We replaced the motor control board and now its working good. We found the dryer was not hooked up. We hooked the dryer up and its good.

Helped as a second technician since we had to pull the washer and dryer out and get the dryer down off of the washer to fix it.

Not cooling. Compressor running really loud. Evaporator has zero frost on it. All fans running right now. Sealed system issue.

Not cooling. Upon inspection saw that the compressor immediately started up and was running, but the condenser lines are broken down pretty bad and theres evidence of leakage. Compressor not cooling it down. Has a sealed system issue.

Took apart washer because they are getting a lot of junk and stains on clothes. There was a large amount of black moldy build up on underside of ring, under the agitator, and cap. Cleaned it all out with beach water after soaking it in the tub. Told customer to also run affresh through 4 loads. Runs and agitates great. Dryer not drying clothes well and not advancing on sensor dry. With no clothes I got it to advance on sensor dry, temps between 150 and 180. Needs vent cleaned. Will let office know.

Not making ice. I hooked up Nufi and found the system looked good. I physically inspected the ice maker and found it was unplugged. I restored plug and tested. The ice maker is now working great.

I found the front roller was bad. I replaced the roller assembly and vacuumed up all the lint and dust. I also oiled the rest of the rollers and idler.
