Today I replaced the compressor and the filter drier. I updated the board. I leaked checked the system and then purged it with nitrogen. I pulled a vacuum for 15 minutes. I recharged with 134a. No other issues found. I advised the customer to let cool for 6 hours before filling it up and give 24 hours for temps to back to normal.

Replaced soap dispenser. Tested and it now opens and rinse aid activates. Dishwasher is working good.

The customer said the oven is baking too hot and she thought it was because the convection fan was on. Advise the customer on a gas LG range. The convection fan is always running. I took temperatures and found the oven was cooking about 35 to 40? too hot. We went into settings and under temp adjustment. The temperature has been raised up 35?. I set the temperature back down to zero and advise customer.

"Heat cutting out after a few minutes. Found bad gas coils. Replaced coils, heats great and maintains heat well now.

"Replaced bad transmission, clutch and coupler. Cleaned up motor and balance ring. Doesnt wobble anymore. Runs great.

Customer stated the control was locked. Pushed the 2 buttons and unlocked the controls

"Customer was getting error 2 code Removed covers and tested the igniter, the igniter would run and not light the oven burner, put the amp meter on and was not getting even 2 amps. removed and replaced the igniter. After new one was installed cycled and tested the new igniter worked. Put all the covers back on cycled and tested. Oven starts right up now"

"Customer complaint is that it isnt washing well. I plugged in newfi. It runs all components great. The heater, circ pump, drain pump, detergent dispenser, etc. tested water. Its the hardest it can be. 25 on a scale of 1-25. Explained how this will make it tough for it to get dishes clean. Also, did a firmware update.

The defrost drain was plugged up so water was backing in the bottom of the freezer and leaking out. I removed the door and bins then the rear cover. I defrosted the drain and removed the ice. Now water can drain into the drip pan.

"Customer complaint water dispenser works sometimes sometimes it doesnt. He had this fridge for a while was in the garage and now he brought it back inside. He had it out there because he just didnt want to get damage. Its a nice fridge. Once he hooked up the waterline after a little bit, it ended up stopped working. He unplugged the fridge, plugged it back in after it defrosted for a day or two and would start working and then stop working again. He would hear the valve run But would never add any water. Verified complaint on arrival everything is working properly. I have a little bit lower water pressure but nothing improper. Customer said icemaker has been working properly the whole time verify that that is working properly check the freezer icemaker, and noticed it was broken in pieces on the bottom and wires has been cut. That right there can cause the temps from reading forms and info for Samsung sounds like this icemaker. If it fails or breaks, it can make the fridge try to cool the freezer more to try to cool the temp sensor on icemaker. When I took temps in the fridge after having the door open multiple times it came down to 35? he has it set at the highest setting Freezer was at 0?. He has it set at 8?. This is after multiple times of opening and closing the door and Im sure it was way colder on arrival. Theres only a few things that can cause this issue either bad temp sensors or the icemaker. The forum suggested, just turning icemaker off, then seeing if it acts up. Icemaker repair is expensive repair and customer would like to try to make sure it is the icemaker and not temp sensor. "The customer said the washer cannot spin and finish the load and it gives the UR error. I ran the washer empty on a spin and all was good it had no issues. I put in a small load of towels. I started a wash cycle then ran a spin. The washer basket sits low and the whole thing shakes. "OE error. Found a few things here. One is that the filter has a big hole in it, allowing junk through. Needs new sump filter. DD81-01635A. Drain pump is grinding. Would for sure recommend replacing drain pump. DD81-01527A. The dishwasher is filling too high with water, causing overflow and an OE error. Needs new casebreak assembly with sensor. DD82-01111A. Lastly seal across bottom is torn (see photo). This is also allowing a lot of water to leak out the bottom. Can you please find that part number and when you find it, submit for authorization for this repair? Seal around dump is also suspect. Please put that into pending as well. "During the visit, the machine was leaking heavily underneath. I also noticed an FI EI error, which is related to the U/I. Additionally, the motor bearings were shot. The heating element heats up, but it is not strong enough due to the heavy calcium buildup, which is covering a layer on the heating element. Customer complaint still making noise in the back of the unit at random times random vibration or humming noise. Only thing it can possibly be at this point is something with the sealed system or some kind of vibration within it. Did find the three-way valve make an extra noise. "Tenants complaint randomly will have gas smell in unit will stop igniting and gas will be open. On arrival igniter was igniting it right away. Cant see an issue with that at this time. These were no one for the harness, breaking down and igniting to the side. The wiring is getting weathered but I cant see anything 100% showing it failed. Customer says that the water dispenser didnt shut off even when she opened the door water kept coming out until she shut off the water to the refrigerator. Tested and it is working as im here but based on the symptoms the refrigerator water valve didnt close because opening the door would of cut power to it.Also i did see that the water going o the refrigerator is on a reverse osmosis system.I explained that if there is not enough pressure it could cause this same issue but she said its been over a year and worked fine and wanted to proceed with replacing the water filter housing assembly which has the water valve.Ordering part and rescheduling.; ordrd 1 DA82-02911A (Water filter housing assmebly)

