Now the relay board is failing. Found a bad broil relay on the board. Uninstalled the board and repaired it, replacing the bad relay. Put on bake for 15 minutes, heats up and sits at a consistent 350 to 360.Broil, set for 555, I let get up to 350 before turning it off. Works great now.

Replaced water line to filter, tested and water dispenses and is working good. I did find that the lower crisper drawer has no glass covering and is open so any foods in there that are uncovered will have more odor which is by design per MFG. I suggested switch foods crisper drawers, might help? Refrigerator is working good.

Replaced the detergent dispenser from last diagnosis. Couldnt get unit to leak
No water would come out the door. I pulled the fridge out and found the shut off was not down all the way to engage the water. The water comes out good and the customer said the pressure is better now than it was before. The part was not needed.

Customer complaint is, water on the floor by front left foot. Inspected and tested. Ran dishwasher for over 40 minutes and it never leaked. Door seals look good. Dishwasher is operating normal and was not leaking. Customers water softener is not working currently. Could be soap suds because of hard water, but not sure. Recommended customer try using a different brand of soap.

When the door is closed there is a knocking sound. When the door closes it creates a vacuum. I was sucking air through the drain tube. I found partials and water still sitting in the drain tube. I removed the particles and blew through the hose. I tried it several more times and it did not make that same sound.

Not spinning. Walked through test mode with GE. Had a lid lock error, lid lock is failing. Also needs software update. Lots of oil coming from gearcase. Needs new gearcase, and mode shifter and clutch and belt are compromised. Also has service bulletin to make a hole for pressure sensor line. Expensive repair. Called owner, he will pass on repair.
