"Water/conde station runs down sides of the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. Called tech support. Discovered that the sound dampening strips had been installed on the front, and not the sides like theyre supposed to. This stopped the door from closing all the way. Per Beko, I cut slits in the sides of the strips to allow screws to go through to the cabinet. Attached the strips on the sides and remounted. Now no water leaks down the sides and steam doesnt escape out."

"Installed all the parts from last diagnosis so Im cut out the old evaporator all the heat exchanger pan heater filter. installed the new ones pressure tested up to 150 held it for 10 minutes no dropping. Vacuumed the unit held the vacuum for 20 minutes under 400 ?m. Filled unit with proper amount of 134 a. Let unit run while repairing the other appliance after an hour of running pressures are at about three psi to two psi, which is perfect and unit was already down to 25? and frost pattern. Unit is now operating properly."

"Washer not switching between agitate and spin. Found that the actuator motor is broken and not moving when it should be switching. I checked clutch and it is smooth and moves easily by hand. Actuator part is bad. Part is covered under warranty. Replaced actuator, tested and washer now agitates and spins. Washer is working good.

Installed all new igniter on all the burners once they were installed tested multiple times and working properly.

Install new burners and receptacles. Once installed tested multiple times working great. The burner catch trays dont fit correctly explained- that to the landlord and tenant.

"The washer is draining slow. The customer had removed the drain hose from the sink drain and put it into the sink. Today I started the washer and let it fill. I then selected drain so the washer could drain out. The water drains very slow to almost bouncing out. I removed the 2 foot clear hose extension and when I let the washer drain hose go it dropped into the sink and a small round piece of plastic fell out. The customer said she thinks its a gulf ball marker. I tried the washer 2 more times, now the water drains out super fast and no issues.

"Concerns about dryer temp. Ran it on timed dry high, with vent connected it gets to 255. On low it got to 230. With vent disconnected it got to 230 and 195. Cleaned out internal vent and now with vent connected it runs at 190 and 245. With vent disconnected 170 and 214. We cleaned and vacuumed out dryer vent. Runs great. Nothing to fix."

"Returned with board installed new board, cycled and tested. Unit operating as it should"

The complaint is the oven has a smell when they use the bake. I pulled the bottom cover out and tested the bake ignitor. The amp draw of the ignitor was around 2.99 amps. It took more than 40 seconds to light. The flame burned clean. I tested the broil ignitor and it was drawing 3.05 amps. I quoted for a new ignitor then replaced the bake ignitor. I advised the customer to clean the oven with the long self clean setting. I advised that it could be a cleaner or something that is causing the smell in the oven and running a self clean can help.

Found that the refrigerator Evaporator fan motor DA31-00146J is likely bad. I get pluses at the motor but then im guessing the response line to board is bad and then will not keep fan running.I explained to owner that its likely the evaporation fan motor but its possible that it is the control board but since the control board shows discontinued and to get fast turnaround to try the fan motor. "The door hook is missing, but I was able to test the unit, and it runs well during the wash and drain cycles. The motor drain pump sounds loud, but it still works. However, if it fails to drain properly in the future, a new drain pump will be needed. At the moment, it works great. "On arrival customer stated that the fridge was intermittently between 45 and 60? or so. They had a thermometer sitting in the fridge. Took a quick scan of the fridge to confirm that theyre thermometer was accurate and it was barely close. It was 45? on arrival. Opened up the air tower to make sure that there wasnt any blockages in the air duct or in the air tower itself. Check the thermometer in the our tower and it was in range. Opened up the freezer section and checked on the evaporator. Really good perfect frost pattern. Checked the damper by opening and closing the doors and watching it actuate. There was a little bit of frost built up by the evaporator fan and damper but not enough to make me think it was causing an interference. Made sure the evaporator fan was running, and it was running perfectly.double checked the air duct and the return duct and they were clear. Could not find any cause of issue at this point in time. "Customer states its got a small puddle around the left front corner of the machine whenever they run it ran the machine through the start of a couple of cycles trying to find a leak. It didnt bleak for a while, but eventually it started dripping down from underneath the dispenser, and at the bottom of the door seal. on the door glass, the clumps of hair stuck, and I instructed the customer about having to clean the door between cycles to make sure that this doesnt cause an issue with the CO. As for the dispenser, he opened it up and tried to clean the chats on the dispenser, and the drawer itself.trying it again its still leaking so the dispenser will need to be replaced parts from our phone and rescheduled the call; ordrd 1 ACZ74070504 (Dispenser assm)"

