Notes from real Omega Force service calls: the appliance, the problem we found and how we fixed it.

Found that the it is leaking from fill hose that goes into tub. The hose had kinked and then had too much water pressure causing it to spray out of the fill tube. I aligned tube and secured it so that it doesnt fall out and kink again. Tested and dishwasher is running and no leaks. Dishwasher is working well.

Unit is slowly getting warmer and warmer. I found that all the fans are working properly. Theyre getting a partial frost pattern and frost buildup in the fresh food evaporator. Theres a service bulletin for these fresh food evaporator is leaking. Would need parts listed below. Theyre going to see if they can get some coverage from LG. If they get the coverage from LG and want us to do the repair these are the parts we need.Need TCA38151706-compressor, evaporator ADL73341411, filter dryer ADH73150210

Not making ice. Went to test mode and its not dispensing water into ice tray. Found that its frozen up steamed out the ice blockage. Then did the service Bolton for this issue the heater that goes around the field tube falls down so you have to re-enforce it with some Insulated tape. After the repair tested now units working properly. It can take 48 hours to start producing ice.

Took unit completely apart took blower wheel housing plate off removed screw in blower wheel reassembled everything verifying it sounds good after startup and wallet runs use customers elbows in venting tape fixed venting in wall to dryer. No exhaust leaks at all done working great.

Arrival customer says that they had to ice forming on the bottom of the freezer and water dripping onto the floor. Discovery customer had a block defrost train. Clear the drain with a steamer and tested. Machine seems to be working properly
