Customer complaint is, E 25 wont drain or start. Inspected and tested. Found a piece of glass in the drain pump. Removed glass and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

I found the bake ignitor was weak. I replaced the bake ignitor and removed the door so the customer can clean it. The oven is heating good now.

The unit was not cooling. I found the compressor not working but I was getting 120 to the inverter. I replaced the inverter board.

Not cooling. Fresh food section is 55?F freezer section is 38?F. I removed evaporator cover and found only 10% of the evaporator was frosted. This refrigerator has a failing sealed system. While I was on site the compressor overheated and kicked off. This refrigerator needs to be serviced by an EPA certified refrigeration company and checked for refrigerant leaks or be replaced in my professional opinion. Fridge is not able to perform as its designed, and could cause sickness or food poisoning if product is consumed that has been kept in the fridge the customer was notified.

Customer complaint is, soap dispenser issue, soap gets stuck or pops out at wrong time and dishes dirty eoc. Inspected and tested. Found the filter was plugged solid. Cleaned out filter and ran dishwasher through service diagnostics. No errors and everything was working perfectly. Soap dispenser worked every time. I think because of the plugged filter there wasnt enough water pressure to clean or wash the soap out of the dispenser. Everything is working great now.

Customer complaint is, lower ice maker not making ice. Inspected and tested. Found the freezer ice maker has failed. Installed new ice maker and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed.
