Unit error 54 Which is a leak. Pulled unit out. Removed back cover. Removed all the water turned water on water started right away to leak. I tried to redo the connection and its not going to work someone stripped it. Need parts listed below to correct the issue. Valve 611906Valve clamp 700439Also need the water line hose. Cant find part number. ; states that autho needed

Installed parts from last diagnosis. Once installed I also did a clean up on the dryer. Reassembled unit and tested. Unit is running great and its quiet.

"Customer complaint is, BLINKING THE CLEAN LIGHT. Inspected and tested. The clean light is blinking 7 times. This is a heater circuit problem. I ran dishwasher through service diagnostics and the heater reset and is working. This dishwasher is in rough shape. Both racks are rusty and falling apart, the side rail is broken and the top spray nozzle is falling off. I recommended customer replace dishwasher in the future if they have issues."

The complaint was the dishwasher would not drain. When I arrived the customer said they tried it again and it started to drain. I checked the drain hose again and the loop is good and its installed good. I ran a hose down the drain hose and its clear. I started the dishwasher and then set it to drain. The dishwasher is draining good. I advised them to make sure the food is off the dishes and to make sure the disposal is clear before they run the dishwasher.

"Leaking water. Tested the water, its hard. There are hard water deposits in the dishwasher, I recommend dishwasher cleaner. He had taken the tub seal out, tried a new one but didnt have it in there right so he returned it. I looked over the seal, it looks good. I reinstalled the old seal. I can see that the lower spray arm is separating, and spraying out the sides. The gear is also getting stuck, and the arm is spraying water at the float. And then water leaks down through the float. Needs new spray arm.

The customer complaint is the ice maker is not making enough ice and not able to keep up. When I arrived I found the ice bucket was 3/4 the way full and ice was built up around the ice maker arm. The temps were good at 37 and 0 degrees. I removed the ice maker and tested the ice maker. I ran a harvest test and it filled up with water. I pulled up a data sheet on the ice maker. It says the ice maker makes 56-72 cubes per bucket and it takes 2-3 days to fill the ice bucket. I advised the customer it dumps 8 cubes a time. So if there is a lot of people using it the maker may not be able to keep up. The ice maker is working as it should no issues found.

Replaced bad temperature sensor and now it runs great.

"Customer complaint is, NOT HEATING. Inspected and tested. Found the magnetron has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new magnetron and tested. Microwave is heating great. Microwave is now fixed.

Unit not heating properly. Disassembled to get to igniter. Started bake. The igniter glowed but never opened the gas. Quoted for new igniter. Installed new igniter now its working properly. Tested multiple times works properly.

"Icemaker keeps making ice. Found a broken Icemaker (holes that the level goes into are worn down so the level pops out). Also found a ton of ice build up around water dispenser into the icemaker. Behind the back panel. It needed a longer tube to slide over the dispenser so that water doesnt spill over the top. So we inserted a new longer tube. And then cycled the icemaker and made sure water wasnt spilling over. There was also frost build up on the back panel, and around the fan because of the excess moisture from the spill over. We steamed that out too.

Installed part from last diagnosis. Tested multiple times for leaks then let unit run 10 minutes before leaving. Unit is running properly with out any leaks.

The customer said the whole unit stopped cooling very suddenly. They had another company out and someone tapped into the low side. The previous company said it had a bad compressor. I replaced the compressor based off the info I was given. I also replaced the filter dryer. I leaked checked with nitrogen and found no leaks or restrictions. I pulled a vacuum then recharged the system. I replaced the main board.

Dryer tumbles but doesnt heat. As im here the dryer did heat for 5 minutes but then stopped turning on heat. Gas coils are bad. Customer approved estimate. Replaced coils and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested and dryer is cycling heat normally. Dryer is working good.

"Replaced bad convection fan motor, runs great now."

Replaced bad user interface board. Works great now.

"Replaced bake element, tested and oven preheated and is heating and working good."

"Customer said it wouldnt start and just beep. As im here i am able to start dishwasher and it fills but not washing. I ran diagnostic and found that there is power going to wash motor but is not running. Needs new motor/sump assembly.

Idler pully making a squeal/ replaced the pully. Cleaned and oiled rollers. Runs nice and quiet now.

