Customer states there is a fan that is very loud in the refrigerator. Plugged in wireless module. Cycled and tested each fan. Customer says its the deli pan fan. "Giving Express 60 error which is a water pressure/circulation error. Ran through full test mode and possibly got a heavy and express 60 error, which is a heating error. "Customer states that its continuously warm in the fridge. Checked the in the freezer and had nice frost. Temperatures in the fridge were about 60? though. Check to make sure EAP drain trough was lined up and it appeared to be. Check against new drain trough, and it was a different part that would not fit. Replaced sensor. Control in the fridge was behaving kind of weird but I unplugged the machine and re-plugged it in and it seemed to be working at this time. The fan was going and the damper was open and the evaporator is frosted perfectly. Not sure the cause of the issue at this time. ; O-emld tckt"

Customer states it stopped cooling suddenly and the the ice in the ice bin started melting. Opened machine up and pulled off evaporator cover in freezer and it was not frosted at all and dripping water. Appears to be a failed compressor. Will need another SS tech to replace compressor. "Returned to check on the ice maker. Was informed by the customer that unit made a full hopper of ice over the weekend, the unit stopped making ice and then the customer cleaned the unit. After that the unit stopped dropping ice again. When I arrived the unit was off, turned the unit on and the customer showed me the water coming down on the right hand side of the unit. The jets were not on, when the compressor started the jets came on and the water stopped leaking on the right hand side. Waited 40 minutes for the ice to dropping nothing happened. Called the tech support, spoke with Lester, he had me check all the wiring on the timer and the wiring was tight, next checked the cube size control changed around 2 wires that maybe the issue. Lester thinks the Bin level control is not working connected and water valve maybe leaking since water is flowing down the right side when the jets are not on 11-0616-21 bin control.Will wait to see unit now produces ice. It did not produce ice, called back Lester was unavailable, talked with someone else, now I was told to replace the ice cube size control, I asked if it could be the bin control and was informed if it was the bin control the unit would not get cold. ; states that autho needed"

"Customer states its not cooling in the fridge section and has spoiled some of their food. On arrival measured temp side was about 55 to 60?. Opened up the machine and took off the evaporator cover in the Freshwood section. Discovered no frost on the evaporator not even a little bit at this time.saw some rust on the right side tubing. Checked the thermostat on the machine to make sure that they were reading and range and they checked out good. After while was able to get the compressor to kick on and start running but only had one loop of cooling on the evaporator. Told customer that they would need advanced diagnostics and that it would be an additional $300 for diagnostic. Quote them between 1200 and $1500 for total cost to repair at this time. they said they would like to proceed with the advanced diagnostics. Customers complaint is getting warmer temps. On arrival freezer was about 40 to 30?. I noticed the side in front of the cavity of the unit was hot to the touch pulled unit out on protective floor mat removed back cover and found that its extremely hot back there. Found that the condenser fans not running and pushing off a lot of heat from the compressor. Customer doesnt have any really fans that we could put back there for the time being so we unplugged the unit and we will come back on Friday to install new fan.; ordrd 1 WR60X10358 (Condenser fan)

"The complaint is most of the times when they open the doors the lights are not working inside. One time the door alarm was beeping but that happened once. Today it was working fine but I noticed the fresh food lights were dim and the freezer light was out. I replaced the freezer light module and now all the lights are working and are bright. The right door gasket is ripped . I replaced the gasket. The customer showed me that 2 freezer bins and the crisper shelf support is cracked. I said I would note it and we can see if parts are covered. If the light issue continues please send out the main board. I listed the parts below. The left gasket also has a couple rips but not as bad. Customer requested a dryer vent cleaning.Cleaned the vent.

Customer states that it will not run at all and sometimes has an E01 error code pull the cover off the front at the bottom and found water in the base. Dried out the base and checked for any leaks anywhere. Discovered that the water fill port on the side of the dishwasher was really loose so I tightened that back up. Ran the dishwasher for 10 minutes and working great now.

Customer states the unit will not drain. Vacuumed out the tub and filter. Checked and found no debris in the filter housing. Disassembled removed the pump- found the pump was broken in the housing. Customer approved the replacement pump. Installed cycled and tested for leaks.

"Returned with part, installed icemaker. Tested the unit harvested and filled with water."

"Dishwasher not filling with water. Found the waterline capped off. Old copper line. Installed new waterline and it runs great and no leaks.

