"The customer complaint is after the wash cycle some of the soap and fabric softener liquid remain in the dispenser assembly. After a couple days the dispenser tray is moldy and smells. I put the washer into a diagnostic mode to check for fault codes and run the water valves. No fault codes and each valve is working great. When I cycled the fabric softener valve water comes out perfectly and fast. I cleaned the dispenser tray by hand and put it back in. I noticed when I run the fabric softener valve a little bit of water leaks out from under the dispenser drawer. Ive seen this before. For the repair it will need the dispenser assembly and the drawer assembly. I listed below the parts. I did not replace any parts today. "Washer hasnt been fully draining out, especially on heavy duty mode. I filled It and drained it 7 times on heavy duty and drained great each time. Then I put it through full automatic test mode, it ran all the way through great with no errors or issues. Drain line doesnt go too far down, just a few inches, so no siphoning going on. Spins great, but sounds like maybe it gets out of balance and doesnt go all the way through a final spin. Customer will monitor the washer too and see if when things are wet if he can wring water out of clothes, what kinds of loads, etc. She said its usually when she does a big load of snow pants and jackets and stuff."

Upon arrival and inspection I found the ribbon cable had fallen out of the selection board. I replaced it and began working great. I put the icemaker into an automatic harvest mode and the motor sounded like it had been bad for a while. It did not call for water or fill either. The refrigerator is now fixed.

Upon arrival and inspection we found that the idler idler assembly was stalling out and the belt had cut a groove in it. We cleaned and oil the support rollers as well as the cavity and we replaced the idler pulley. We watch the temperatures of that cycle between 220?F and 120. Customer complaint is now the dryer does not heat. This is a unrelated issue too when I was here. I verified the dryer does not heat on any cycle. I checked the thermostats and they are good. I checked the heater and found its bad. I did get 240 across the element terminals. The duct is short and not a issue. I added pics of the duct. One with it out and a couple with it pushed in. The customer is having the duct cleaned on Friday. Today I replaced the heating element. The customer had someone out today and cleaned the dryer duct. They said the air flow is good and not much lint came out. On high heat time dry the dryer heats to 224 then off and turns heat back on at 145. I let cycle for 10 minutes and it was consistent.

"Installed new rinse aid dispenser. New one after filling with rinse aid doesnt leak. Customer said theyve been noticing that it doesnt get dishes super clean. Its circulating water well but water tests at a 20 for hardness and also it had a ton of rinse aid in it from all the aid that leaked before. Tons of suds. I put vegetable oil in the dishwasher after installing the new dispenser. Ran it, way less suds now, and no leaks from rinse aid dispenser. Works great now. They still need to get their water softener serviced."

Customers complaint is unit will stop middle of cycle and unit will beep and flash. They are able to restart it and it will start working. I tested unit multiple times and couldnt get anything to act up. Went through diagnostic mode also nothing was acting. Up. Looks like the door latch will flash and beep if it doesnt think the door is shut. Also could be a display or control board issue. These are common for the display board acting up. Explain to the customer to maybe watch it and if it starts acting up take a video or photos so we can see whats happening. If it happens again lets order the door latch to bring with us. "The customer complaint was the fresh food section is not cooling at all. I found their are 2 evaps in the freezer and 2 fans. The fresh food evaporator is frost ip and the fan was not moving because of the frost build up. I defrosted the evaporator and then tested the heater, the bimetal and evaporator sensor. The sensor rating was all over the place. The reading for the right evaporator was 12. I replaced the sensor with a Samsung sensor we carry. I advised the customer to give it 24 hours. If the problem comes back it may need the main control. ; used 1 DA32-10104N (SENSOR ASSM - DEFROST) from stock"

They said right after it stopped making ice sometimes the water dispenser will run for a few seconds then stops dispensing water and the ice flap will open and close. It did it once and now its been working fine. I ran the ice maker diagnostics and when the ice maker should have been going to home position the ice motor just hums. It will needs a ice maker. I tried the water dispenser serval times and its working fine. The customer said the water dispenser has been working fine sines I was last here. Today I replaced the ice maker. It cycled and filled.

The customer complaint was the ice maker does not make much ice. I first checked the temps in both compartments. The fresh food temp was around 38 and the freezer is around 0. The fresh food felt a little warm at first but it may have just defrosted. All the fans are working. I put into diagnostics and checked the ice maker for faults. The E2 fault motor lost position was stored. I ran the ice maker test and it passed. I ran the ice maker fill test and no water came out. I then removed the ice maker and checked to see if the fill tube was frozen. The fill tube was frozen. The heater is getting 120 when I run the heater test 19. The fascia and fill tube heater test good. The customer recently replaced the filter. A air bubble could have caused slow pressure and then the tube to freeze. I set to defrost every 8-10 hours. I advised them to give it 24 hours to make ice .

"Two issues. One is that it burns all their food. I ran the oven for 30 minutes at 350. Temps averaged 385. They said its never been calibrated, so I recalibrated it down 35 degrees. Temp sensor was already replaced. Other issue is a chemical smell. I disassembled the range and couldnt find anything abnormal or melted or charred. No foreign debris. I verified there is a chemical smell I could smell, but was unable to determine where it came from. Not from behind, under, or around the cavity. When I opened the door I could not smell it, but did smell something during pre heat. Customer said normally when she opens the oven door its so strong her eyes water. Please let ANT know the temp issue was fixed, but smell issue is not, and unable to fix the smell issue."

Let customer know to keep freezer at 0 and try to run the water a few times a day to keep it cleared

Customer showed me video of leaking from float switch area onto floor. I ran test with soap on normal cycle for over 30 minutes and had no leaks. Not a suds issue as there were very little suds. I did tighten the nut for the float housing but that was after i did not find any leaks. Dishwasher has no errors and all functions are working good as im here.
