"Customer said oven making whoosh sound and bang as it oven turns on and throughout the cycle. Can smell gas as it is happening. I checked amp dray of igniter and seems ok but replaced anyways and first time it ignited was fine but then next time the burner has big flame on burner and had strong gas smell.Appears that gas valve or regulator on oven is not regulating correctly.Looking up parts i see the gas valve for bake,broil but not sure if there is a gas regulator built in? Because i informed customer that if the house gas regulator could be bad that would also cause this issue.Could you double check for me about gas valve or regulator. "The unit would not run due to a bad lid switch. To correct this, I replaced the lid lock switch with a brand new kit. After testing the cycles and drain spin, there were no issues.

Installed parts from last diagnosis once it was installed tested everything is working properl.

"Installed a brand new ice maker. After testing the cycle, it fills properly and works great.

"The customer complaint is some of the foods like eggs, sour cream, carrots freeze. I hooked up the newfi tool. The only active fault was for the fresh food evaporator abnormal defrosting. It has extended the defrost time more than 5 times. There was a fresh food door open for more than 15 inactive code. That was from 26 days ago. They said it has been acting up for about 2 to 4 weeks. I ran the fans and all the heaters. The evaporator is not frosted up and the fresh food fan is working properly. I did find some ice around the fan. I cleared the ice. When the compressor starts it does make a loud bang. The customer said he has noticed that noise for a while now. I cleared the codes and checked for any updates. I found not service bulletins and not firmware updates needed. The fridge is a 23 cubic and its a little over packed. There is several packages of food against the side and back walls. I explained about air flow and how poor air flow can cause random items to freezer. Especially items with little sugar and lots of moisture in them."

"Not draining. I cleaned out drain line and where drain line connects to plumbing. Totally clean. Then I ran it again and noticed a crackling sound in drain pump. Took apart drain pump and found a broken piece of hard plastic. Removed all debris from drain pump and then ran it again a couple times, but didnt drain very well. I also looped up the drain line to help prevent back flow. Found a broken drain pump. Replaced, and now it drains great.

"Returned with part, disassembled unit, installed new door seal, cycled and tested.

Install new bearing kit from last diagnosis. Repair went really smoothly. After putting diagnosis mode make sure it was spinning and everything told customer wait 24 hours before use unit is working proper.

"Customer states there was a burning smell.Disassembled the back of the dryer cleaned out vents that were full of debris, made sure the heater and housing was cleaned out. Reassembled and cycled and tested the heater cycled like it should the unit was very loud, removed the front cover and drum found rollers were worn and one had rubber peeling off the wheel. Quoted the customer new wheels. Customer approved- replaced the wheels. Checked the speed on the outside vent speed was 19.1 mph, unit operating as it should"

Not running. Gives a motor error. Replaced bad motor control board. Now it runs great.

"Oven trips breaker for bake. I found a bad igniter. Replaced igniter, now it doesnt trip breaker and heats great.

Replaced thermistor and vent cover. Customer has not gotten vent clean but had someone coming out later today. Tested and dryer itself is heating and working good. Once vent is clean dryer will be working good.

"The dryer was not heating. I tested the heater and the heater is bad. I quoted for the repair. I oiled the rollers, vacuumed out the whole dryer and relayed the heater assembly. The dryer heats good and the air flow outside is good.

The dryer is no longer heating. I verified the dryer is getting 240 volts. I removed back and tested the heating element. I found the element is bad. I replaced the heater element and hooked the dryer back up. The air flow is good and its heating good.

"Light only comes on if you flick the button on the side (door switch). I pulled the switch out, it was sparking inside. Replaced switch, works great now.

Customers complaint top oven not working. Verified complaint. Top oven wont bake or broil. Disassembled to get to board. Removed relay board and found a bad relay for the top oven. They approved the repair. Installed new relay. Reassembled unit. Tested and now top oven is working properly.

The fresh food ice maker was not making ice. The ice maker had a bad thermistor fault code. I replaced the ice maker and then reset the power. I advised the customer to give it 24 hours to make ice.

The left hinge thats a part of the tub assembly broke off. Ive never seen that before. Best educated guess is it came compromised from the factory. Normally those welded bolts do not break off. Non repairable since you have to replace the entire tub assembly.

The compressor has failed. Today I replaced the compressor and filter. I leaked checked the joints and purged with nitrogen. I pulled a vacuum and then recharged the system. The pressures look good. The fridge is in the garage so I advised the customer to give it 24 hours to cool.