Customer states it leaves a little puddle in front of machine when they run it overnight. Tools the panel off and inspected for leakes. Discovered it leaking from the sump assm. Quoted customer to replace whole sump assm. Picked up part from Dey and replaced part. Ran the machine and no longer leaks.

"Customer complaint is, NOT WORKING. Theres no model and serial tag, but I found a sticker that has the model number on it on the top. Customer said the top oven broil element was stuck on and wouldnt go off unless they turned the breaker off. Inspected and tested. Found the transformer on the relay board is fried. I pulled board and sent in to be remanufactured. I installed remanufactured board and tested. Oven is working great. Oven is now fixed."

"Customer states the unit does not drain. Vacuumed out the water in the drum. Drained out lower filter, removed and found debris in the filter. Made sure there was not more debris. Cycled and tested the unit, filled and drained 3 times, pump drained as it should."

The customer said it did not leak the first load after the repair. It started later. I pulled the distributor tube out and made sure everything was tight. I put it all back together and ran it. Not leaking now.

Ordered a new kit from day for these gears. Replaced and installed new gears. Test machine and its now running great.

"Dishwasher doesnt progress through cycle. When I tested it, the drain wouldnt run. I found glass in the filter sump area, and then in the drain pump. Cleaned glass, hair and plastic out and now it drains and runs great."

Replaced panel and buttons dongle. Tested and dishwasher is working good.

"Replaced wash motor, tested and dishwasher now starts and no more error. Dishwasher is working good."

"The dryer starts but does not tumble. I found the belt is broken, the front glides are worn down and the lint screen filter is ripped. I went to Dey and got parts. I replaced all 3 parts and vacuumed out the dryer duct housing. The dryer works good now.

The complaint is the dryer does not heat. I stated the dryer on a time dry and it started to heat. I watched the dryer cycle on and off about 20 times. The cone of the flame looks good. The dryer vents out about 5 feet. The air flow outside is good. I tried it on a normal cycle and it still heats good. The most recent fault code was for poor air flow. The customer said he removed a screen from the vent cover when it stopped working. The clothes that were in the dryer sat in the washer for a few days before they threw them in the dryer. They ran a heavy cycle over and over. I advised that if the clothes are basically dry then use a time dry cycle instead of a sense cycle.

Replaced compressor inverter board. Tested and compressor powers on and is running and refrigerator is cooling.

As i got here it appears that there was ice that was dumped maybe 20 cubes. I ran test and ice maker cycled and dumped 8 cubes. I showed customer and he said it hadnt been making ice for 3-4 days. He did say the ice maker arm was hard to push down just before he called us but it flips up and down smoothly as im here. All is working great now.

Customer states its making a rattle noise. Opened it up and discovered that the blower wheel was stripped and rolling around on the shaft. Also recommended that the customer replace the glides at this time. Picked up a blower and glides from Dey. Installed new parts and tested. Sounds good now.

"Icemaker stopped making ice. I found a bad icemaker and water filter assembly. Replaced them, cycled icemaker and it filled with water and cycled great. Also thoroughly cleaned out freezer.

Customer stated the code 65 was intermittent. Checked code and ordered board ; ordrd 1 204659P (Drive control assembly)

"Has a blown thermostat. Vent going outside is good. 23 mph. Part is D510701. Not sure though if Speed Queen would want an entire heater assembly ordered? Tried calling them but it is after hours. "Giving E58 motor error. Will not run. Has a new MCU from last time. I found a broken wire snapped off of the connector to motor. I spliced on 3 new connectors and it still doesnt run. Needs new connector (see photo) cant find part number. Ohmed out windings again on motor. All ohm at 6 ohms which is correct. Tech sheet says to replace MCU and motor as two fixes for this, but in test mode it wont let me do anything. It goes into test mode but wont fill with water, etc. Reached out to RJ and FW. Need further tech support. Whether we should come back with another MCU, or main PCB, or both. Also would want to come back with new connector/plug for motor. ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)"