"Customer complaint is, STOPS IN MID CYCLE, OPEN/SHUT THE DOOR NOW 4 DISPLAY OF CIRCLES WILL NOT STOP. Inspected and tested. Found the main board has failed. Needs a new board. Part on order. The customer said the washer is making a strange noise. The customer played a video of the noise for me. There is a service bulletin for the main board making some noise. Per that bulletin I replaced the main board.

"Leaking from front. Water has been running down the outside front from bottom of door. I took a paper towel and wiped off a ton of lint and hair from under the glass. Appears water has been wicking down and running down front. Ran it on first have of quick wash and then added water via a refresh wash, and then a spin, and no water leaked. Bellow is in good shape with no tears or malformation. Everything good now."

"During the visit, I did not notice anything out of the ordinary. The customer complained about a heavy, loud noise coming from the unit, but I was on-site, and it did not happen at all. I did, however, notice a dent by the freezer door. The customer mentioned kicking the door with his foot, causing it to open and close okay, but it feels a bit rough. I also unplugged the unit and reconnected it, and at the start of the compressor, I heard a low sound for 3 seconds, accompanied by jerking and clicking noises. After that, it started perfectly quiet. Additionally, the unit made ice and cooled the fresh food properly.The customer informed me that they had defrosted the unit before my arrival for 12 hours, and since then, it has been working okay, except for the noise occurring randomly. Started getting some ice on bottom of ff section a week and a half after the repair. I checked and made sure fridge was level. The drain was frozen a little bit near the top with ice under the drain pan. I steamed it all out and then adjusted and extended the drain pan with silver tape. Adjusted the bottom metal part on the bottom of the panel so that water flows better down. Everything looks good now.

Replaced bad condenser motor. Running nice and quiet now.

"Customer was getting the BE codeChecked the LG bulletin found the the issue could be:-The unit not level. The unit is level-The customer using the wrong soap, the soap is fine-The filter clogged. Did remove the filter and cleaned out some scale - the drain hose clogged or pump clogged, did find the drain hose a little extra long, shortened the hose and did get some debris out. Ran unit 3 times on the short 14 min cycle and had no issues, informed the customer they could run it on a cleaning cycle with vinegar."

"Customer complaint is, ICE MAKER STOPPED, FREEZER IS WARM AND FOOD HAS ICE CRYSTALS. Inspected and tested. Freezer temperature is -2F and FF compartment is 36F. Customer had freezer set at -4 and FF set at 36F. The ice crystals are on the food inside the packaging. The ice maker is trying to cycle, but is just clicking. Also the ice box fan is not working in test mode but is moving air when its not in test mode. I think the ice maker is causing the freezer temperatures to be too cold causing ice crystals on their food because its trying to cycle and make ice, but cant. Refrigerator needs a new ice maker and ice maker fan. Installed new ice maker and ice box fan. Tested and ice box fan is working and now reading rpm feedback and ice maker cycled and filled with water. Refrigerator is now fixed."

Installed new valve from last diagnosis now its getting water to the ice maker. Still lower pressure. That would need to be addressed from a plumber. It did fill the water in the ice maker to the proper level. The water out the door just seams a little slower

The complaint is the freezer and fresh food got warm. The customer had pulled the unit a few days ago and reset the power. Sines then its been cooling good. Today both sections are cooling just fine. The fresh food temp was 37 and the freezer temp is 0. No errors codes today and all the fans are running and it sounds ok. Both ice makers are making plenty of ice.