"Customer complaint is not operating now. After making bunch of noise. Just assembled the unit. Found the back roller completely gone and the idler pulley destroyed. All our rollers seem good. Quoted customer bluebook installed new parts cleaned up all rollers, cleaned out the blower wheel and Reassembled with new parts in. way better and is operating correctly

"Customer complaint: The oven takes longer to heat up than usual. To address this, I installed a new igniter. After testing a cycle, the oven heats up quickly with no issues. Additionally, I took readings and confirmed that it reaches 350?F, working great.

Customers complaint is no heat. Verified complaint unit is tumbling but no heat on either settings. Look through the people to watch the igniter. Never started to glow remove the back cover tested the thermostat that was bad and quoted customer bluebook customer approved installed part tested working properly. The dryer vent is very short so Ill make sure it was all cleared. Everything is cleared and good airflow.

Replaced timer and thermostats. Tested on auto dry and timer is advancing past where customer said to was stuck at. Dryer is cycling heat normally and is working good.

"Customers complaint is getting in the F 12 code, which is the water error code. Verified. The water is connected on disconnected water. Turned it back on not getting any pressure. There was a extension piece removed that now Im getting water and I found a bunch of little debris. Log in the filter. Cleared it all out now its working the house is under construction right now and project manager explained they had the water shut off and turn back on and then this happened. So I showed him and explained what I did so if it happens again, they could always clear it themselves to. Tested unit afterward its working properly. Also had to re-level it a little bit and now its good."

The customer complaint was when they bake there is a gas smell from the oven. When I arrived the customer had told me yesterday he looked in the oven and noticed there is a mat on the bottom of the oven and it was covering the bottom vents. I explained why they should not use that mat at all and they should not use anything that can cover the vents. When the vents are covered they will starve the burner for air and that can cause the gas smell and it to produce CO. We removed the mat and ran the bake. The oven smelled normal and no issues found.

"Found that the float nut assembly was loose and due to water marks. Also found that that there was a lot of soap suds that could also cause leaks from float. I tightened float nut and ran test and no leaks. Could of been from too much suds, I recommended to use finish dishwasher soap to reduce suds.I did quote for new float nut and grommet. Customer will change soap and use as normal and call back if still leaks and needs parts replaced."

"Dryer not drying well. I ran it on a timed dry and found that it heats up to 140. After cleaning vent it runs at 180. Heats great. Did a vent cleaning for free. Found bad rollers and a bad belt. Replaced those. Runs great now.

"Upon arrival, customer said it would occasionally start dripping into the fridge section and make a mess. Open it up and saw moisture and frost on the back of the fresh food section ceiling. Had customer empty out the freezer section pulled off evaporator fan, cover and defrosted a fully frozen up defrost drain. Also made sure to defrost the ceiling of the refrigerator and the drain going all the way down. Check the defrost. Drain to make sure it was draining properly. Put machine back together and tried to dry everything up. Told the customer that it was gonna probably drip for a little bit longer. But everything looks like it should be good from here on out"

"Was making a rubbing kind of clicking noise when the drum would spin, and there was no heat. If there was heat, it would go away. Opened up machine and discovered a grayish waxy kind of plastic substance smeared on the rear bulkhead right along the drum seal. Used the wire brush to scrub all of it off. Put the machine back together and it sounds a whole lot better now."

"Customer states that it takes a long time to ignite sometimes takes almost an hour to preheat, and will occasionally make a washing sound. Opened up machine and inspected the igniter, and it appeared to be weak. Replace the igniter. Reassembled the machine and tested. Bakes a lot better at this time

"Customer had an error code for no fill, and stated that no water was going into the machine. Checked the fill lines and the filter screens to make sure that they werent clogged. "It wasnt making ice or dispensing water. Maintenance pulled fridge out and turned on water, and then they noticed a puddle of water under the back left corner. I turned on the water and we dispensed a number of cups of water and there were no leaks from the lines or the valve. We also cycled the icemaker and it filled perfectly and no leaks. Everything checks out good. Dispenser and icemaker work. No leaks."

"The dryer was not heating at all. Upon inspection I found the rear high limit fuse was popped. I gave the customer a quote for the fuse and replaced the fuse. The dryer was disconnected from the vent when I arrived so I pushed it back, but left it how I found it. I advise the customer to make sure the dryer duct is clean, because that could be causing the fuse to pop. The dryer is heating up good now.

Unit works great. no issues and cycles good. Drains with no leaks.

Customer said it was making a metal and metal rattling sound during spin. Random machine and didnt hear anything out of the normal at this time. Took the front apart just to double check and took the front tub cover off and looked for any screws or anything that could be rubbing.didnt find anything. Instructed customer on normal sound of the balance ring. Customer says they will take a video if they hear the sound that they were hearing again.

