We plugged the fridge in and the display come on and displays the room temp. The evaporator fan comes on but the snowflake icon would not come on and it does not cool. I finally figured it out and got to start when I selected the coldest temperature. I then moved to 39 where the customer wanted the temp. Its working and cooling

"Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING FF SECTION. Customer said theyve been having issues with doors closing and the mullion spring is broken. She found something behind the freezer drawer keeping it from shutting all the way. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 60F and freezer is -32F. The freezer is full of frost and ice. I hooked up SmartHQ and found an evaporator thermistor error. Refrigerator went into a defrost cycle while I was working on it and the heater was glowing. Customer approved repairs. Customer had defrosted refrigerator and it was unplugged when I got here. I disassembled evaporator cover and tested all thermistors and everything tested good. I put refrigerator into test mode and all thermistors passed. Looks like the return ducts were frozen shut, not allowing cold air to flow to the FF compartment. I installed new FF mullion and tested. Refrigerator is cooling and air is now flowing to the FF compartment. Refrigerator is now fixed."

Customers complaint unit giving E24 code. Customer said happens in middle of the cycle. Can clear it and start it again and the code will pop up. Put unit in test mode only code showing is the E24. Went through test mode and unit is draining good. Can hear the pressure from the drain. Motor sounds great. Not giving a sign of any drain issue. Unit went all they way through test mode no errors. Removed the drain hose and found the disposal plug wasnt removed all the way and was clogging drain. Cleaned out the pump and hose. Now unit is repaired and operating correctly.

"Customer complaint is, NOT MAKING ICE. Customer said they power cycled it last night and it started making ice. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 40F and freezer is -2F. Theres 3 or 4 trays in the bucket and the ice maker is full of ice. I hit the test button and ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is testing good.

"Unit dead , removed front cover, found the main fuse blown. Replaced the fuse. Cycled and test the fan. The fan is operating correctly."

"They have been getting condensation on top shelf and have heard funny sounds, not sure where though. I plugged in Newfie and saw that it needed a 4 step firmware update. Things updated are included in photos attached. A couple things could cause the errors I found which included improper defrost and ff fan error. Then I put in service mode and ran ff evaporator heater. Temps went from 30 at the evaporator to 36 pretty quickly. Tested fans and all fans work. Temps are good. Zero in freezer and 37 in ff."

Found that idler pulley is worn and making squeaking sound. Also cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. The lint and liner wheel could be the cause of intermittent dryer issues as well. Dryer is running quiet and cycling heat normally. Dryer is working good.

Customer complaint not cooling two other companies said sealed system issue. Took temps fridge at 37 and freezer negative two. All good on temps compressor amp draw is at 1.77. Inverter light is solid. No errors for that. Everything is operating correctly. They did have unit on energy saver. Which will lead to random warmer temps. Turned that feature off. Nothing is wrong at this time. Ice makers working also.

Rumbling when it runs. Found a bunch of lint in blower wheel. Cleaned lint out and lint out of dryer. Runs nice and quiet now.

"Customer complaint is, IT STOPPED IN MID CYCLE, LITTLE WATER IN THE BOTTOM. Inspected and tested. Found the drain pump was just humming, then it started chattering and then drained the water out. I ran washer through test mode and everything else worked perfectly. I removed the drain pump and found the impeller is loose and wore out. Customer approved repairs. Installed new drain pump and tested. Washer is draining great. Washer is now fixed."

"Customer complaint was the unit not filling with water. Cycle and tested several times found one time the unit would not fill adjusted the float, removed and cleaned float switch and leaver. Cycled and tested again and it is not operating as it should"

"Customer complaint was the dryer was making noise. Removed covers and found the rear roller was worn out. Cleaned out lint, replaced rear rollers and idler pulley. Cycled and tested the noise has gone away.

"Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 55F and freezer is 23F. The back wall of the freezer is covered in frost and the floor has a layer of ice. I defrosted freezer and removed the evaporator cover and there heavy frost and ice around the evaporator and the air duct between the FF compartment. The defrost drain is plugged and frozen over. I turned on the evaporator heater and it got hot while I was defrosting the evaporator. I defrosted drain and pulled refrigerator out and found it was plugged at the duct bill. Cleaned out and reassembled. Refrigerator is now fixed. I advised customer to leave refrigerator unplugged for 24 hours to let the return vents completely defrost."

"The refrigerator is intermittent, and I didn't find anything out of the ordinary. The customer believes they may have closed the door too hard, and somehow, the door stays open, causing the unit to warm up."

"Bake will not ignite every time. This is spark igniter and is corroded and not spark. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igniter, tested and oven now ignites every time. Oven preheats and maintains heat. Oven is heating and working good.

Found that the left side door was high and hit making connection with the freezer door read switch. I adjusted door and replaced read switches. Now refrigerator recognizes that all doors are shut and no longer making door alarm noises. Refrigerator is working good.

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING. Inspected and tested. Washer had standing water in it when I got here. I removed the drain pump from the motor and it turns freely. I removed the motor and inspected the coupler and it was good and the transmission turns freely by hand. I put everything back together and customer opened up the coin box and we started a drain cycle and it drained the water out. Started a cycle and it filled, agitated, drained and spun. I did this twice and it drained both times. Washer is testing good."

Installed new drain hose and tested no leaks works perfectly.

"We replaced the valve, filter heat and the filter. Water is still leaking from the 1/4 line going into the filter head. We replaced the 1/4 line. Now its not leaking.

Last visit we replaced the ice maker and added pics of the basement ceiling. Today we replaced the shorted water valve and tested the ice maker and the water dispenser. They both are working and no leaks.

"Has been leaking from right corner in front. Dripping. First thing I noticed is that the front legs were all the way up, so the dishwasher was leaning way forward. I extended the legs so the dishwasher is totally level now. The dishwasher started leaking a year ago after someone installed a new drain line. Never leaked before that. Also found a ton of detergent suds. Told them that this will also cause leaking.

Customer complaint was the unit was not drying or washing. Cycled and tested found the wash pump not running. Ran diagnostics found a code for the wash pump not working. Installed new wash pump. Tested heater found heater working correctly. Heater was not working because wash pump was not working. Cycled and tested after the pump was installed. Unit working as it should

Broil stopped working. Found a bad broil igniter. Replaced igniter and also swapped oven knobs back to where they should be. Ignites great now.

I ran it on a heavy wash and a normal wash. After letting it fill with water, and agitating, i switched it to spin and it spins and drains great. Tried it for an hour. Cant get it to fail. Told owner I cant get it to fail.

Steamed frost out of freezer and replaced bad back panel which includes both fans. Steamed off ice below veggie tray too. Steamed off vents. Told customer 24 hours now.

"During the visit, the customer complained that the machine was loud and behaving strangely, not stopping, and going out of timing. The previous technician replaced the main control board, which made the situation worse. To resolve the issues, I replaced the User Interface (U/I) board and set up the unit as new. "Customer said that dishwasher ran about 4-5 loads and then it started getting e:02 error and would trip the breaker. Customer had breaker off 6 days and turned it back on today and then dishwasher finished load. As im here I ran test and showed stored error of e:02 and e:07E02 is heater error but when I test the heater on pump it is good and when I run test cycle heater turns on.I called Bosch and they say to replace the zeolite (salt) assembly and control board.Thats a huge job and expensive parts. Also getting e:07 error stored error which is same issue as last time so im not sure if part i installed is a bad part as well?And while im here testing dishwasher is working.Im afraid that this will be a rabbit hole and very labor intensive for intermittent problems. How do we want to handle this? Looks like I have to split the bottom tub from the top to get the zeolite heater assembly out. "I cleaned up the main filter as the machine was not washing at all. I also noticed the water valve staying open, causing a slow fill in the wash housing. After cleaning the valve multiple times to remove contamination, I put everything back together, and it is now running with no issues. However, the customer insists that the 4C alarm will come back. Replaced bad evaporator fan and told customer 24 hours to totally get down to temp. Also steamed off and cleaned out frost.