"Found that the drain hose for washer was laying on the ground next to floor drain. I explained to customer that is why it fills and drains at same time because the hose needs to be high into wash tub or stand pipe because gravity causes water to not drain out. I put hose into washtub, ran short cycle and washer completes cycle. I did find that agitator dogs are worn and the hot water fills slowly. But washer does run and timer advances automatically.

Customers complaint getting F97 code off and on for a while. They tried a self clean and now getting a E94 door code. Put in tested mode unlocking doors and then cleared the codes. Door is locking normally now. Next made sure the fans and elements all working properly. They all run and turn on. Next preheated both ovens to 450 and see if a code pops up. Both preheated fine and no issue. Let unit run for another 10-15 minutes and no codes.

Code33 and water under crisper drawer. Found the water is coming from the evap drain. Pulled fridge out. Removed the drain hose and water came pouring in. The duck bell was clogged. Cleaned out the clogged, cut the duck bell, and reassembled. The code is coming from the heater. We cleared the code. Customer isnt using the ice maker anyway so he doesnt want that fixed at this time.

The complaint is the washer leaks into the freezer ice maker container and ice forms. I removed the ice maker and found a clump of ice in the fill cup. I cleared the ice and then found the fill tube was not in the correct position so when it fills water is spraying out the side of the cup. I pushed the fill tube in tight so it should not spray when it fills.

"Cleaned 3 dead chipmunks out of dryer.

"Customer complaint is, F5 E1 CODE, DOOR WON'T ACTIVATE. Inspected and tested. Lid lock is only working sporadically in test mode. When you try and start a cycle it just beeps. The lid lock has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new lid lock and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, ICEMAKER SOMETIMES WORKS&SOMETIMES NO.THE FREEZER IS OVER FREEZER.FRESH FOOD OK EXEPT BY VENT FRZES. Inspected and tested. Freezer is -2 and FF was 40F. I inspected wiring at the hinge and couldnt find any wires broken or severed. I put refrigerator into test mode and couldnt get the ice maker to cycle, but did get it to fill. Ice maker has failed. "Customer complaint is, STUCK ON SENSING PART, WATER DRIPPING. Inspected and tested. Found the washer was half full of water because the valve is dripping. Leaking water underneath crisper drawer. When i got here there was small amount of water underneath crisper but customer said that it was leaking out the door and he has been wiping up small amount everyday. I found that the evaporator cover was not pushed in all the way (see picture) so im guessing that condensation was building up or not sealing all the way when in defrost would leak outside the drain.Drain kit was installed correctly and is draining.I put cover back on and is secure customer will keep an use as normal and monitor any leaks underneath crisper.Office: Looks to be our fault and is within 60 days. Unit not making ice in the fresh food. Also slow producing in ice maker in freezer. Found for the bottom freezer ice maker its cycling and harvesting and filling properly. The problem is the tray is cracked and sometimes wont dispense ice cubes. Will need a bottom ice maker. For the fresh food ice maker. Customer said it was freezing up and sometimes had to defrost it. I didnt have any frost as of now. But the ice maker wont harvest can hear the motor but wont dispense. Will need fresh food ice maker. Found that the bearings are bad. Will start to make loud ticking sound as washer is full spin. I added load of towels and found that it wont fully spin out clothes as it will constantly try to balance clothes until it just shuts off with clothes still being very wet. MCU is bad not going into high speed spin. Costs to do tub joband MCU board exceeds value of replacement.I recommoned to replace it due to parts/labor costs.Customer they have a warranty company they will submit it to and will need total estimate with trip charge so they can submit it to their warranty company. "Customer says the it will stop mid cycle and give FL error. There are two washers next together same model and cusotmer says both are getting same error of FL mid cycle. I went into diagnostics on both and getting F8E1 error. I disconnected and checked water supply hose and has plenty of water pressure but both hot and cold valves are warm water. I looked in appliantology and found service bulletin for FL and stating that you have to verify that there is hot and cold (see pictures of bulletin)I explained to customer that however the water is hooked up in walls is not hot and cold and for washer to work it has to have both (see picture)Otherwise customer asked why it just started happening after several years. Otherwise i told him that the water valves and pressure switch will need to be replaced as those are the only thing that could cause the FL error. Because its not happening as im here.I explained that 2 guys would have to come and take dryer off so we can access the top of washer (dont have a tall dolly to take off a dryer)Customer would like estimate. "All frosted over in fz, and no cool in fresh food section. Found the vent to the ff section totally full of frost, and fan iced up so it doesnt spin. A big sheet of ice on bottom of fz. Quoted 99 to steam out freezer drain, and steam out ice on fan and floor of freezer. Steamed out duck bill on drain pipe and adjusted end of that so it doesnt happen again. Told owner 24 hours to totally cool. Owner gave permission to run card for the 99.; saved tckt"

Entering into Wi-Fi was not working. If you press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 3 seconds it was not showing AP. I replaced the 2 parts were sent. Now when I hold the Wi-Fi button it says AP on the screen. They should now be able to set up the wifi.