"Customer complaint is, DW NOT COMPLETING CYCLE; ERROR H2O; BOOST WATER TEMP LIGHT IS BLINKING. RESET BREAKER DID NOT HELP. Customer is regularly using the 1 hour wash. Inspected and tested. Found the pressure sensor is plugged up with scum. This can happen when using the 1 hour wash, because it doesnt get hot enough to wash all the scum out. I cleaned it out and am still getting the error. I hooked up SmartHQ and theres no software update available. Dishwasher needs a new pressure sensor part number WD21X25468. "Customer complaint is, COOKTOP IS OK, C-A2 CODE. Customer said last time they used it, it wouldnt get above 170F. Inspected and tested. The C-A2 error is stored 4 different times. Temperature sensors both ohmed out good. Both ovens started heating and got above 170F when I tested it. I started a self clean because thats what the tech sheet says to do with this error and both fans are running and not giving the error. I can get the error to come up by holding the upper cooling fan blade and the lower air intake fan blade. Its got to be one of these fans failing, but Im not entirely sure which one. The lower one runs more and comes up in diagnostics in my parts help more often for this error. Quoted customer $530. to install new lower air intake fan. Customer approved repairs. "Ran test of ice maker and it did cycle but making loud clicking noise also when it did cycle I can hear the water valve activate but no water comes. Needs new water valve and ice maker. Bosch notes also say there is a ice maker tool to order. Get autho, order parts and reschedule.Schedule 2 hours for repair. New Bosch model and never seen this ice maker before looks like i have to take out the freezer shelf and not sure where that tool goes. The left crisper drawer shelf had picked up and was not in place. I put the shelf back in the right position and then cleaned one of the glass shelves for the customer. No other issues found everything working good.

Replaced bad control board and swapped door hardware so it latches on the right side now. After 5 minutes of it running it heated from 69 to 80 degrees. Last time I ran it for a half hour and it didnt heat at all. Runs great now.

Customer states it takes a half hour to preheat. Put my digital thermometer in there and turn the oven on. It heated to 350? in 11 minutes. This seems like normal operation. Let the machine cycle a few times and confirm that the temperature setting was correct. Customer had temperature setup by about 15?. It was operating exactly where it was set. Everything looks good at this time.

"The complaint is the washer makes a loud screech noise in spin and the clothes dont come out as dry. I hooked up Newfi, there are no active fault codes. I tipped the washer back and found the belt is falling apart. I cleaned the pulleys and replaced the belt. I tested the washer empty and with a load of towels. The washer sounds better and the towels came out much dryer than before.

Dryer had thrown breaker. Reset breaker and took a listen to the dryer and it sounded really loud. Open the machine up and discovered some torn up clothes in the blower wheel. Possible that this is what caused the breaker to blow as the coil couldve overheated and shorted out. But inspected heater and at this time it seems to be working just fine. Ran it for a while and it heated and Ran great. No problems didnt blow breaker again. Everything looks great at this time.

The complaint is the oven is not baking. I verified the oven broils but does not bake. I tested the bake ignitor and found it tested bad. I quoted the customer for the repair. I replaced the bake ignitor and now it tested good.

"Customer complaint is water, not dispensing and broken dispenser. On arrival right away. Notice at the cover itself with the button was missing and broken. Also some interior parts were broken inside so we replaced all limb parts. Customer also had mentioned about humming noise and we found that was just the icemaker filling with water. Everything else is working properly.

"Customer complaint is, IT DOES NOT AGGITATE OR SPIN. HE REPLACED THE CONTROL BOARD LAST MONTH(SHORTED). Customer said the board was fried so he replaced it and it worked for about 10-15 loads and is now doing the same thing. Its draining, but the drum is not turning. I called Asko Techline and talked with Amy and we found a bad motor and the board is fried again. Installed new motor, belt and board. Reprogrammed board for auto door opening and extra rinse per customer. Tested and washer is working great. Washer is now fixed."

"On arrival, I took the top dryer off of the bottom washer using an all dolly. Opened up the machine and removed the old dispenser. Installed the new dispenser and put everything back together. Rest the units. Ran the machine for about 15 minutes and detected. No leaks. Let it fill and drain a couple of times. Everything looks great now."

Customer says has slow leak on left side underneath washer. There was still a puddle when I am here and they hadnt used washer in 5 days. Found that leaking from water line to washer. I tightened hose and no more drips. I ran test on washer and did not see any other leaks from washer.Customer will use as normal and check hose if any leaks on floor continues.Washer is working good.

Replaced front drum seal. Tested and dryer runs quiet and is working good.