"Customer complaint is, Lights on display are coming on but unit will not run. Inspected and tested. Found all the buttons and lights are all gummed up with junk and dont respond. Everything on the inside is covered in hard water deposits. The dispenser is broken and the top spray arm is broken off. This dishwasher is in rough shape. Its going to need a whole new control panel which comes in 4 different parts. Part numbers are WD34X22254, WD12X10441, WD21X10488 and WD09X10082. "Not draining out all the water. Standing water when its done. When I got here there was standing water. I put it on a rinse and spin with no spin selected. It went through the 8 minute cycle and then barely drained. Took apart filter assembly and found it full of dog hair. Cleaned all the dog hair out, along with a hair binder and stickers. Also noticed that the water inlet line was leaking. Plumbers tape didnt stop the leak. Quoted customer for new waterlines for hot and cold. Replaced those, no leaks now. Runs and fills and drains great.

The customer said the last load of clothes they washed there was water on the floor under the washer. I ran the washer and let drain a couple times. I found no water leaking from anywhere. I did find some water in the black plastic tray around the washer but I did not see water leak from anywhere on the washer.

"Customer complaint is, THE REF HAS BEEN CUT OFF FOR 8 MONTHS.GROUND FAULT TRIPS.REF SHOWS 50 DEGREES.. LITES DSNT WRK. Customer plugged it into a different outlet and its not tripping the breaker. Inspected and tested. Refrigerator is in a cold garage. FF compartment temperature is 43F and freezer is -10F. The top panel that has the sensors for the FF door reed switches is loose and not in place. The lights are not working properly in the FF compartment because of it. Also the fan isnt going to run correctly if it thinks the door is open. We installed the top panel and now the lights are working. I advised customer that the refrigerator is not going to cool properly in a cold garage."

Replaced all of the shocks and tested. Customer stood next to me the whole time it went through the spin cycle and it looks much better now. Complete.

Dishwasher wont start and advance cycle without holding the door shut by hand. Found that the door latch must of been tripped and not full reset to pull door in and latch it. I showed customer how to reset door latch so that door will pull shut. Now door shuts and cycle advances. Dishwasher is working good.

Unit works great no issues check oven several time everything is normal heat up fast .

"Customer states the unit is not draining, cycled tested found the unit would fill not drain. Vacuumed out the the water removed the pump found debris in the pump. Put pump back in cycled and tested the unit drains now."

"UPON ARRIVAL MICROWAVE WAS TOTALLY NON-OPERABLE, BLANK SCREEN DEAD OPENED IT UP AND CHECKED THE FUSE. FUSE IS GOOD CHECKED THAT THERE IS POWER OUT THE OUTLET. TOOK MICROWAVE DOWN AND STARTED CHECKING ALL OF THE THERMOS. DISCOVERED THE CAVITY THERMAL WAS BAD. REPLACE THE THERMAL ON THE TOP WITH A GENERIC FROM MY TRUCK. SEEMS TO BE WORKING MUCH BETTER NOW. Tested it and heats great.

Customer said it was not drying very well. Ran it and I had no heat. Open the machine up and found a bad thermal fuse on the heating element. Replaced the whole heating element. Customer also said that it would squeak sometimes. Discovered one bad roller and replaced it with a generic part. Test the machine and it looks great now sounds better and is drying.

"Customer said the oven would not bake. Checked and found the igniter not coming on. Replaced the igniter, cycled and test the bake comes on.

When you shut the microwave door the light comes on and the fan and turn table spins. All the door switches did test good. I replaced all 3 door switches. Now its working good. When you shut the door nothing comes on. The microwave is heating.

