Customer complains that the washer starts on its own and the drain pump runs. Upon arrival and inspection I ran through service mode and all the load and mode selection tests and saw no issues. I was looking through the data and found that the control board was reporting it was halfway through a cycle. I reset the controller and it stopped reporting it was mid cycle. I could find no issues while I was on site. FDSU word problem reoccurs please order a new control board for our return before you schedule the return visit. Thank you

Water was leaking out the back side of the water inlet where it seals against the tub. I removed the inlet and seal. I cleaned the seal and reinstalled the inlet and made sure the inlet cover was on tight. I tried it again and it did not leak. If it happens again it will need the water inlet, gasket and inlet cover.

Ice building up where water comes into Icemaker and around back of the air handler. Used the kit. Put through test mode. Works great now.

Leaking pretty bad from door boot. Replaced boot and cleaned out line from boot to tub. Washes great with no leaks now.

Replaced motor, tested and no errors and washer is agitating and spinning good.

I replaced the outlet blower housing thermal fuse. I did a air flow test and the air flow is good. The dryer heats up to 145 then cycles off and back on at 115. It is heat good. No more issues found. I gave the customer the part number for a lint screen.

Unit was vibrating and making loud shaking noise. Once disassembled I found the blower wheel and the inside of the dryer was full of lint. Cleaned and the blower wheel and vacuumed up all the lint. Also the idler was stiff so was able to oil and the rollers up and now the unit is running great. No parts needed just labor.

Replaced inverter compressor board, tested and compressor turns on and refrigerator is cooling. Issue was intermittent cooling failure and this should take care of the problem. Refrigerator is cooling and working good as Im here.

Microwave was working and heating water as i got here but proceeded to replaced the interlock kit anyways, tested microwave is heating and working good.