"Customer states there is a noise on the inside and its not heating correctly. Disassembled found the belt was starting to shred. Checked and found all rollers and idler pulley rollers free and smooth. Checked for debris in the dryer venting inside found none. Checked the speed at the back of the dryer it was 24 mph outside it was 14. Customer approved the vent cleaner tried cleaning form the outside and got some debris out, the brush stops and binds up halfway. The vent pipe in the wall is in an enclosed area and is not secured and wants to come apart. Customer is going to have a vent cleaner company cleaned the vent out."

"The power light comes on but it does not light up the display. I found one of the 15 amp fuses was bad. I replaced the fuse but its still not working. I do not get 230 volts across the contacts in the board but I get 120 from each side. One of the thermostats is bad but I dont know from the break down which is which. I called tech line and he told me to replace everything even the main board. Please just get a quote for the parts listed below plus the 15 amp fuse I replaced and labor then contact the customer. "Right front burner doesnt spark at all. Told customer it most likely needs a new spark module. I took the cook top apart and swapped the wires at the spark module terminals for the two front burners, and then the left one didnt work but the right did. "Not running. Found the bulkhead full of lint and debris. I cleaned that out, vacuumed out dryer, and installed two new bearing glides. Old glides were worn down. Runs great now.

"Customer complaint is, NOT KEEPING TEMP. Customer said its 20F-30F off on the cool side. I pulled out range and ohmed out the sensor and its good at 1072 ohms. I preheated oven and watched it cycle and its cycling perfectly between 330F and 370F for about 30 minutes. The temperature gauge thats in there is responding slowly, but eventually got to 350F. Thats what they were going off of. I showed customer his gauge and mine after 30 minutes and they were reading 350F. Range is operating and testing perfectly."

Customer states that when she sets oven for 320 which is the lowest it goes she said it never gets up to that temperature.This model doesnt use glow igniter and has a hold down and spark for 5 seconds until oven is lit and thermostat will adjust the always on flame but will just lower or incase flame on bake burner tube. While temperatures 350 and higher has full flame until desired temperature then lowers the flame to low and then will incase flame when cycling temperature. Flame never turns off after the initial ignition.Based on that any temperatures lower than 350 the oven just uses a low flame so it will probably take 40 minutes to reach the 320 temperature.Its similar to a cabin range and can be lit with match for the oven to work if there is no electricity.I explained this to customer. And the expectation of how this oven works.Oven is working as manufacture designed as im here.

Installed part from last diagnosis. Once installed test and now unit is working properly.

Opened up the machine and pulled out the old anti return valve. The weight inside the valve was definitely stuck and not able to move like it should. Replaced it with the new valve and put the filter back in place. Filled and drained a couple times to test it and did not hear the same rattling noise as before. Much better sounds great.

The ice maker does not make ice. I jumped t and h and it would not fill. I jumped l and v and it sparked. I found the contacts on the module bad and the fill valve solenoid is open. It needs the whole kit. I went to Sundberg and got the whole kit then replaced the ice maker and water valve. I cycled the ice maker and now it fills.

"Returned with parts, installed drip pan, removed the cover and installed new fan motor. Working great.

Customers complaint is back of valve is broken where the hot water connects. installed part tested and unit is working properly now.

"Customers complained is getting the F12 error code. Customer said they were out of town for five weeks came back and this was happening. Remove filter and notice some buildup of slime from the soap. Vacuumed out the water, wiped everything down and steamed the inside of the unit and cleaned out pressure sensor reassembled and everything is working properly.

The heating element was broken. I replaced the heating element and verified its not leaking.

"It is stopping in the cycle and not draining on its own. They said its done this twice since I was here. The two times they tried using it. I needed to get an error code, which was only possible by running it on the cycle they had it on. I kept it on that cycle (warm, large, heavy duty) and ran it. It went all the way through the cycle with no issues. Was here with it for an hour. It fills, agitates, drains, fills, rinses, drains and spins great. I asked them to take a video of the flashing lights on the display next time this happens."

"Customer said dishwasher would sometimes get E01 error or that she would have a hard time to start a cycle. According to manual once you power on dishwasher you can change cycles/options but if door is not closed within 5 seconds the display will shut off and options/display will need to be selected again. Once cycle starts you cannot change options but display will still shut off after 5 seconds of door opening and will need to power back on and it will pick up where it left off, otherwise you need to push and hold button 3 seconds to cancel cycle to change options.I showed customer how to work it and check for display otherwise the dishwasher will not respond.Dishwasher drains every time and soap dispenser opens. Tested cycles all functions are working good. Dishwasher is working to manufacture specs and design as im here."

