Took door apart to check bearings. They tested and looked great! Replaced handle and fixed issue. Done

Customer stated washer doesnt spin and is noisy. Tried to spin basket by hand and found noisy. Started a wash cycle and found agitation works properly. Started a spin cycle and found basket would not rotate. Removed top and found a marble stuck between basket and tub keeping it from spinning properly. Took basket out and marble fell into drain pump. Removed drain pump and removed marble. Put unit back together and started washer. Unit working properly again. Informed customer over the phone.

Disassembled unit look it over found one of the rollers bad. Its under warranty. Replaced bad roller. Reassembled test unit is working properly

NOT MAKING ENOUGH ICE. Sounds like its making ice, just not dispensing properly. Customer said its crushing the ice when they dispense it. Cubes in bucket look good. I cycled ice maker and it dumped cubes and filled with water. I completely removed ice maker and the fill tube looks good. I tested the auger motor and its working for both crushed and cubed and dispensing perfectly. Everything is testing good for this ice maker. I checked this out as thoroughly as I can and cant find any issues.

Customer stated freezer is dripping with water. Found ice built up in freezer due to plugged drain. Steamed out drain and drain line. Started refrigerator and verified proper operations. Drain is free flowing again.

Replaced right side panel. Unit is now free of damages.

On arrival opened up the machine and discovered that the bearings in the refrigerator fan motor had failed and were causing it to flop around while spinning making a loud noise and not cooling. Replace the evaporator fan motor with provided and tested. Machine seems to be working properly now.

Customer stated that she had woke up in the morning and found water all over floor and all her food in the freezer was thawed. She said she called LG and they had her push some buttons and the following day the refrigerator started cooling again.I ran tests and checked board and no blink errors or other errors. Refrigerator is cooling, ice maker and craft ice maker are full of ice. Refrigerator is working good as im here.Customer will use as normal and call back if problems persist.

CHIPPED DENTED SCRATCHED-DOOR. Installed new right FF door. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Replaced garbage disposal. Tested and it is running and no leaks. Garbage disposal is working good.

Put unit into test mode and verified water flow to dispenser and ice maker. Water problems are all corrected. Found ice maker not rotating 180?. Replaced ice maker and tested operations. Set temps at 0?F and 37?F.

Returned removed the old igniter and installed new igniter, cycled and tested the oven starts and is operating as it should be.

Replaced door gasket due to being ripped and worn down. Tested new door boot for leaks. Everything is tight. No leaks. Unit is good to go

The amp draw to the compressor start windings was measured at .48 ohms. I tapped the filter drier to inspect high side pressure and to recover refrigerant, barely recovered any refrigerant at all, indicating a leak somewhere in the sealed system. I cut out the compressor and filter drier to gain more access to the sealed system . I isolated the discharge and suction lines looking for any possible source of a leak, did not find one. I pushed nitrogen through the remaining lines and did clean out some rust lining material from the discharge line. I prepped and brazed in a replacement filter drier and compressor, pulled a deep vacuum for a dual evaporator system and charged the low side with 4.76 ounces of R134 refrigerant. Inspected the high and low side pressures after the compressor began to run to verify correct operation. I updated the main power control board with the TX jig on my software device. The refrigerator pulled the refrigerant in and pressure on high and low side looked ideal , the appliance began cooling immediately, I told the customer that 24 hours would pass before the temperature in both cabinets was reached.

Not making any noise the last 4 days or so. Customer stated she thinks me tinkering with it on my last visit fixed it. Will holding onto parts for return.

Customer states the refrigerator is not cooling correctly, the unit is freezing up and building a lot of ice called tech support spoke with Bob case number 87697226. Uploaded the pictures of the issues the customer was having. Was informed this is a non repairable.

Replaced console panel (part sent to customer). No more dents. Microwave is heating and working good.

Replaced fan assembly and tested fan. Unit had nice frost pattern and is now blowing cold air up. Good to go

THE MACHINE REGULARLY ROCKS DURING OPERATION. TRIED LEVELING AND THAT DID NOT HELP. Everything worked great in test mode, but when it was spinning it was shaking a little bit more than normal. I advised customer the only thing I could do would be to replace the suspension rods and quoted customer to install them. Customer declined repairs and will use as is for now.

Cooling fan not running. Replaced cooling fan. Fan is running. Oven preheated and is working good.