The customer said after the cycle was done they get the NE error. The error is for the vario motor. I pulled the dishwasher out and tested the motor. The motor test open 0 ohms. I replaced the motor off the sump. I ran it again and its washing good now.

"Customer said the breaker would trip when turning on the oven .Customer had the electrician swap the breakers for a normal breaker and it worked, the electrician put the same GFCI breaker in. Turned oven on it preheated and worked fine had, there were no issues, ran the oven for about 35 minutes with no issues."

"Making very loud squealing sound and then customer will turn off dryer. Found that idler wheel is bad and 2 rollers. Replaced idler and rollers. cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested and dryer is running quiet. Tested heat and dryer is cycling heat normally. Dryer is working good.

Not draining. Found that there was coffee ground and food debris stuck inside drain hose. I was able to snake out the hose and bottom dishwasher now drains and dishwasher is working good.

Found that clutch is rubbing making loud noise also actuator is not fully shifting causing issue also. Replaced cam assembly and actuator. Tested and no more noise. Washer is working good.

Customer complaint unit not draining or just trickling and drain. Customer said he had a handyman out there. They replaced the drain pump and tried to get it to work but couldnt figure it out. Right away I noticed they had a drain air gap on the sink counter unhooked the hose from the air gap put it in a drain started draining properly Explain to the customer that this is the issue needs to bypass the air gap and do a higher lube. Explain this is probably was the issue from the beginning. Installed drain holes properly with a high loop. Tested multiple times unit is now drain properly.

The microwave would not heat. Today I replaced the magnetron. I tested rhetorical microwave several times. The microwave is heating up good now.

"Found that rollers are squealing. Customer approved estimate. Used repair kit that replaced roller, idler, belt. Tested and dryer is running quiet and working good.

Replaced bad damper assembly. Works great now.

Customer complaint is unit not draining. Water was inside unit on arrival and giving the OE code. Put unit and a drain and heard the drain pump loud but not pumping. Drained out the water. Checked the filter. Nothing was inside the filter. Stuck my finger where the drain pump was nothings inside. The propeller but the propeller is loose. Will need new drain pump. This is a very difficult install. Will need two people. Theres a 6 inch sliptwo doors theyll have to be removed. And a gas dryer be removed. Will need to timeslots in an extra tech. ; saved tckt

Found that the start button is not switching on/off. Able to pull off cover and found that the plastic button is broken which looks like it is part of the whole control board. I rigged up s a stand to where customer can use it but it is not fixed. Need control board please look up part and quote customer.Schdule 2 hours. Need to pull off dryer to do repair.; saved tckt

"Customers complaint cigarettes smell or burning smell. Last time I was here was 2 months ago for same issue. Verified complaint. Ran unit no smell but got a lint smell. With the vent hooked up temps are at 165 with out the vent 140. So over 20 degrees different. Called asko no one can give me an answer on temps it should be or how much pressure comes out vent so have nothing to go off on that end. Disassembled unit is clean. It was clean 2 months ago also. Cleaned out any lint remanding. Made sure the venting inside unit is good heater is good. Motor belt everything sounds good and smells fine. Last time explained to customer to get the vents cleaned or tested so we can make sure that isnt causing the issue. They used a vacuum and leaf blower. "The complaint is the unit has stopped cooling. The unit was unplugged when I arrived. The customer said it stopped cooling very quickly. I plugged it back in. The compressor is running. After a few minutes the amp draw was around .63 amps and there is no heat coming from the discharge side of the compressor. The compressor sounds bad. The compressor has failed. Its a 2017 so the part should be covered. I advised we have to call it into LG and get it approved. The customer said while she was using the cooktop there was a big pop and a flash. Now when they try the cooktop or the oven the display will shut off and fA71 pops up. Customer said unit was not drying clothes correctly. Cycled and tested the dryer with wet load of clothes. Put temp gauge in the dryer found the unit got up to 180 degrees. After getting to 180 it never returned back. Checked and found lot of lint in the dryer also checked and found there is a service bulletin for the model on the safety limit thermostat and the high limit thermostat. Gave customer a price on repair customer will determine if they are going to repair. ; saved tckt

So I assumed it was related to the frost build up. And that was covered under Good Will from Liebherr. Dishwasher turns on and is running as im here. Mechanically All functions are working good when testing. There is a lot of hard water and grease build up. I suggested to use finish dishwasher cleaner. I did software update and that should take care of the intermittent issue power issue. Dishwasher is working good.