The dishwasher would not heat. I hooked up the newfi tool. The not heating fault code was active. I found the thermostat was tripped. I reset the thermostat. I ran the heater test and water valve test. The dishwasher is filling up with the correct amount of water and the circulation motor is working properly. I cleared the codes. I ran the firmware update. Theres calcium build up on the heater. The water is hard at the sink. I advised them to have the water softener looked at then run calcium through the dishwasher.

Customer states the unit is no longer drying. Cycled and tested no heat removed the back cover and tested the cut out switch. The switch tested open. Quoted the customer the upgrade kit. Customer approved. Installed kit cycled and tested the heater is cycling on and off as it should.

Front toe kick was just taped on. Found the hardware was missing to attach the toe kick to the dishwasher. Customer had the hardware in a junk drawer. Installed the hardware and now the toe kick is nice and secure.

"I ran diagnostics and no errors. I ran quick cycle and it filled, agitated, drained and spun. No leaks. I added few towels and same thing. No leaks and did not find anything wrong as im here. Not sure what load was in washer as it was leaking but with normal towels it did not leak and is working. The amount of water they said they had would of been a big leak.Only leak I found was ground the water valves but it is a slow drip. I informed contact and if it happens again maybe what type of lead was it because i cannot find leaks as im here."

Installed new frame kit and thermostat from diagnosis with jared. Once installed tested multiple times and made sure all burns and oven working properly.

"Customer complaint is, NOT FININSHING A CYCLE AND HAVING TO RUN LOADS MULTIPLE TIMES. HAVE TO RESTART THE DRYER. Inspected and tested. This is a condensing dryer. Dryer is heating. The condenser is really dirty. I cleaned out condenser and reassembled. Also cleaned out the lint filter bulkhead and the thermistor because it was covered in lint. Tested and its not getting as hot as it was before cleaning. I showed a couple of the ladies here how dirty it was and advised on cleaning regularly. Its in a closet also, and its not going to get as good of airflow if they're closing the door while using. I called and talked with Fred and advised him on what I did and on keeping the condenser clean."

"Customer complaint is, DW STARTS & WILL EITHER STOP MID CYCLE AND TURN OFF OR WILL STOP MID CYCLE AND SAY H2O. Dishwasher leaked over night so customers had dishwasher pulled out when I got here. Inspected and tested. Found dishwasher is leaking from the supply hose at the valve. I tightened up fitting and now its not leaking. I removed the pressure sensor and its plugged solid with scum. I cleaned it out and reassembled. Tested dishwasher and its working, but after the first wash cycle it constantly runs the drain pump. I can get it to reset and run by removing the pressure sensor and tapping it, but it keeps coming back. Needs a new pressure sensor. Customer approved repairs. Installed new pressure sensor and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

Customer is complete. Not draining on arrival. Unit was full of water. Unit has a timer for cycles. Turn timer to a hit drain unit drained was kind of a weak drain filled ran unit was over sudsing. Ran unit multiple times to get all suds the more suds they got out the more the water was normal the better the unit was draining. This unit has a long drain going under the floor and back up to the sink. explain to customer about the issue and how its working properly now and to use different soap. theyre using platinum plus soapand it should work the issue again explain to run it a few times open the door while its running to check if its over and go from there

"The customer complained that the oven would not heat up. I replaced the igniter with a new one, and after testing the cycles, everything worked great with no issues. Additionally, I cleaned up the left burner as its flames were weak. After the cleanup, it now has even flames, and the unit is working properly.

"Fridge not cooling, and an enormous amount of rime frost in freezer. Found the fridge door wasnt closing all the way due to the shelves in the door hitting the glass shelves in the fridge. Adjusted shelves so door closes now. Took back panel off and steamed all frost off. Steamed all frost off of fan. Steamed of door gaskets. Found the evaporator drain totally frozen solid. Steamed that out so water drains now when freezer goes into defrost. Told tenant 24 hours to get down to temp."

The oven was lighting up good for me. The bake ignitor was drawing around 3.2 amps then down to 2.99 amps. I replaced the bake ignitor and gas valve assembly. The oven is still lighting up good and fast. I found no issues today.