"Upon further inspection found that it was the timer and not the motor. Replaced timer, tested and washer is now agitating and spinning. Washer is working good."

The dryer was not spitting out all the water from the clothes. I found the washer was going off balance and then I found the drive hub is stripped so the tub was not spinning. Quote of the customer for the new hub drive and then replaced the part. I ran The calibration cycle and made sure its spinning properly.

This is a dual fuel range. The complaint is the oven does not maintain the temp and food is not cooking like it should. I set the oven to 350 and put my weighted thermal couple on the center rack in the middle. I let preheat for 20 minutes until it indicated it was ready. The high preheat temp was around 420 degrees. I opened the door for 10 seconds. The temp dropped down to 360. I waited until the temp dropped to 345 then it started to heat back up. The temp then got to 380 for the high. I recorded 2 more temps. I got an average temp of 368 from 4 temperature readings. Im finding no issues today other than its running hot. I advised them to cook pies and cakes and most bake goods in the center of the oven. I checked and there are no bulletins related to this issue. I did lower the temp by 10 degrees. I also found when I was done that the door was opening easily and the light was coming on. The customer then told me when she turns the light on it will shut off on its own. I noticed if I press the button to turn the light on then open and close the door the light shuts off. I opened the door and found it drops below 90 degrees. Informed customer.

The dishwasher was filling with water and pumping but then seem to not have enough water in it. I took the sump apart and made sure it was clean. I tried a few more times and it seemed better. No fault codes.

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING. Inspected and tested. Found the drain hose is plugged with grease. I opened it up and filled and drained dishwasher 4 different times and its draining great. I recommend customer run a cleaner through the dishwasher before using. Dishwasher is working great."

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING. Inspected and tested. FF temperature is 36F and freezer is -3. Found the evaporator drain was plugged/frozen. I defrosted freezer and drain pan and steamed out drain. She approved repairs. Installed new heat probe and tested. Drain is open. Refrigerator is now fixed.

The upper rack adjusters and the right rail was broken. I quoted for both adjusters and rails. I went to Dey and got the parts. I came back and replaced all 4 parts. The upper rack rolls in and out good now.

Replaced bad main pcb and UI. Runs great now.

Replaced bad board. Now it doesnt run automatically when you plug it in. Runs great.

Customers complaint is not able to use any of the food settings on the microwave- gives the error code which is for the humidity sensor. We had been able to pre-order the humidity sensor. installed part tested working properly.

The old bake element was charred at the terminals. I cut off the bad terminals and installed the new bake element kit. Now it heats great and no fireworks in the back of the oven on bake.

"Customer states the unit wont advance to spin cycle. Ran unit on Normal the unit started filling fine, then it stopped could hear buzzing. Went into diagnostics mode checked codes.One code was for long drain, another code was for unbalanced, last code for long fill. Tested the door lock, it tests as it should Tested the drain and the unit drained fine Tested and found the hot water turned off. Ran the calibration mode and calibrated the washer. Customer had hot water turned off for a small leak on the sink in the basement. Customer is going to try and repair leak, is aware having the water turned off will affect the washing machine."

"Water/conde station runs down sides of the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. Called tech support. Discovered that the sound dampening strips had been installed on the front, and not the sides like theyre supposed to. This stopped the door from closing all the way. Per Beko, I cut slits in the sides of the strips to allow screws to go through to the cabinet. Attached the strips on the sides and remounted. Now no water leaks down the sides and steam doesnt escape out."

"Installed all the parts from last diagnosis so Im cut out the old evaporator all the heat exchanger pan heater filter. installed the new ones pressure tested up to 150 held it for 10 minutes no dropping. Vacuumed the unit held the vacuum for 20 minutes under 400 ?m. Filled unit with proper amount of 134 a. Let unit run while repairing the other appliance after an hour of running pressures are at about three psi to two psi, which is perfect and unit was already down to 25? and frost pattern. Unit is now operating properly."

"Washer not switching between agitate and spin. Found that the actuator motor is broken and not moving when it should be switching. I checked clutch and it is smooth and moves easily by hand. Actuator part is bad. Part is covered under warranty. Replaced actuator, tested and washer now agitates and spins. Washer is working good.

Installed all new igniter on all the burners once they were installed tested multiple times and working properly.

Install new burners and receptacles. Once installed tested multiple times working great. The burner catch trays dont fit correctly explained- that to the landlord and tenant.

