“Evan was great. Their automated timing failed me, though. He was supposed to come between particular hours, and after that time and passed, he didn’t show. I used their automated tracking service which helped, but I finally realized after tracking several times that I was going to have to take some action. It was by by now about 4 to 5 hours past the time he was supposed to come. I finally called them because I was going to have to leave at 6 PM. We arranged for me to be rescheduled.to for two days later. They arranged for me to be the first one on the list so that there wouldn’t be any lengthy waiting. Evan was certainly courteous diagnosed the problem practically instantly – it was an easy fix – and he showed me how to fix it the next time. Overall, I was totally satisfied with Evan and generally with the service with the glitch for the timing. I understand that people get tied up, just would’ve been appreciated if somebody had been proactive and let me know that it wasn’t gonna be possible to complete the job in the it was originally scheduled my having to put in a call. But everybody was very courteous and we got it to work in the end.”