The microwave latch was broken so the door would not open. I replaced the latch and now its working good.

"Call Smith complaint is getting a weird smell inside unit. Its been like this since they moved in 6-8 months ago. Everythings been keeping cool and working properly though. Opened up the door and I could definitely smell almost smells like a metallic metal chemical smell. Definitely not a wiring smell. Call Techline. He said the only thing that they think it could be, is, if they cleaned up with some kind of chemical stainless steel cleaner inside the unit and thats given odor now. they recommend just cleaning out some Dawn dish soap, leaving the door open for a few days and then using a bunch of baking soda in it to try to absorb the smell."

"Installed new control board from last diagnosis. Reassembled unit. tested all the features. Bake, broil,convection, timer and set the clock. Cooling fan is kicking in and temp is reading accurate.

Customer states that it freezes really well in the freezer but the fridge is warm and does not cool at all. Opened up the back of the freezer and inspected the evaporator fans. Neither one of them was spinning after the door sensor had been pushed closed for two minutes.checked for voltage at the connector and they both had about 14 V. Tried to spend them by hand and they were both jammed up really hard and hard to turn by hand. Going to need parts research on this one to find parts for criterion.; saved tckt

"Customers complaint is freezer temp is rising. Seems like the top drawer is at 20 in the bottom drawer. Its closer to temp maybe 5? off. when I had the drawers pulled out, I could see the back evaporator, cover had frost on it. Call Techline to explain what I found right away says its a evaporator sensor. I explained we replaced it and moved it to the location. He kept on interrupting me say nope its a sensor only can be the sensor explained that we did it where he located he didnt want to listen to anything else. I asked if we go through the recycles he said no its a sensor. so on my own gets more investigating and I found that first thing is I cannot get the evaporator fan to run in the freezer and test mode or without test mode. Also, Techline did get it into defrost mold, but I never melted any ice. So it looks like we at least need a new evaporator fan. I got terrible support on Techline. Talked with Jared on the phone. Found that front left burner will spark continuously even when flame is on high. Spark module is not reconizing flame to stop trying to spark. Will need spark module and electrode. Cant find electrode in stock. Please order parts and schedule with wall oven.Spark module WPW10475170; electrode W11690659This will be big job. It is center down draft cooktop and will have to disconnect whole blower and gas line to pull up cooktop to get to screws to pull off top to get to the spark module and electrode. See if we can get extra labor and schedule 2 hours just for this job. And schedule 1 hour for wall oven job (3 hours total for both appliances); saved tckt

"The whole refrigerator stopped cooling suddenly. The fridge was plugged in and running when I arrived. I tapped into the suction side. The pressure was 42 psi. The compressor valves have failed. It needs a new compressor. Please follow up with the customer. Customer asked about how much. I have rough estimate of 660-1300. ; snapped 1 QuickPics, states that autho needed"

I installed new water valve and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed."

Customer says dishwasher sounded weird and didnt sound like it was running and was some water on the floor underneath dishwasher. I ran test and dishwasher fills and is running after 10 minutes it sounded as if dishwasher was sucking air and found that there was a lot of soap suds. I showed customer all the soap and suggested to use less soap and switch to finish pods. I added some cooking oil and got rid of all suds and customer will replace soap.Customer will call back if problems persists.

"Has been running loud. I found some front glides worn down, as well as the felt. Belt is brittle. Installed bearing slide kit. Vacuumed out. Runs nice and quiet now. Greased rear bearing.

Replaced bad main pcb. Runs great now.

"Installed a new belt, and after testing, the cycle, spin, and drain all work great without any issues."

The microwave was not heating. The magnetron and diode were bad . Today we replaced the magnetron and diode. The microwave is heating good now.

The customer said its not cooling and stopped cooling very quickly. I verified the compressor failed. I replaced the compressor and the filter drier. I updated the board. I purged the system and recharged. Pressures are good. I advised the customer to wait 6 hours for it to cool. 4.44

The washer does not spin out all the way and is loud. The tub bearing is loud and the tub bearing is bad. It will need the new bearing and seal.

