Unit wouldnt dispense water. Customer already had fridge pulled out. Checked water from valve and water was flowing good. Also check under the front door water was good and then we knew water line was frozen in door. They had a heater kit installed two years ago. Still was working good tried to steam line and couldnt get it to clear. Customer has another fridge and is going to unplug this one and let it defrost

Rear left burner not igniting. Found a lot of rust built up. Cleaned the rust off with a pick and wire brush. Ignites great now. Front left burner sometimes doesnt ignite. I cleaned that too.

On return a few days later, he cut out a piece of the old auger motor that was needed for motor removal. He installed the new motor and then ordered a necessary part for us to be able to install it on the new motor the next day. With that in place, the ice auger is functioning well so far.”

Customer complaint is, won't spin out fully, clothes are wet eoc. Inspected and tested. Ran washer through a spin only cycle empty and it keeps stopping and filling with water to rebalance the load even though its not shaking or getting off balance. The suspension rods look good. Im ordering a new board and rotor. Installed new board and rotor and washer is doing the exact same thing. I tried a new hall sensor and still the same results. I removed the rotor and hall sensor. These LG top loads have had lots of issues with getting out of balance and the board and rotor usually fixes it if the suspension rods are good. Im going to try the stator. Installed new stator and tested. Washer is still doing the exact same thing. I put the new rotor back in and its still doing the exact same thing. Were over our limit for spending on this washer, so customer is going to need to replace the washer.

Giving an open thermistor error. Found a broken wire going to thermistor. Wire broken off in the connector so I couldnt reconnect connector, but I spliced on new wires and runs great now.

Worked fine and drained every time i was here. Ran full diagnostics and no errors and drained. Finally after 6th time trying to drain the drain pump did not run and just hummed and did not drain. Bad drain pump. .I am applying previous payment to the total.

Customer complaint is, frz icemaker is making ice block in ice bin. Temperatures were at 0F In freezer. Inspected and found the ice bin is a solid block of ice. Removed ice maker and found one of the ice makers is completely full and is overflowing into the ice bin. I think the ice maker is not cycling properly. Needs a new ice maker assembly. Also customer wanted a new water filter. Installed new ice maker, filter and tested. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, NOT HEATING. Inspected and tested. Everything that I can test without removing it is good. Its either the board, transformer or magnetron.

“Matt came out to look at our microwave oven which was no longer cooking food. He was very thorough. He tested and verified each potential failed component in the order of most likely to least likely to be the culprit. He allowed us to hover over him, addressed our questions, and discussed each action he took. When he finally got to the potential problem that would be the more costly and require a second set of hands, he gave us cost estimates for each option. In the end, any repair would cost the same as a new microwave and he concurred. He ensured that he left his workspace in the condition in which he found it and we parted amicably. I would call Omega Force for any appliance repair in the future and would gladly welcome Matt back. I'm happy we found them.”
