnentron antenna was burnt and the wave guide is chard. I think a new mag will eventually fail because of the wave guide. The customer said the wave guide cover has been replaced 2 other times because they were burnt up.
