Customer states the left refrigerator door is not closing as it should. Found the door was out of adjustment. Was able to adjust the door so it closed as it should.

Installed lower right door hinge with leveling leg. Found there is no leveling legs on back side of refrigerator. Used shims so refrigerator is no longer tilting back and forth.

Customer complaint is that unit is leaking water into freezer from rear. Found clogged defrost drain. Installed defrost drain probe and unit is now operating properly.

Replaced faulty slider and noisy drain pump. Entered test mode and verified operations. Washer working as it should again. Owner to re-level washing machine before using as floor uneven and extra shims are needed to properly level.

Customer stated dishwasher wont fill after pressing start button. I verified door switch working properly, and user interface responding correctly. Unit stops after the drain cycle. I power cycled unit and unit operated correctly now. If problem returns, recommend new control board. Quote given, customer to let us know if they want to proceed.

Replaced compressor rubber mounts that were damaged to prevent compressor from vibrating against cabinet. Informed customer that compressor will always make noise but now it shouldnt be as noticeable bc the compressor is properly mounted again.

Uninstalled cooktop and control panel replaced five knobs the whole wire harness to the infinite switches and the control panel reinstalled everything back together set the clock tested the functions of the burners done working great

Replaced defrost heater and thermostat, thawed air ducts , instructed customer to wait 24hrs for unit to return to normal operation