"The washer is draining slow. The customer had removed the drain hose from the sink drain and put it into the sink. Today I started the washer and let it fill. I then selected drain so the washer could drain out. The water drains very slow to almost bouncing out. I removed the 2 foot clear hose extension and when I let the washer drain hose go it dropped into the sink and a small round piece of plastic fell out. The customer said she thinks its a gulf ball marker. I tried the washer 2 more times, now the water drains out super fast and no issues.

"Concerns about dryer temp. Ran it on timed dry high, with vent connected it gets to 255. On low it got to 230. With vent disconnected it got to 230 and 195. Cleaned out internal vent and now with vent connected it runs at 190 and 245. With vent disconnected 170 and 214. We cleaned and vacuumed out dryer vent. Runs great. Nothing to fix."

The complaint is the oven has a smell when they use the bake. I pulled the bottom cover out and tested the bake ignitor. The amp draw of the ignitor was around 2.99 amps. It took more than 40 seconds to light. The flame burned clean. I tested the broil ignitor and it was drawing 3.05 amps. I quoted for a new ignitor then replaced the bake ignitor. I advised the customer to clean the oven with the long self clean setting. I advised that it could be a cleaner or something that is causing the smell in the oven and running a self clean can help.

"On arrival customer stated that the fridge was intermittently between 45 and 60? or so. They had a thermometer sitting in the fridge. Took a quick scan of the fridge to confirm that theyre thermometer was accurate and it was barely close. It was 45? on arrival. Opened up the air tower to make sure that there wasnt any blockages in the air duct or in the air tower itself. Check the thermometer in the our tower and it was in range. Opened up the freezer section and checked on the evaporator. Really good perfect frost pattern. Checked the damper by opening and closing the doors and watching it actuate. There was a little bit of frost built up by the evaporator fan and damper but not enough to make me think it was causing an interference. Made sure the evaporator fan was running, and it was running perfectly.double checked the air duct and the return duct and they were clear. Could not find any cause of issue at this point in time. "Customer states its got a small puddle around the left front corner of the machine whenever they run it ran the machine through the start of a couple of cycles trying to find a leak. It didnt bleak for a while, but eventually it started dripping down from underneath the dispenser, and at the bottom of the door seal. on the door glass, the clumps of hair stuck, and I instructed the customer about having to clean the door between cycles to make sure that this doesnt cause an issue with the CO. "Customer complaint is, Lights on display are coming on but unit will not run. Inspected and tested. Found all the buttons and lights are all gummed up with junk and dont respond. Everything on the inside is covered in hard water deposits. The dispenser is broken and the top spray arm is broken off. This dishwasher is in rough shape. Its going to need a whole new control panel which comes in 4 different parts. Part numbers are WD34X22254, WD12X10441, WD21X10488 and WD09X10082. "Not draining out all the water. Standing water when its done. When I got here there was standing water. I put it on a rinse and spin with no spin selected. It went through the 8 minute cycle and then barely drained. Took apart filter assembly and found it full of dog hair. Cleaned all the dog hair out, along with a hair binder and stickers. Also noticed that the water inlet line was leaking. Plumbers tape didnt stop the leak. Quoted customer for new waterlines for hot and cold. Replaced those, no leaks now. Runs and fills and drains great.

The customer said the last load of clothes they washed there was water on the floor under the washer. I ran the washer and let drain a couple times. I found no water leaking from anywhere. I did find some water in the black plastic tray around the washer but I did not see water leak from anywhere on the washer.

"Customer complaint is, THE REF HAS BEEN CUT OFF FOR 8 MONTHS.GROUND FAULT TRIPS.REF SHOWS 50 DEGREES.. LITES DSNT WRK. Customer plugged it into a different outlet and its not tripping the breaker. Inspected and tested. Refrigerator is in a cold garage. FF compartment temperature is 43F and freezer is -10F. The top panel that has the sensors for the FF door reed switches is loose and not in place. The lights are not working properly in the FF compartment because of it. Also the fan isnt going to run correctly if it thinks the door is open. We installed the top panel and now the lights are working. I advised customer that the refrigerator is not going to cool properly in a cold garage."

Replaced all of the shocks and tested. Customer stood next to me the whole time it went through the spin cycle and it looks much better now. Complete.

Dishwasher wont start and advance cycle without holding the door shut by hand. Found that the door latch must of been tripped and not full reset to pull door in and latch it. I showed customer how to reset door latch so that door will pull shut. Now door shuts and cycle advances. Dishwasher is working good.

Unit works great no issues check oven several time everything is normal heat up fast .

TOOK MICROWAVE DOWN AND STARTED CHECKING ALL OF THE THERMOS. DISCOVERED THE CAVITY THERMAL WAS BAD. REPLACE THE THERMAL ON THE TOP WITH A GENERIC FROM MY TRUCK. SEEMS TO BE WORKING MUCH BETTER NOW. Tested it and heats great.