"Not tumbling. Found a broken belt. Idler pully and rollers were good. I cleaned and oiled the rollers, vacuumed out the dryer, and ran my rotary brush through the vent and bulkhead. Runs and heats great now. Used vent tape to secure vent better too.

"Customer complaint is, THE UNIT CONTINUES TO RUN EVEN WHEN SHUT OFF. Inspected and tested. The motor relay is sticking on the board. Installed new main board and tested. Dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, SMOKE COMING FROM THE VENT AND SIDES OF THE OVEN. Inspected and tested. I removed back and inspected wiring and all looked good. All 3 elements ohmed out good and the sensor. I preheated oven to 400F and smoke started coming out of holes in the back of the range. It looks like the smoke is coming from the hidden bake element on the bottom. Needs new bake element.

"The customer said the dishwasher leaked two times, but when they ran it last night, it did not leak. I inspected the bottom spray arm and found food particles were stuck inside the holes. I cleaned out the little holes and jets on the bottom spray arm. I ran the dishwasher and after about a minute I open the door and noticed the bottom was full of suds. I dumped in vegetable oil and let it run to help cut the suds. I instructed the customer on soap usage and what type of soap to use. I let it run for about 10 or so minutes and it never leaked."

The bake would not light. The cooktop and broil works. I verified bake ignitor gets 120 but does not flow. I quoted the customer for the repair then replaced the bake ignitor. The bake is working good now.

I replaced both oven door gaskets. Working great now.

"Replaced the bad drain pump assembly today. Now it fills, agitates, drains and spins awesome."

"Installed new water valve from last diagnosis. After installed tested ice maker and dispenser. Also ran water multiple times through, to make sure no leaks are present. Everything is working properly and no leaks.

The customer said the refrigerator makes a buzzing sound for about 10 top second spot every half an hour or so. I found they have an icemaker that was on the no water hooked up to it. I lifted the ice maker arm up and showed them how to shut it off.

Installed shim kit so that door is level across top. And installed new flapper. Door closes great now.

When the drum spins it makes a loud squeal. I removed the drum and found the idler was stuck and not spinning freely. I quoted the repair. I replaced the idler and oiled the rollers. The dryer was clean inside.

"Right hinge for freezer isnt tight. Found that it needed to be bent down, adjusted for a more secure fit. They said after the icemaker was replaced, the door hinge was loose. I also installed a shim/plastic washer on hinge to help make it tighter. Door closes great and hinge is nice and secure.

WANTS THE DOOR BOOT REPLACED. Installed new door boot and tested. Washer is now fixed.

The oven would not bake. I tested and found the bake ignitor is weak. I quoted for the ignitor and then replaced the bake ignitor. The bake is working good now.

"Found chipmunk that was dead in the dryer vent. Pulled out dryer and was right there. Removed chipmunk, dryer is working and vent is clear now. Dryer is working good."

Replaced bad Icemaker. New one cycles great now.

"Not draining, giving an OE error. Found an object stuck in the air gap. Cleaned it out, now it drains and runs great.

"Replaced ice maker, tested and ice maker cycles and and fills. Ice maker is working good."

The complaint is the microwave went dead while they were not using it. I found the breaker was tripped. I reset the breaker and now its working good. I tried it several times and now its working good.

"Back of range sparked, and then no burners or oven worked. Found one L2 wire that had popped off the back of the range. Adjusted the wire and reconnected it, tightening it behind screw. Also adjusted and tightened L1 and N. Now all burners and oven work great. Quoted to put circle connectors on ends of wires.