Fridge has warmed up a few times in ff and freezer. Called tech support and took through test mode. Temps were 37 and zero. Passed all tests. Compressor and fans running. I turned temp down in freezer from 3 to -1. Ff set to 37. Got a case number: its 87698962. We locked the controls. If this happens again customer will take photo of display for us.

Replaced wash motor, tested and dishwasher now runs quiet and is working good.

Replaced bad thermal cut out. Bakes great now on lower oven

On arrival opened up the machine and removed the old diverter assembly. Installed new diverter and reassemble the machine. Tested and everything seems to be working properly at this time.; used 1 00751950 (CIRCULATION MOTOR) from stock

Installed icemaker! Tested and made sure icemaker was in the go position/ harvest mode. Advised it can take up to 24 hours for icemaker to start making ice per tech line

Complaint is no ice production and unit is making a buzzing noise. Found temps on arrival of 36 in ff and 5 in frzr. Removed evaporation cover and found nearly full frost pattern looking good. System pressures of 5psi low and 95psi high. Added .5oz of 134a. Replaced ice maker. Unit is now operating properly.

Customer stated dryer not heating. Found faulty hi limit. Replaced warranty covered hi limit. Cycled dryer again and verified operations. Arrived on site gasket falling out cline t stated she replaced upper rack clip assemblys for d two clips not snapped in and adjusted rack that was running on gasket and pulling it out - all tests good

Replaced freezer door. Refrigerator works and no more dents on freezer door. Refrigerator is working good.

Door gasket it is and working good. Tested no leaks

Installed new top, bearing and front felt with glides. Tested in the dryer seems to be held in place properly now.

Light frost in freezer - Resealed freezer gasket with hair drier to reseal minor curl at top- reseated along while gasket to be safe - all tests good -

Customer stated dispenser and ice maker not working on refrigerator. Plugged smartHQ device in and found faulty RFID board. Cleared code and replaced board. Started unit and verified operations for icemaker and dispenser with filter and with bypass. Refrigerator in good order again.

Washer wont agitate or spin. Found that there inverter board is bad and not sensing motor spinning. Replaced inverter board, tested and washer now agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good.

Thawed ice formation in Im fill tube, replaced water valve and tested, water dispensing ok no leaks

Replaced door links with kit, door open and close fine now, Fill line started leaking when unit was pulled from cabinet, replaced line with Dw6sskit fill line kit and tested unit no leaks. ; used 1 Dw6sskit (DW fill line) from stock

customer states weak cool in upper part of FF section and freezing. At bottom of FF section. customer had unplugged unit and allowed to thaw prior to visit, plugged in this morning and unit is no cooling.Checked all fans and compressor running, full even frost pattern on evap, defrost heater check ok drawing 3 amps in manual defrost mode, no error codes stored.Disassembled FF compartment and found air duct panel popped out of place on lower right side, secured panel. Panel out of place could cause air to leak out before making its way to the top of FF compartment. Instructed customer to monitor performance, and call back if issues persist, and leave unit plugged in.

Customer stated refrigerator leaking water into crisper drawer. Found ff drain froze up. Steamed out drain and verified pipes clear, drain update installed correctly. Adjusted aluminum around drain for better operation.

Upon testing oven on bake set at 350 degrees . It didnt trip the breaker for about 2 mins. Verifying that the unit isnt the problem. Advised customer to call builder and have them replace breaker fuse. Breaker fuse was hot to the touch at the panel. Done

Upon arrival, the machine was currently running an active cycle and appeared to be working properly. Tested the fill drain and wash pump and heater and everything seem to be working properly at this time. Set the machine back onto completed cycle and informed customer my findings.

Installed board and only valve! Tested unit made sure no leaks! Unit now is working great

Customer states the unit is not working as it should. Found there was a code for a locked rotor, found coins stuck between the agitator and drum. I floss the dishwasher or from cabinet and replaced the springs on the left and right sides to improve the resistance of the opening motion.I rebuilt the handle assembly because the existing felt loose and wobbly. The customers are happy with both repairs.

Control panel is scratched. Installed new control panel. Range is now fixed.