"Customer stated the unit was not drying Tested found unit not drying, removed the covers tested heat element, found the element was open. Installed new element, cycled and tested new element working as it should."

"Tenants complaint is NOT FULLY DRAINING WHEN IT RAN, FOUL ODER AS WELL. CLEANED FILTER IT WAS DIRTY BUT STILL NOT WORKING. On arrival only water in unit is the normal amount in the drain. Tested unit multiple times filling and draining drained every time properly. customer also complaining about bad smell in unit. Im not getting any kind of bad smell at this time. Im guessing customers been using and cleaning it. but I cleaned out the unit as best. I could advise tenant son that using a dishwasher cleaner or some vinegar will help with the smell. Also explain its hard water residue on heat element, not actual food or anything like that. Unit is now working properly without issue."

"Fridge dead, not cooling. Found a burnt terminal on the defrost temp control board. Un soldered the relay, all terminals clean. Cleaned board, resoldered relay back onto board. Terminals on relay ohm good. Told tenant 24 hours to get down to temp. Can feel it cooling already though. Also readjusted drawers so they work right, and showed tenant how to replace bulb that went out in ff section."

"Customer stated the top oven was not working correctly Removed panels and trim, removed the unit, removed the top cover found the bake element relay was not connected to the board. Disassembled the display and cleaned up the solder joints. Soldered the relay back on, cycled and tested out unit back together. Tested again unit operating correctly at this time"

The dishwasher would not run when you press start. I found the control lock was on. I showed customer how to hold down the two buttons to cancel the lock. Now it runs great.

The dryer runs but does not blow air out the back. I found the blower wheel was loose in the shaft. I found a screw driver bit in the blower housing. That may have caused the blower wheel to not turn and strip off the shaft. I quoted the customer for the repair then replaced the blower. I hooked the duct back up. The dryer runs good and blows good. Air flow is great. It is heating up too.

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING WATER ON THE FLOOR. Inspected and tested. Found its leaking from the front of the dispenser when I fill the fabric softener dispenser. I cant pinpoint exactly were its coming from. With the drawer removed it doesnt leak when Im filling it, but when I put the drawer back in its leaking. Im going to try and replace the drawer and if it still leaks, we would need to replace the whole dispenser housing. Dispenser housing comes with the drawer, so I replaced the whole dispenser assembly and tested. Washer is working great and no leaks. Washer is now fixed."

"9E error and drain pump keeps running. Looped up drain line higher and found some water in basin. Dried out water and ran, no leaks or drips. "Customer is complaint rusting around bleach. Inspected unit cant see a cause for the issue. Must be just a vibrations of the plastic corner against the metal edge ends up, cracking the paint and rusting. pre-ordered top and tubring installed parts. Afterword tested multiple times units working properly. Showed customer that theres no water going to the bleach dispenser it just drips into the unit. She thought it was water going into it and filling it. So theres a good chance its just spilling from pouring it in unit is back to prior condition"

"Runs and heats but doesnt tumble. Found a broken belt. Took dryer apart, cleaned out bulkhead and vacuumed out dryer, used glue to reattach bulkhead seal, oiled rollers, and replaced belt. Runs great now."

"Complaint is that it doesnt get up to temp. They set it to 350 and it gets up to 330. And then it doesnt maintain temp. I ohms bake and broil and they ohm good. Tested voltage from K1-K4 relays, 240 gets sent to bake on bake and 240 to broil on broil. Relays working well. Reinstalled oven and ran on bake. Took 7 minutes to get to 350. Then we turned it off and set to 450. Took an additional 7 minutes. Customer was concerned that when my thermocouple said 450 that the control panel said 420. I explained how there is a delay on the interface. And how the cycling works. Everything works great."

"Tenants complain not drying clothing. Customer said it takes multiple times to dry clothing. Started dryer on time dry unit is heating up to about 190?, which is perfect for a gas dryer. Let unit run for over 25 minutes unit never cut off the coils and always was heating properly. Asked tenant some more questions they said the washer is been going out and now wont spend some clothing has been extra wet. She said its been acting up since the washer is acted up. I explained if the clothes are not getting rained out enough they will take longer to dry youre just putting damage on the dryer and excessive where. Nothing is wrong with dryer at the time."