"Washer leaked water after grandkids and kids used it for 5 loads. I ran washer, let it fill, run, drain, and did it again. Zero leaks. Checked drain hose and water lines. No leaks. Checked filter and drain hose connected to filter, no leaks. No leaks from internal hoses or detergent. Sounds like door got left open after each wash and a little puddle formed.

"Customer complaint is, SAMSUNG STOVE COMES BACK WITH AN 08-ERROR. Inspected and tested. Found the bake ignitor has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new bake ignitor and found the burner tube is cracking by the ignitor from the holes. Customer did not want to spend any more money replacing the burner tube and is just going to use as is for now. Tested oven and its heating great. Oven is now fixed.

"Complaint is that it doesnt get up to temp during thanksgiving. I checked the bake and broil elements, and both ohm good. Tested it then on bake and it got up to 350 within 5 minutes. Thermostat ohms perfectly. Showed customer how to run convection. Cook top also works perfectly."

"Not heating. Found a bad heat element. Replaced element, vacuumed out dryer and cleaned bulkhead and bottom of vent. Runs and heats great now.

"During my visit, the machine would not move at all during any cycles. I found out that the customer washed a yellow sponge pillow. I removed the covers and started to vacuum all the water lines and the drain pump because it was full of material. After I tested all cycles machine work perfectly no issues ."

"Customer complaint is, NOISY AND NOW DOES NOT TUMBLE. Customer said it would run for about 15 minutes and then shut down and they would have to wait a while before restarting. Inspected and tested. Found the drum is hard to turn by hand and is scraping and screeching from the front bearing. Disassembled dryer and found the front bearing and glides are falling apart and the drum is cutting into the bearing. Customer had a new bearing assembly that they bought, so I installed it and vacuumed out bulkhead and reassembled. Tested and dryer sounds great and ran for 20 minutes perfectly. Dryer is now fixed. I advised customer that we dont warranty parts that we didnt supply."

The complaint is the dryer makes a noise. We started the dryer and it make a squeak. We took the dryer apart and it was pretty clean. No issues with the front glides or the belt. There was stuff in the blower and blower housing. We cleaned it all out and tried it again. Now the dryer sounds better.

Customers complaint arcing again. Found the wave guide all burnt. The mag itself looks fine. Tested with out guide works fine. Replace guide and tested its working properly.

Replaced water valve assembly. Tested and water now fills and washer advances. Washer is working good.

"I tested the oven and found out the igniter was bad, registering zero 0.00 amps. To address this issue, I replaced it with a new igniter. After the unit was installed, the main oven works properly and heats up super fast."

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING. Customer said it was tripping the float sensor underneath and he saw it leak from the door shortly after starting. Inspected and tested. The dishwasher is leaning to left a lot. I leveled dishwasher and tested. Dishwasher is not leaking while testing."

Today we replaced the drain heater and pulled a vacuum. We recharged the system and waited for it to cool. After 29 minutes its cooling great. Advised the customer to let cool 24 hours.

Found the big side Schrader valve had a slow leak. Put gauges on and found it low on refrigerant. Changed the high side schrader valve, Pulled vacuum, filled with the correct amount of refrigerant. Gauges are showing the correct pressures."

"Customer is finding lint on the dryer, but they said that its not as bad if they set things on top of the lint filter. I checked the vent, only one small crack on vent. Used vent tape on that. Also found minor gaps on tile around vent exit. Used special 3m weather stripping glue to seal those, and vent tape above window. Cleaned a ton of lint out of dryer and replaced bad belt. Cleaned and oiled rollers. Great air flow coming outside. Cleaned off little flaps outside though so not as weighed down. Runs great and heats great. Cleaned out bulkhead with rotary brush too.