"Customer states water was continuously, dripping into machine, opened up a machine and found a bunch of crud inside the water valve. Replaced water valve with a part. I picked up from today. Seems to be working a lot better not dripping anymore.

"Oven igniter was broken. Board was also shorted out. Was able to do an on site board repair, and replaced bad bake igniter. Now it heats great.

"Customer complaint is unit keeps tripping breaker if they try to heat. Disassembled unit and found that one of the switches is bad. The holder also is broken where it locks in the micro switch. Also door prongs are worn. Replaced door assembly switch holder, micro switches, and little lever inside the holder for the micro switches.. Once all parts were installed, reassembled and tested multiple times and working properly.

The customer said the washer worked for 2 loads then not so good after and was still giving the long drain error. We started the washer and let it fill up with water. We then put into a drain cycle. The washer is draining slow. The drain hose has a 2 foot extension and goes into a tail pipe on the sink drain pipe. It looks like a dishwasher connection. I disconnected the drain from the sink and put the hose in a bucket. Now it drains out fast. The issue is with the drain. I advised the customer to have the drain cleaned. The customer was going to try a couple things.

"Customer said screen went blank, and everything turned off while they were doing a self clean cycle. Opened up the machine and discovered a blown. Thermal fuse. Replaced the thermal fuse and tested. Seems to be working right now.

"Machine had huge huge chunks of ice frozen to the back wall on my arrival. Customer states that the dispenser didnt work and that it was freezing things. Defrosted the unit aggressively with the steamer. Broke off all the chunks of ice and made sure there werent left any. Replace the back panel with a new part. It appeared that the waterline for the dispenser had frozen along with everything else. Once that was defrosted, the water dispenser started working again. Dried up machine and put everything back together. working better now."

The dryer wont heat at all. I tested and found the heater is bad. I replaced the heating element and now it heats.

"The unit was not functioning, and I discovered that the owner had turned off the gas and broken two screws. For now, I managed to get it working temporarily, but it will eventually need a new unit. Currently, two burners are working fine, but two are not igniting. The unit will require a spark module and new hardware for the burners."

The microwave was not heating. I replaced the magnetron and diode. The microwave is heating good now.

"The unit runs great with no issues or leaks. I inspected it thoroughly, checked all cycles, and confirmed that it drains fine."

Customers complaint making loud noise and freezing in crisper drawers. Found that the noise is coming from the evap fan in the fresh food compartment. This is a common issue on theses. Which causes poor air flow and freezes the items that are lower like the crisper drawers. Quoted blue book for new fan assemble. Customer approved installed part tested and working properly. Reassembled.

Customer stated there was an issue with the tone and menu. Replaced board and wire harness. Cycled and tested. Working great now.

"Customer stated the unit will run for about 10 minutes and trips the breaker, top of the unit gets very hot. Tested the outside vent for airflow speed and it is at 19 mph, got some bath towels wet and ran the unit on high heat, can hear the heater cycling, tripped the breaker at 149 degrees. 21 amps. Reset breaker and tested the unit other pole runs at 23.62 on start up its well over 30 amps. When the heater is not going its 4.6 amps. Disassembled the unit and checked for any issues Burt wires etc. found nothing. Look at the heater coils they all looked as they should also ohmed them out and they both tested the same. Suspect the issue is the breaker. This unit it on a 30 amp circuit. When the breaker trips is when the heater cycles. Its not right away its after a few cycles of the heater."

Customer states machine wont start because they cant get the door to close properly. Examined the hinge on the door and found it to be cracked on the inner door frame. Tested heat with vent attached and is getting to 270 degrees and when I disconnect vent it is cycle it better but still erratic and not consistent. "Tenants complaint is certain burners arent working they have to wiggle it in the front right one is absolutely not working and sometimes will spark. Just visually inspecting I could tell that the burners where they hook into the female reciprocator are all burnt up would need at least two repair kits. Also, would like to get two of the 8 inch burners. The ones that are in there are pretty warped and pretty damaged would be the best to just start with a fresh kit so we dont have any issue for the future.