The customer said the the broil element was sticking on after the oven reached the temp and then they got the f6e1 fault. I found the broil relay was sticking. I tapped on the relay until it opened. I replaced the broil relay. I tested the oven on bake and broil. The broil element is shutting off after it reaches temp.

"During the visit, it was discovered that the igniter was faulty, registering 0.00 amps. I replaced the ignitor, and now it heats up great. The customer is satisfied."

Removed the hose connector under the door, then tested water valve and found. Im only getting a trickle in water dispenser is working but it is a little bit weaker not as weak as the icemaker. Old fridge out protective Mat then removed waterline from valve and tested pressure. Bunch of black debris filled the first little bucket. I had then finally cleared out. Have decent water pressure to the valve. Its testing like a bad valve. My guess is it got all junk up from this black debris see photos. Quoted customer for new valve only charging for part price. "The customer said its not making ice. I checked the temps and temps are good. The freezer is around minus 1 and the fresh food temp was around 37. I checked for ice maker faults and the F5 timed ice making was the only saved fault. I ran all the ice maker harvest test and they all passed. When I ran the water fill test the water valve buzzed but it did not fill. I removed the ice maker filled tube and blew through it. The tube is not restricted. I ran the water valve with the hose disconnect and water comes out the valve. I hooked the water line back up and ran the test again. Now the ice maker fills. The water was very cloudy like they just changed the filter and they did not purge the filter. I ran several large cups of water until the water was clear. I still think there is an ice maker issue. Please get approval for the ice maker W11658802 and order it. The ice bucket was cracked so I used the parts that were sent. There are no manufacturing faults. I switched all the sensor driven heaters to 100 percent on. ; snapped 3 QuickPics, states that autho needed"

Customer states the door was locked and there were codes of E01F06 E02F06 Removed and checked the motor control board and found it burnt. Customer approved the repair. Ordered the part and scheduled for 12-14-23 ; ordrd 1 WPW10374126C (Board)

The machine is too loud during cycles. It will need a new motor as the bearings are shot. Please look for the necessary parts and provide a quote to the customer for approval.; saved tckt

Will make intermittent loud thumping and squeaking noise. Idler and rollers could cause the squeak but the thumping did not happen while i was here but based on squeaking those parts would take care of the thumping with the rollers that would be common cause.Customer has to get new washer (bearing issue) soon so they may look at getting new set. Customer will call back if they want to proceed with repair.; O-emld tckt

Found that the door switch was broken and would barely recognize that door was shut. I could wiggle door and dryer would shut off. Called owner and no answer. I left message.Either way i went ahead and replaced door switch. Office: i didnt get authorization but replaced part anyways since there was no response. Contact owner and collect payment.; used 1 WP3406107 (DOOR SWITCH) from stock

Stopping at various points in cycle. Water in basin. Plugged in newfi and error code for failure to drain. Tried to run drain pump and its seized up. Has stuff leaking from it. Quoted for new drain pump. Coming back Friday to install. They will apply the $208 towards this repair. ; ordrd 1 WD19X25461 (Drain pump)

"Washer is dead at UI. Confirmed main pcb is getting 120 VAC, and sending 12VAC to user interface board, but board is dead. Can see lots of detergent has leaked from cover down onto UI. Customer will chat with wife but said he will probably just replace the washer. Ticket created for records. ; saved tckt"

"Door falls down. Cant find parts for this range. Appears there must be some type of spring mechanism? that is maybe broken inside oven that would attach to hinges? Tenant also said she doesnt think oven works, but I confirmed broil works, and then bake, averaged 350. Cycles perfectly after 10 minutes of preheating. Photos attached of data plate. Parts are NLA as of 2021. I spoke with FW. Can someone see if they can track down and get parts (and approval from RPM for the hinge mechanisms? ; O-emld tckt"

"Customer states the unit shuts off after a few minutes No model and serial number on the unit Tested the air flow the outside vent looked very plugged. The speed was 10mph. Washer and dryer were in a built in cabinet. Removed washer checked and found the dryer vent elbow was pinched and smashed down. Removed the dryer disassembled and cleaned out the unit. Found the front bearings pads were worn, the belt was cracked and the main rear bearing was worn. Replaced all the parts after getting it all done put unit back in its spot and and cycled and tested the unit ran for 3-5 minutes and stopped working. Customer thinks that maybe normal since there is no wet load. The customer was going to try the unit tonight. I asked him to let the office know if it is working or not. Did not collect anything yet unsure if the unit is fixed ; saved tckt"

