Per customer washer not draining Arrived on site tested drain pump drain pump filled and drained five times with no faults, I observed that the hot water valve was shut off. Open up the machine and discovered that the cover for the main control board had fallen off and gotten wedged between the sidewall and the tub and damage the wire harness in the meantime. PIECE OF METAL PREVENTING THE LINT TRAP TO GO IN ALL THE WAY. Found the medal spring clip that holds the filter tight was bent and preventing filter from going in. I couldnt bend it back, so customer approved me removing it. I disassembled dryer and removed clip and vacuumed out bulkhead. Dryer is now fixed.