"Replaced bad sump assembly. Runs great now. Did notice a humming sound when detergent module opened. Customer stated that started 2 or 3 months ago. I tried to get it to stop but it doesnt. Eventually it may die. They would like to continue to use as is and if it dies in the future, they will put pods directly into dishwasher."

"Remove broken glass vacuumed up all the glass also lay down protective blanket, so no glass got out on the floor. Installed the new glass and now unit is back to original condition."

Customer had 1E error flashing on display but fridge still cooling and working. I power cycled fridge and error did not come back and refrigerator was cooling and all functions are working. Based on that error the sensor is out of range. Sensor ohm in range when testing.I informed customer that it could of been a power surge but if the error keeps coming back that the sensor would need to be replaced.

"Customer complaint is, NOT CLEANING DISHES PROPERLY. Tenant said its not cleaning well and leaving white spots on dishes. Inspected and tested. This dishwasher is brand new. Dishwasher is clean on the inside and sump is also clean. I ran dishwasher through test mode and there's no stored errors and there's good water pressure and heater came on and was drawing over 7amps. Dishwasher is operating and testing perfectly. Theres nothing different I can do to make this work any better. I did notice the incoming water was cold when it filled in test mode, so I filled dishwasher again and it took 5 times of filling before the water got warm, and then I ran water at the sink for over a minute before it got somewhat hot, but still not great. I advised customer to run the water at the sink until it gets hot before starting dishwasher. This should help with the cleaning. Tenant said their water is not very hot and it takes like 7 minutes for the shower to get hot. I talked to Wil and explained what I found and that its a water temperature issue."

Customer says it starts to flood really fast as soon as any water starts flowing into the machine. Lifted up the machine and checked the bottom. Discovered the drain hose connecting to the tub head come off. Replace the hose and put on new hose clamps to keep it in place securely tested with a fill. Seems to be not leaking and looks great.

The dishwasher will not drain. When the drain pump starts a makes a humming sound but the impeller will not spin. I removed the drain pump and found a rubber seal wrapped around the impeller. The seal is not from the dishwasher. It must be from a sports bottle or something. The dishwasher drain good now.

The dishwasher does not dry the dishes and gives the e09 heating error. I pulled the dishwasher out and tested the heater. The heater in the pump was bad. I quoted the the customer for the heat pump. I replaced the heat pump and then ran the dishwasher. I found not leaks and it working good now.

"Returned, got unit down, disassembled replaced the belt and motor. Checked all drum rollers and bearings making sure they were not damaged or stuck. Reassembled, cycled and tested out, put unit back."

The customer complaint is the fresh food does not cool as well but the bottom half is very cold and there is a loud noise. The noise stops when the door is opened and starts when the food is closed. The fan runs when the door is closed and stops when the door is opened. I removed the evaporator cover and found ice forming around the evaporator fan blade and the fan blade was hitting the ice. Water is dripping down from the ice maker fill tube when it fills the ice maker with water. I put a rubber tube around the ice fill pipe and then a zip tie around that to hold it in place. I advised the customer to give it 24 hours for the temps to recover.

"Returned, customer said the fresh food compartment is freezing up. Removed the shelfs had to steam the back cover to get it off, got it off and found all the wires plugged in, removed all the wires and plugged back in. Unplugged unit and waited a min, plugged back in and the codes went away."

Replaced the water valve and tested seems to be working a lot better now.

"Complaint is sounds like something is rubbing while its running or making noise while its running, he thinks its coming from the top rack. Ran unit multiple times with nothing in it and no noise whatsoever sounded good. Unit is not leveled. Re-leveled unit and re-mounted properly. Had customer fill unit to see if it would make the noise customer had a little bit of noise happening, looked inside and found one of the pots was rubbing the spray arm cause it was sitting through one of the holes Removed and repositioned pan and now unit is operating correctly. It might just be getting loaded unproperly and making a noise because everything mechanically is running properly."

"Customer complaint is, STOPPED WORKING. Error tE1. Inspected and tested. Thermistor, thermostat and fuses all test good. Customer approved repair. Installed thermistor kit and tested. Installed new board and tested. Dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed."