Customer says dishes are not getting clean and dishes are wet at end of cycle. I ran test and found that soap dispenser is not opening. But also found that filter was very dirty and not locked in place. I informed tenant that filter needs to b pulled out and cleaned and also recommended to use finish dishwasher cleaner because there is a lot of grease build up inside dishwasher. Needs soap dispenser. All other functions are working good.; ordrng 1 WPW10428217 (Soap dispenser)

I verified with the customer they are getting the FF error. I removed and inspected the freezer evaporator fan. I found no frost build up or restrictions. I replaced the evaporator cover with new fans. I put some grease on the connections to help prevent moisture getting in the connectors.

"Customer complaint is, NO HEAT, TUMBLES OK, 5 CYCLES TO DRY. Inspected and tested. Dryer is not heating and its making a thumping noise when it runs. Found the timer has failed and the rollers are falling apart. Disassemble dryer and installed new rebuild kit and vacuumed out inside of dryer and bulkhead. Tested and dryer sounds great. I need to order the timer. Installed new timer and tested. Dryer is heating great. Dryer is now fixed."

Removed the unit with the oven cart, took off all the covers and replaced the both high limit and limit fuses. While the whole unit was disassembled I checked the fan it spun freely seemed a little slower than the new one. The fan also had a lot of grease buildup. Customer wanted it changed since I had the part and the old one was dirty. Put all the covers back on turned it on before putting back in the wall. The fan and elements were working. Put the unit back in the wall warmed up and had no issues."

"Customer complaint is, NOISIER AND TUB IS LOOSE. Inspected and tested. Washer is roaring in a spin and its leaking water out the bottom from the tub seal and everything is covered in rusty water stains. Washer needs a new gearcase, drive hub, splutch kit and actuator. Installed new gearcase, splutch kit, actuator and drive hub. Tested and washer is working great. Washer is now fixed."

The drain pump impeller is stripped in the drain pump motor shaft. Today I replaced the drain pump with the new and improved drain pump kit. I reset the control and ran a diagnostic test. It all passed and the dishwasher is working as it should and drains. I then ran the firmware update.

"Customer states the unit is tripping the GFCI out let.Cycled and tested, put the amp meter and checked the draw. Found in diagnostic mode with the heater pumps running the draw was not very large only at 1 amp. Found the unit was leaning forward had some water on the lower toe panels. Readjusted the unit. Customer informed me they tried a different outlet. All the outlets they have tried are GFCI outlets. Informed customer to try another outlet let and possibility have the one under the sink replaced"

The dryer runs loud. I took the dryer apart and found the right rear drum roller is bad. I used the rebuild kit and replaced parts in the kit. The drum glides were cracked and loose. I used the front drum bearing glide kit. The dryer sounds real good now.

Dryer taking a long time to dry. No fuses out and heater works. Found a lot of lint in the bulkhead. Attached photo. Cleaned out bulkhead and dryer. Has an airflow issue though and needs to have the vent going outside cleaned.

"Customers complaint is making loud noise sounding like banging or dishes, clattering. I found the noise starts right when the drain pump kick in. Sounds like a piece of glass stuck inside. Removed all the water standing inside dishwasher removed access cover inside the sump to the drain pump propeller Was able to feel around and find a piece of glass inside. Very carefully removeD the chunk of glass then tested unit multiple times now. Unit is draining properly. Explained to customer that if it stops to drain or any other issues we would need to get a drain pump, but as of now, it sounds great."

"Alarm F8E1: The machine will not spin. Clean up the main filters for water supply and drain pump. If problems persist, further investigation will be needed. As for now, the machine works great."

"Customers, complaint, random humming noise. Customer showed me a video of the noise. Pulled fridge out. Inspected the compressor to make sure no access valve or filter dryer was rubbing up against the cover I did. Tightened all screws and made sure nothing is rubbing. There was a clip to hold their waterline to the back of the fridge that was making a vibration noise remove that metal clip and now no noise. Put in test mode to run compressor at high-speed and all the fans still no noise push the fridge back and verified no noise. Had customer help me center fridge and level. Still not making any noise. Customer will keep us posted.
