I tried all the burners and they were working fine. I removed the top and inspected the switches. Today everything looked fine. If the issue comes back I recommend to replace the switch assembly and the spark module.

So that would cause this issue. I ran the dryer for about 45 minutes on a time dry and then for about 10 minutes on a regular cycle. The dryer was maintaining temps well. The high was around 170 and the low was 110. I cleaned out the lint duct and cleaned the sensor bars. No other issues found.

"Customer complaint was water dispenser slow from the door, it does not make ice and water was leaking from the back from the icemaker fill tube. I disconnected the water supply and verified the pressure is good. The pressure coming out the filter head is very slow. The filter is brand new and the customer tried a bypass but its still slow. With the customer permission, I bypassed the filter assembly. The water pressure is much better now. it took a while but the ice maker finally filled with water . I found no water leaking from the back. If they call back it will need a ice maker. WR30X10093. I quoted blue book. I will subtract 80.90 from ice maker price if they end up needing a ice maker."

"This was a new issue not related to the part I replaced. The customer said it worked after I replaced the part then went on vacation. When they came back and tried it, it would not finish the spin cycle. All the water drained out it just would not spin. I put into a test mode and it does spin. The drain pump is also working good. The active fault said it was not draining all the water out. I removed the board and the pressure hose from the board. I blew hard into the pressure hose. I found the hose was blocked. I cleared the pressure hose and hooked it back up. I tried the spin again and now its working good. I did not charge the customer today. If it continues it will need a new hose. The customer complaint is water is pooling down at the bottom under crispers. I looked over the work that was done. The foam on the evap cover is saturated. The drain is frozen over again. I advised the customer the cover should be replaced. Today I replaced the fresh food evaporator cover. I put into defrost and verified the heater comes on. The defrost drain was not plugged. I pubescent the defrost sensor closer to the evaporator. There were a few cracks in the plastic liner. I put some silicone glue over the cracks. I cleaned up all the water in the bottom. I raised the front feet just a little so the door can close tight. That will also help the water drain faster. I made sure energy saver is off. Temps are set to 0 and 38. I replaced the water filter for the customer and reset the reminder.

The customers concern was the fridge is freezing items up on the top shelf by the air valve. Upon arrival in inspection I found the air valve was working properly so I put it into a forest defrost and cleared evaporator of moisture. I watch the evaporator with the door open for 20 minutes and completed a sealed system test. Evaporator only frosted up 1/4 of the evaporator the rest was bare metal. This refrigerator has a failing sales system and its running long amount of time to keep up with the temperature demands. I notified the customer and they will make plans accordingly.