"Replaced user interface board, tested and all functions are working and no phantom beeps as im here. Washer is working good."

"Customer complaint is, ICE MAKER NOT WORKING. Inspected and tested. Found when the water is turned on to the refrigerator, water is constantly flowing into the ice maker. The valve has failed. Installed new water valve and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water and is not leaking into the ice maker anymore. Ice maker is now fixed.

The complaint is the fresh food is warm but the freezer is ok. I found the fresh food temp was over 40 degrees and the freezer is around 0. I verified the fresh food damper does open and the fan does come on and blow air into the fresh food compartment. I checked for faults and there are none. I reset the board.

"Customer complaint is, HEAT NOT WORKING - DOES NOT HEAT UP. Inspected and tested. Found the heating element is burnt out, the belt is shredding and the idler pulley is seizing up. Customer approved repairs. Installed new heating element, idler pulley and belt. Tested and dryer is heating great. Dryer is now fixed.

"The complaint is the dryer does not start and wont tumble or anything. I found the belt was broken. I removed the drum and found the front and rear rollers are not turning. I quoted for the belt and roller kit. I cleaned and oiled the shafts and installed all the new rollers and idler and then replaced the belt. The dryer now runs and heats.

"After oven preheated and attempting to reignite the bake igniter can hear spark but did not ignite. Found that the oven has been dropped at one point as the cavity is bent and the gas valve that inserts into the bake element was bent and barely inserted into bake tube. I bent valve back and is now fully seated. Also bent the igniter so I had to replace that. Replaced igniter, tested and oven is reached temp and is cycling heat on and off normally and keeping at correct temperature.Oven is heating and working good.

"On arrival, I went ahead and installed the pump and motor. Machine was still not working. Discovered that the start call for the motor was not getting power. Inspected the contacts and a timer. It looked like they were burned up pretty bad. Went ahead and got a timer from Sunberg and came back with it.installed the motor and reinstalled the original motor. Installed the new timer. Put everything back together. It is not working correctly and everything looks and sounds great.

Disassembled the door and replaced the frame. Tested the door swing and made sure that it was able to latch and start correctly. Looks good now everything is running great.

Customer states the unit was get a code LE.Ran unit on the diagnostic mode found the spin cycle seemed slow. Ran unit empty on normal cycle. Customer said it now is working fine. Suggested to him the hall switch maybe going out. He approved the repair. Replaced the Hall switch. Cycled and tested. Unit running as it should.

Replaced the drain pump with the new part. Pulled both side panels off the machine and hooked it up while it was still sitting in front of the cabinets. Ran it for about 15 minutes looking for leaks and I didnt see any other additional leaks after the new drain pump had been installed. Everything seems to be running fine. Reinstalled the dishwasher for the customer. Tested it in place and it seemed to good as well.

Returned with parts. Disassembled unit installed new timer and cube size control. Plugged in unit. The unit started up. ; states that autho needed

"When the washer spin its loud and doesnt matter is it has a load or not. Its worse with a load but still makes noise without. I removed the hub and basket and the seal looks fine. The noise is definitely coming from a bearing. The speed rams up and down. The drive control should be order to have image its not working right. I listed all the parts it will need. I advised the customer we will submit this to speed queen then let her know when we do. Allow 3 hours on return. "Customer was getting a F7E1 code.Ran diagnostics confirmed the code code, tested the wires on the main board. Checked the wiring on the shift actuator found no issues, customer approved the replacement of the actuator ; ordrd 1 W11481722 (Shift actuator)"

"A few of the buttons on the label dont respond and the broil element stays on after the preheat. The oven heated up in about 6 minutes and the broil was on after preheat was reached and stayed on in bake until I turned it off. It needs the control panel and main board. I was unable to find them in stock using my parts help. The customer would like someone to look up the parts and if not available please let them know. "Customer complaint is, OVEN TURNS ON BUT DOES NOT HEAT. ALREADY REPLACED TEMPERATURE SENSOR. Inspected and tested. Found the red L2 wire was melted at the connector. Customer okayed me cutting wires and rewiring. I cut out the melted wires and reconnected outside the connector. Tested and still no heat. I found the relay on the board has failed and is not turning power on to the elements. Quoted customer $640. to install new board. Customer approved repairs. Part on order.