"Tenant complaint leaving black marks on clothing. They dont know if its from washer or dryer. First thing I did was hook up smart HQ to check for errors and service bulletins theres a service bulletin for this issue leaving black marks on clothing. Left voicemail for homeowner went over quote answering machine kept on cutting me out so voicemail mightve came out choppy. ;"

"Customer complaint is, BUTTONS NOT RESPONDING. Inspected and tested. Found washer turns on and the buttons are responding, just the dial for choosing cycles is not responding. The dial is loose and pushed in. I removed the control panel and found the tabs that hold the dial board are broken. I held it in place and the dial still doesnt respond. I was able to put it into test mode and run it through because you dont need the dial and everything worked perfectly. Washer is going to need a whole new control panel. I cant find it as one assembly, but we need everything that comes with the control panel including boards. The part numbers I can find for the control panel if we need to order them all separately are AGL30019516, EBR85194757 and AEZ73913415. This washer was new in August and was broken from the beginning and never worked and customer is really frustrated because were the third company thats been out and its still not fixed. Door just falls and can see a string. Found both springs busted at the plastic clip to hold to base. Bosch has replacement kits. That come with spring clips and strings. Will need them parts to fix door issue. I will also remount for customer. He unmounted to see he wanted to repair. Quoted blue book. Found that this is a gas range but the customer has disconnected the gas because they didnt want to use the gas cooktop. But customer assumed that since he saw it glowing underneath the bake pan that it was a electric oven. I showed customer that it is a gas oven as well and the glow is just the igniter to turn on the gas for heat.There is a broil element but its only hook up to 120v outlet and will act more of a warming element than a cooking one.Since there is no gas hooked up to range i couldnt test the heat. I informed customer that gas line will need to be hooked up for oven to heat up and cook food. Customer said he will do it.Office: will need to submit and collect payment.; saved tckt

"Replace motor but bolt that attaches arms was broken when I started to remove it. Tried for an hour to drill out broken end of bolt but no luck. Needs new arm and bolt. Part numbers W10421280 and W10422764. Possible issue though is that I cant access top of arm we need to replace, and there is a gas line and hardwired receptical on front of unit, so I cant uninstall it. Not sure if I can actually do repair when I return. Installed motor and one microswitch today. Scheduled them for next Tuesday but need to know if we can get these parts, if AHS approves, and how to actually remove arm when there is a power box attached to front of vent, and gas valve for cook top. ; schdld next appmnt for 12/5 TUE !"

"Freezer Evaporator wall is full of frost. I ran forced defrost and heater does come on. I called tech support and its a know issue to where the defrost thermistor needs to be moved. There is a lot of frost and will need to replace defrost thermistor and move it. Customer approved estimate. I also informed customer that the refrigerator will need to be turned off and defrosted so i can pull off evaporator cover to get to the sensor.Office: please find part and give customer estimate and ETA. All damage is in the front of the dishwasher the rear looks good and no signs of damage. Verified complaint unit didnt drain but didnt leak. Soaked up and sucked out water. Looks like its leaking out the float and dripping. If it wasnt draining properly could have over filled and damaged. Last visit installed a cap for the rinse aid and top rack. Never pulled unit out or touch anything that would leak. Customer was watching while I repaired. Also ran unit with customer present. We had to get the suds out so we tested multiple times. Replaced ice maker and water valve. Tested and informed customer that it could take up to 24 hours to make ice. Refrigerator doors are even and is working good.

Water drips pretty bad from water dispenser every time you dispense water. No reverse osmosis. Filter change doesnt change anything. Checked water line where it dispenses and saw calcium build up. Cleaned that up with a pick. Took dispenser housing apart and saw waterline was tilted in a way that caused water to spray forward and then build up around it and drip. Adjusted it so it sprays straight down now. No drips now. Customer tried it out. Much better.

Replaced bad board. Bakes great now.

"Found that igniter is weak and not turning on gas to heat oven. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igniter, tested and oven is heating and working good.

Customer complaint was the drawer was not shutting correctly. Was able to put drawer back on track correctly and the drawer now shuts as it should.

Ran test and appears that the filter was not locked. I showed customer to do half turn to lock it in place. Cleaned out arms. Tested and dishwasher is running quiet and all functions are working good. Customer will call back if problem persists.

Replaced bad dispenser and hinge cables. Fixed plastic on back where it broke.