Installed new gasket. Once installed heated up to relax the gasket and now it is sealing properly

A series of really odd symptoms, noting that points to a specific fault or error.I plugged the appliance in, the lights turned on and voltage found to the main pcb but fans and compressor were not operating. The SmartHQ device is not compatible with this appliance. When I heard what the customers have been dealing with, I decided to try and replace the main power control board since I had it on hand I did not find any visible signs of damage the main power control board. Once I swap the board out and plug in the appliance everything came back online immediately the compressors started running and the fans started pushing cold air around both cabinets. I also replaced the fresh food door switch just because it sounds like sometimes it was working and sometimes it wasnt. I told the customers to put a bottle of water in their freezer and once a block of ice, they would be safe to load food back into the refrigerator.

Returned with the parts, installed, cycled and tested the compressor is now working as it should.

GREEN STICK NEEDS TO BE REPLACED THAT HOLDS THE KNOB. The oven temperature switch broke off. Installed new temperature potentiometer switch and tested. Range is now fixed.

Intermittent unit shutting on and off, not responding to user interface unplugging, solves problem, but only temporarily replaced user interface and main control board all functions test good on dryer

Returned, installed the new timer, cycled and tested. The unit now heats as it should

Replaced grill assembly and filter. No sharp parts now. Works great. Told customer to start with cloth items they dont mind if they get damaged, just to test.

For having two different issues, the main one is in the below itself. Its not draining. Found that it was full of dog hair. They have a big German shepherd. So cleaned out the drain holes. Once it was cleaned out, dump some water in there then tested And now its working properly. other issue is the door for the drain filter is broken replaced flat and now that is working properly. Also, unit is now back to original working condition.

Complaint is of unit not baking. Found bake igniter had failed. Replaced bake igniter and unit is now heating properly.

Customer states the oven is not heating as it should. This unit has the oven heating all over, it chimes it reaches 350 and the actual temp is 315. It reaches 340 degrees and then takes about 15 minutes to recover to 340. I left the door shut and after about 35 minutes the temperature is around 377 degrees.Called tech support and talked with Jeff case number TCC241101718504Was able to get the average temperature on the oven. Found the oven running 26 degrees to hot. advised tech on adjusting oven control down 25 degrees. At the end LG stated the oven is operating as designed. Informed the customer of the findings and that cook times and rack adjustments need to be made accordingly

Customer stated ice maker not making ice, only a couple cubes per day. Found extended harvest cycles in smart hq history. Put ice maker in test mode. Diagnosed faulty ice maker, gears are 40% stripped. Replaced ice maker and tested, unit in good order.

Customer states the unit is not spinning. Did a diagnostics test and found the code was 3C3. Found the tub was not turning as it should. Disassembled and found there was debris stuck between the inner and outer tub. Removed the debris and the unit is now working as is should. Used no parts. The parts that were shipped will be returned.

On arrival, went ahead and opened up the range and installed the new control board. Tested the bake and the broil and the light and everything seems to be working properly at this time. We installed the machine and its good to go.

Arrived on site drum of dryer in laundry center is resting on blower housing nothing is holding up the drum anymore and the heater and belt and idler is getting damaged in the back called Frigidaire and they recommend - ball and socket bearing kit part # 5303281153 and heater assy part # 131475320 glides part # 137513300 and felt lower # 5303937183 upper glide part # 5303937182.

Uninstalled microwave and replaced light bulb. Works great now.

Replaced bad icemaker. Cycled new one and it cycled perfectly and filled with water. Let customer know to give it 24 hours and throw first batch of ice.

Loud noise when washing - replaced wash motor tests good

Installed both main board and door lock that GE techline recommended and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Customer stated dryer quit. Found faulty door switch causing intermittent dryer operation. Replaced switch and verified dryer operations. ; used 1 WP3406107 (DOOR SWITCH) from stock

Replaced water line to dispenser and water valve assembly. Tested operations. Line no longer drips out and empties line. Refrigerator on good order again.

Install new door springs and cable from last diagnosis. Once it was installed reinstalled dishwasher to back to the same location underneath the cabinet. Once it was installed, tested multiple times doors working properly now.

Replaced evap and heat exchanger, pulled deep evap and recharged unit to 4.3 oz r134a unit cooling on departure, instructed customer to wait 24hrs before loading unit.

Added seal per tech support said should resolve the condensation issue. Dryer is cycling heat normally. Customer will use as normal.

Upon inspection, there was no heat tested on a normal cycle would not cycle on would not heat. Then I put it in the diagnostics retrieved an E41 error code and thats a nothing error code meaning someone opened the door while it was running. Ran unit into diagnostic test number three which test every feature and clears error codes was able to get diagnostics after the error code was cleared. Canceled diagnostics ran in normal cycle and now we have heat..

