I used the Translate tool from Google to communicate with them. The husband (Fernando) explained that when they bought the glass top range they were sold a warranty and told it would fix whatever needed to be fixed including the chipped glass top. See pictures for details. I looked at all of their pans and could find no pans that were flat they did not make contact with the burner and would not heat right. The customer said its leaking from the bottom underneath the door. The customer in the past has replaced the inner door gasket. I let it run for about 25 minutes and it seem to be working good and no leaking. After about 25 minutes I could hear the sound head change and I open the door and saw the bottom cover and suds. I had no soap to the dishwasher so the sudsing was coming from the rinse agent that is leaking. Both spray arms look OK. The bottom left side of the door gasket does have a tear in it. The complaint was the icemaker is not making ice. I ran a icemaker cycle and the icemaker does run and goes to home position and then back. I ran the icemaker fill test and I can hear the water valve buzz but no water comes through. Customer said the refrigerator is still dispensing water and it does. I found the defrost drain was completely filled with ice and not draining. I cleared all the ice in the drain I tried to thaw out the icemaker fill tube but Im still not getting water through it. The customer is going to shut it down for the weekend to see if that will fully defrost. . Advise the customer that its possible the waterline in the back somehow kinked. There will be additional labor if I need to come back and pull the Freezer out and fix the water line

I ran a 1 hour wash and after 15 mins the soap door was not open. user interface WD21X25371. I ran the firmware update Hopi g that fixes it. Customer says the refrigerator and freezer are cold but will have more frost build up on foods in freezer than seems normal. Refrigerator side is keeping cold.Seems like air leak as there condensation or moisture build up inside freezer. Evaporator seems good. Has good frost pattern. I checked both door seals and doors seal all the way around. Cannot find any reason for it unless customer opens/closes fridge more than normal.Refrigerator is cooling and working good as im here. I said could happen if opening fridge doors a lot or leave foods uncovered in fridge which would cause more moisture inside freezer/fridge Customer is satisfied since it never did stop cooling just had moisture build up on some things. "Fresh food section was warm. Freezer cold. I checked the damper and it was open, with cold air blowing into the fresh section. Took off the evaporator cover and there was a big block of smooth ice in lower right corner. Water is leaking from the inlet fill tube and iced up the evaporator fan, causing cold air to stop blowing into fresh food section. But that ice melted off of fan at some point today. Evaporator frosted over nicely."

When I tried the normal cycle drain pump would run but never turn the water valves on and would give E11 code. Put unit in test mode to test water valves. Water valve works properly in test mode and good water pressure. Unit in test mode had extremely high amount of suds. Cleared out suds and then put unit in normal cycle now unit is working good. If there is to much soap the unit will think there is water and never fill. If it comes back might need a pressure sensor. Code came right back. Tested valves again and found cold water valve wasnt turning on. Valve is getting power just doesnt open. Ordered 5304528029; ordrd 1 5304528029 (Valve)

"No vent connecting dryer to vent going out. Purchased a vent from the local hardware store to connect it. Vacuumed all the lint out of the cabinet area the dryer slides into. Took apart dryer. Vacuumed it all out, oiled rollers and pully. Temp with dryer disconnected from vent is 200, with vent connected 260. Told customer they will need to have vent cleaned out more, because a 60 degree difference, otherwise safety can trip. Clogged or restricted vent. ; pckd up 1 Vent (Vent)"

Found one of the vent flaps not opening because it had a lot of lint stuck to it. I cleaned that off so it opens now, much better air flow. Replaced the fuse, vacuumed out the dryer and oiled rollers. Replaced a badly cracked belt. There was a paint can opener in blower wheel I got out too. Runs and heats great now. Used fuse and belt. The customer complaint was the dishwasher is leaking from the front right corner. It never leaked for me but I can see where it did. I inspected the door seal and the bottom door seal and both looked good. The spray arms are not cracked. The filter was dirty. I advised the customer to clean it with vinegar then use a dishwasher cleaner. The cleaning may stop the leak. The door handle is also cracked in the middle. I quoted for the handle but they declined at this time. I added a quote with part numbers. If they call back it will need the door gasket and lower spray arm.

Checked the valve in back and hooked up power the valve worked good and had good water pressure to the ice tray. In test mode it will always say water is off. Checked for broken wires on bottom of door which is common on this model but didnt see any at this time. But I wasnt getting power to the water valve at any time. Test wires from the plug to the ice maker and found the wire for the dispenser was showing open but have no visual of a broken wire. Customer at this time is going to use the fridge without ice