Customer said it was not drying very well. Ran it and I had no heat. Open the machine up and found a bad thermal fuse on the heating element. Replaced the whole heating element. Customer also said that it would squeak sometimes. Discovered one bad roller and replaced it with a generic part. Test the machine and it looks great now sounds better and is drying.

"Customer said the oven would not bake. Checked and found the igniter not coming on. Replaced the igniter, cycled and test the bake comes on.

When you shut the microwave door the light comes on and the fan and turn table spins. All the door switches did test good. I replaced all 3 door switches. Now its working good. When you shut the door nothing comes on. The microwave is heating.

The dishwasher would not heat. I hooked up the newfi tool. The not heating fault code was active. I found the thermostat was tripped. I reset the thermostat. I ran the heater test and water valve test. The dishwasher is filling up with the correct amount of water and the circulation motor is working properly. I cleared the codes. I ran the firmware update. Theres calcium build up on the heater. The water is hard at the sink. I advised them to have the water softener looked at then run calcium through the dishwasher.

Customer states the unit is no longer drying. Cycled and tested no heat removed the back cover and tested the cut out switch. The switch tested open. Quoted the customer the upgrade kit. Customer approved. Installed kit cycled and tested the heater is cycling on and off as it should.

Front toe kick was just taped on. Found the hardware was missing to attach the toe kick to the dishwasher. Customer had the hardware in a junk drawer. Installed the hardware and now the toe kick is nice and secure.

"I ran diagnostics and no errors. I ran quick cycle and it filled, agitated, drained and spun. No leaks. I added few towels and same thing. No leaks and did not find anything wrong as im here. Not sure what load was in washer as it was leaking but with normal towels it did not leak and is working. The amount of water they said they had would of been a big leak.Only leak I found was ground the water valves but it is a slow drip. I informed contact and if it happens again maybe what type of lead was it because i cannot find leaks as im here."

Installed new frame kit and thermostat from diagnosis with jared. Once installed tested multiple times and made sure all burns and oven working properly.

"Customer complaint is, NOT FININSHING A CYCLE AND HAVING TO RUN LOADS MULTIPLE TIMES. HAVE TO RESTART THE DRYER. Inspected and tested. This is a condensing dryer. Dryer is heating. The condenser is really dirty. I cleaned out condenser and reassembled. Also cleaned out the lint filter bulkhead and the thermistor because it was covered in lint. Tested and its not getting as hot as it was before cleaning. I showed a couple of the ladies here how dirty it was and advised on cleaning regularly. Its in a closet also, and its not going to get as good of airflow if they're closing the door while using. I called and talked with Fred and advised him on what I did and on keeping the condenser clean."

"Customer complaint is, DW STARTS & WILL EITHER STOP MID CYCLE AND TURN OFF OR WILL STOP MID CYCLE AND SAY H2O. Dishwasher leaked over night so customers had dishwasher pulled out when I got here. Inspected and tested. Found dishwasher is leaking from the supply hose at the valve. I tightened up fitting and now its not leaking. I removed the pressure sensor and its plugged solid with scum. I cleaned it out and reassembled. Tested dishwasher and its working, but after the first wash cycle it constantly runs the drain pump. I can get it to reset and run by removing the pressure sensor and tapping it, but it keeps coming back. Needs a new pressure sensor. Customer approved repairs. Installed new pressure sensor and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

Customer is complete. Not draining on arrival. Unit was full of water. Unit has a timer for cycles. Turn timer to a hit drain unit drained was kind of a weak drain filled ran unit was over sudsing. Ran unit multiple times to get all suds the more suds they got out the more the water was normal the better the unit was draining. This unit has a long drain going under the floor and back up to the sink. explain to customer about the issue and how its working properly now and to use different soap. theyre using platinum plus soapand it should work the issue again explain to run it a few times open the door while its running to check if its over and go from there

"The customer complained that the oven would not heat up. I replaced the igniter with a new one, and after testing the cycles, everything worked great with no issues. Additionally, I cleaned up the left burner as its flames were weak. After the cleanup, it now has even flames, and the unit is working properly.

"Fridge not cooling, and an enormous amount of rime frost in freezer. Found the fridge door wasnt closing all the way due to the shelves in the door hitting the glass shelves in the fridge. Adjusted shelves so door closes now. Took back panel off and steamed all frost off. Steamed all frost off of fan. Steamed of door gaskets. Found the evaporator drain totally frozen solid. Steamed that out so water drains now when freezer goes into defrost. Told tenant 24 hours to get down to temp."
