I tested load of clothes from washer spin out to dryer and dryer has consistent heat cycle and within 20 minutes the towels were almost dry.Customer states she uses 70 minutes and clothes still come out damp. As im here dryer is heating and working good. So unless intermittent problem im not finding an issue. I suggested to have vents checked if it is constant issue since dryer is cycling heat good as im here."

Found that drain line goes through the floor and routes back up to sink (see picture) had very slow drain as i got here. Checked drain hoses and appears that it was clogged with gunk. I sucked out with vacuum rerouted drain line a bit and now dishwasher drains fully and is working good. But i explained that this is not correct way according to manufacturer installation instructions and if it happens again that it will need to be rerouted and drilled through cabinetry which is not covered under the warranty.

"The customer said the convention fan did not run and it seem to take a long time to preheat. I set the convention bake to 350 and gave it time to preheat. In about 10 min it got to temp and after 1 min the convention fan came on. I powered it off and let sit for 10 min then tried it again. Its still working good. The ignitor is not weak and lights up every time it cycles. I tried again to show the customer that it was working and it now the convection fan does not come on when it should. There was no clicking from the board so its not a bad relay issue. Eventually the fan came on in convection but it was almost 10 minutes later. "Customer complaint is, STILL GET OE CODE AND LEAKING UNDER WASHER about 4 OR 5 TIMES SINCE TECH LEFT. Customer said that it worked about a half dozen times when I left last time before they got the error. Customer showed me pictures of the leak and the water was really soapy. I inspected and tested washer. I filled it with water and let it agitate and there was a lot of soap suds in the washer even though I didnt add soap. I showed this to the customer. Washer is filling, agitating, draining and spinning out great and I never saw it leak. Washer is operating normal. The problem is with the soap. Customer did not try new soap yet but is going to now. If they call back, we need to have someone else give them a second opinion."

Also, compressor not running even though inverter box is receiving 120v. Bad inverter box. Replaced inverter box, took an hour because the compressor is positioned in such a way that it had to be unbolted and shifted to give enough room to get the box out. After replacing the box, inverter box getting 120 still but compressor not running. Has a bad compressor. Needs compressor serviced. Water dispenser wasnt working, customer turned off fridge, and after thawing it out, water dispenses but it wasnt cooling. Because compressor wasnt running. Both upper and lower racks are completely deteriorated and falling apart. These racks I believe are part of the problem with the check valve not being able to close completely because of the rusty rack pieces that were keeping it from sealing. On top of this issue the pump is actively leaking and must be replaced.

The fresh food compartment is set to 35 but was only cooling to 45. The left fridge drawer display was also not working. I found the drawer display is not getting 14 volts dc. After testing I found the blue wire in the harness is broken. It needs a new harness. I removed the fresh food evap cover and it has almost no frost on it and half of it is warm. I put into a force mode to cool the fresh food evaporator and it never really got that cold. sealed system issue

"Washer doing all kinds of weird things. Sometimes doesnt go through the full cycle. Found very weak water water coming into hot water inlet. Also, transmission is leaking oil. Spoke with customer to quote for both. Also, tech support said that this control can cause issues. Explained whole thing to customer. Recommended starting with fixing water pressure coming out of faucet, then if problem persists we know for sure the transmission is going, and then a secondary is the control board."

"Leaving lint on clothes. Customer showed me an example. Black shirt with dirt marks on it. Recommended using affresh to get washer cleaned out. Also took apart agitator and cleaned a lot of junk from that. Ran it on a cold wash, warm wash, and made sure it also agitated well, filled, drained, and spun. Runs awesome. Nothing to fix on this other than what I already mentioned."

"Frost covering the outline of evap. Evap fan was frozen in place. Not running. 48 degrees in ff and freezer. Put in forced defrost mode but only sending 20 volts to heater. Heater ohms good. No amp draw on heater. Also periodically shuts off on display. UI board for crisper drawer is all wet and not working. When I unplugged it, it stopped shutting off the fridge and giving a power outage display code. Did not give error for the hour it was unplugged. Part number is WPW10769076. Will not order because of bigger issue.Biggest issue is after 25 minutes of compressor running, zero frost on evap. Sealed system issue.; O-emld tckt"

"Found that the ice maker water line in back of fridge was disconnected from john guest fitting. Attached water line, tested and ice maker filled and no leaks. Not sure how it became disconnected. Other issue is that the water pressure to the fridge is low and slowing come out of water dispenser and ice maker. I explained that if it is an issue more so in the future that a plumber would have to check the water shut off for the refrigerator as it is a self tapping one and has low water pressure.No more leaks as im here."

Dishwasher not doing anything just light coming on. I ran diagnostic mode and dishwasher ran through full tests and no errors. Ran normal cycle and dishwasher now fills and washes.Not sure what caused it to be non-responsive and by going into diagnostic it reset the control board. Dishwasher is working good as imhere.If problem continues control board would need to be replaced.

Freezer door will not close and seal. I found the screws that held the door to the slide assemblies were stripped. I was able to ship the screw holes and re-affix the door. The door now lines up and seals. It is not perfect but acceptable to the customer. Per the customers request I am ordering both right and left hand side drawer slides delivered directly to their home address. They will hold onto these if necessary as the door is not perfect but is acceptable at this moment. I dried out the freezer and thawed out the freezer section. The fridge is now fixed.; ordrd 1 837848 (Lh freezer slide) and 1 837844 (Rd slide assy)