Customer said they got the washer over the summer.Tub is not balanced. Customer said that she was washing comforter and went out of balance. I found that the wash ring was lodged underneath back lip of chassis. I dislodged tub and now is even. I explained to use correct cycle for the load that is being washed and to wash multiple items so that washer can more easily balance. Also since its still under manufacture warranty customer will contact them first.

Replaced bad latch. Works great now.

"The customer said it stopped cooling. I verified its warm in both section. Checked the pressures and the found the one side was low. Removed the lower drawers and checked the evaporator for leaks used the light and glasses, found no leaks. Found the high schrader valve stem leaking. Added nitrogen, found no leaks, pulled vacuum added refrigerant. Put covers and drawers back. Tested and made sure the fan were running."

Today we removed the dishwasher and replaced the sump assembly. We reinstalled the dishwasher and hooked it all back up. We ran the dishwasher and found no issues.

Replaced bad latch. Works great now.

Replaced bad door boot. Works great now.

"Customer complaint is, PUMP ASSEMBLY IS CRACKED. Inspected and tested. Found someone had just put a hose clamp on the circulation pump and it was falling off and dumping water out the bottom onto the floor. I installed a new ear pinch clamp and reassembled. Tested and no more leaks. Dishwasher is now fixed."

Customer complaint not heating. On arrival customer started a test cycle through service mode. It finished right when I arrived. The heater was running and operating. We started cycle on its own to test if its only working in test mode or not. Not waiting the whole 3 hours to finish cycle. Was heating properly for high temp wash. I think unit just needed to be reset. Customer will run a few cycles and let us know.

Installed new mag from last diagnosis. Once installed tested. Now its heating properly. Reassembled and reinstalled microwave. Tested again its heating properly. There is some rattle noise removed and inspect. The casing it self is doing it. Everything is the tight as possible. Nothing I can do for that little rattle noise. Unit is heating properly and operating correctly.

"Dishwasher making a sound on 60 minute cycle. I ran it and when it started making the sound the customer said thats the sound. Its just the sound of water hitting the door, from the top sprayer. Customer understands now. Nothing is wrong."

Replaced bad ui board and display cover. Works great now.

Found that gas coils are bad. Customer approved estimate. Replaced coils and cleaned out lint. Tested and dryer is tumbling and heating. Dryer is working good.

"Customers complaint loud humming/vibrating noise started in freezer Thursday. Used the setting to turn off ice maker. Did not help. Unplugged for 5 minutes. When plugged back in, noise had stopped. Friday, the door read Sy Ef and neither fridge or freezer is working. On arrival the fridge is warm. The freezer is more like a fridge. Unit giving the error code for a bad evaporator fan. "Customer complaint, the dish washer is leaking. Checked unit out found the grommets or gaskets around the heater element are causing the leak. Needs pt# W11537778Also may need the wash pump assembly from water leaking down on to the motor. Pump and motor assembly W11460945. Pleas get approval and order both parts. The customer showed us that the seal on the bottom of the door is also pulling off. I added pictures. Please also order the bottom door seal. Door seal W11664713. "Evaporator cover still frozen. I tried to use steamer to pull it off and styrofoam is breaking and cracking. Will need to reschedule and refrigerator will need to be defrosted and thawed completely. Or order evaporator cover and charge extra DA97-07190FIf i try to pull it off anymore all the styrofoam will be broke and then will need to be replaced.Do we order evaporator cover DA97-07190F? I dont want to keep coming back over and over. Customer said that he defrosted it for several days but then plugged it back in he said recently. "Customer complaint is, LOUD SCREETCHING SOUND AS THE DRUM TURNS. Inspected and tested. Found the front right roller was seized up. Installed 2 new front rollers and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

Refrigerator making loud vibrating noise when calling for water. I asked if water filter was changed recently and they had done that. I took out filter and installed new filter that had and no longer making noise when calling for water. I showed customer and it was bad filter. I informed csutomer for that noise to check filter first to make sure it's in tight and in some case a new filter could be bad.Refrigerator is working and is quiet when calling for water. Refrigerator is working good.