Installers thermostat inside freezer. Cut and spliced new one in. Put heat shrink wraps on wires that is required. Defrosted and steamed out ice /frost build up behind panel in freezer.; pckd up 1 5303918645 (Thermistor)

Replaced door latch, reinstalled, leveled unit and tested, DW now starting cycle.

Long dry times, unclogged drier vent on outside of house - all drier tests good -

Customer stated ice maker not working. Put unit into test mode. FFIM tray temp sensor @ 11?F, FFIM evap temp sensor @9?F with ice in tray, should be harvesting. Performed a harvest, tested handle shut off, and tested fill again. Inspected control board for loose wiring as per tech bulletin. All connections good. Replaced control board. Verified harvest and fill again. Ice maker working.

Upon arrival open up the machine and discovered that there is some gunk in the defrost drain tube in the back of the fridge section. Blasted it out with a steamer and checked everything looks good.

Replaced belt, idler pulley, rollers and coils. Unit heating well and is much quieter and smoother.

Unit sounds good replaced clutch, gearcase and hub. Grinding noise is gone. Customer still thinks its slightly loud. I explained they are noisy washers and everything is replaced and not grinding anymore. Thoroughly checked thru everything. Unit is good to go ; used 1 W10528947 (Hub kit) from stock

Fresh food section has been room temp. Found a bad freezer evaporator fan. Picked one up and came back and installed. Runs and cooling great now. Verified that the defrost system and other fans work. ; pckd up 1 WR60X10185 (EVAP FAN MOTOR (STANDARD SXS) AC)

Ran dryer, watched temps, no concerning smells, vent is sealed on both ends well. Showed customer how to turn off eco mode. ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)

Tub not moving - replaced destroyed speed sensor and frayed belt - all functions test good -

Replying assembly. Tub came with diffuser and bearing already attached. Tested unit is good

Returned, removed the door, replaced the plate and the soap dispenser, cycled tested and checked for leaks. No leaks detected at this time.

Found that the washer drain pump fin broke off the motor shaft and not spinning to drain water. Customer approved estimate. Replaced drain pump, tested and washer drains and all functions are working. Washer is working good.; used 1 4681EA2001T (DRAIN PUMP) from stock

Replaced wash pump and dump assembly. Started unit in service diagnostics mode to calibrate new wash pump. Dishwasher in good working order.

Customer stated oven not igniting. Found pizza pan in warming drawer grounding out spark ignitor. Secured ignitor electrical connection. Cleaned ignitor and tested operations. Oven working properly. If problems continue, recommend new ignitor.

Customer stated dryer made a loud thump then quit working. Rotated drum and freed up dryer. Dryer operates but has worn wheels, idler pulley and belt, along with being plugged up with debris. Quote to customer approved. Pulled washer and dryer out of cabinet with airsled. Installed dryer repair kit including wheels, idler and belt. Cleaned up dryer and oiled/greased. Slid washer and dryer under cabinet. Started unit and found power failure to dryer. Pulled washer and dryer out again and found worn power outlet to dryer. Tightened screws and adjusted outlet. Dryer working again but recommend new outlet for dryer. ; pckd up 1 DESAMKIT

Replaced faulty ice maker. Started unit and performed a test. Unit harvested and filled properly. Ice maker is back online.

Replaced door lock assembly and door hold open button. Started and verified door latch system operating properly again. Put washer thru test mode and verified operations. Washer in good working order.

I unscrewed the double wall oven from the cabinet to slide it onto my AllCart, moved the oven out far enough to access the main power control board and user interface board. I removed the access panel, unhooked the wire harnesses for both power boards, and transferred them onto the replacement boards. Assembled the appliance and slid it back into place, restored power and tested the bake function. Secured the oven with the screws provided. The repair allowed the top oven to reach and hold temperature. I told the customer about what I found during my repair process, answered questions.

Upon inspection of dishwasher, I retrieved a 43 which is a F4 E3 dealing with a failing circulator pump I went to distributing and coon Rapids picked up pump installed no leaks working great.double checked for leaks tested great cleared error codes.; used 1 W11612326 (MOTOR/PUMP ASSM) from stock

Unit needed both thermistor and board. Installed both parts fixed issue ! Done working great!

Upon inspections back brackets was incorrectly . Uninstalled it and reinstalled panel and screw fixed issue.