I replaced the sensor and its doing the same thing. Ive verified the water level is correct. The rotor still feels good to me. I ran the dishwasher without the rack and the spray arm and it still does it. I talked to Jared and he thinks I should try the rotor and if that doesnt fix then the stator. Unit not draining properly. Unit is slow drain. Unit has a very long drain hose. Vacuumed water hose seamed nice and clear. Next removed pump to inspect all looked and sounded good. Customers complaint not washing or filling. Found when you start the cycle just the drain continuously runs. Found an error for the pressure sensor. Removed sensor was all glogged up with slim. "TodY replaced the heat pump, the control board and the soil sensor. The dishwasher is working good and heating. At the end of the customer said that his son has hangs on the third rack and now its bent down. He would like to know if that could be fixed. I advise customer. Not sure if Beko will cover that so we need to send it in. I could not find a picture of it but what it needs is the third rack roller brackets. To me the brackets look like they are welded to the tub frame. Please see whats available and get approval. ; states that autho needed"

Found that the evaporator drain was frozen and when refrigerator goes into defrost mode it leaks into refrigerator instead of drip pan. Customer approved estimate for heat probe. "Complaints are, it will randomly drain, its loud sometimes and does not work well. I checked for faults. I listed the faults below. The main is for fault was for it not draining or its flooding. The washer drains just fine. The washer is getting no hot water but the valve buzzes. I verified hot water is supplied. The water valve is bad. The pressure sensor on the board is bad so it also needs a board. The agitator wash plate is stopped and just spins freely. The tines on the transmission shaft are also stripped. It will need a transmission and wash plate. I advised the customer for sure the transmission is not covered. I advised him someone will call with a price. Also the main board will need to be located. 2 hours on return please. "FRESH FOOD IS WARM AGAIN. REDIAGNOSE BEFORE INSTALLING BOARD. Customer had refrigerator unplugged and it was room temperature when I got here. Inspected and tested. I ran refrigerator through diagnostics and sensors, fans, damper were all working. I disassembled FF evaporator cover and inspected and all looks good. I sprayed canned air on the sensor until the heater came on and it got hot. Everything is testing good. "Icemaker has been making slushy ice the past month. Found a crack thats bigger than last time I was here, on the side of the housing. Housing cant be replaced. Outside air from the fresh food section is coming into the icemaker, and now its a big block of frost in the fan area, so cold air is not getting drawn from freezer into the icemaker. RJ not sure what to do on this. We did the new Icemaker, control board, adjusted the water dispenser for the icemaker, new Icemaker dispenser door flap assembly, new Icemaker and bin, and customer said it worked for 3 months before it started having issues again. Should we submit for authorization for all of these parts again, along with new Icemaker housing - although the housing looks attached to rest of fridge: dont think thats an option. ; O-emld tckt"

Ice maker cycles and with wire unplugged from water valve i get 120v when plugged in i do not get 120v at water valve leads.I plugged suicide cord to wall and i get 120v at the valve and valve does not activate. Bad water valve.According to PW needs autho. Water valve part# WP2307650; saved tckt

The microwave was dead. I checked the fuse and found the filter board fuse was bad. I replaced the 20 amp fuse and tested the microwave. The microwave is heating and sounds normal. I opened and closed the door several times and it did not pop the fuse. No other issues found.

"Replaced broken door gasket, and took off evaporator cover and steamed out the drain which was iced over. Cleaned up all the water. Runs great now."

"Customer complaint is, USING RINSE AID BUT THE DISHES ARE STILL WET. Inspected and tested. Model and serial tag is missing. Dishwasher filter was really dirty. Rinse aid is low. Cleaned out filter and started a service function test. Test ran through with no errors and when the heater was on it was drawing over 9 amps. Everything was working in service test. Customer said that when the water hasnt been used for a while at the sink it takes a while for it to get hot. I recommended customer run water at sink until it gets hot before starting dishwasher and making sure to keep the rinse aid full. Also underneath the sink the drain is a goofy setup and probably will eventually become a issue for draining."

E24 error and water still inside when cycle is over. Found that the drain pump is running but is draining very slow. Found that there was debris stuck in the drain line. Was able to fish out debris. Dishwasher now drains and is working good.

Today I replaced the ice maker and turned it back on. The new ice maker cycled. I advised the customer to dump out the first batch of ice. Allow 24 hours for it to make ice and fill the bucket.

"Customer complaint is, BUZZING, WONT START. Inspected and tested. Found the dryer would only sporadically start, otherwise the relay was just clicking. When the relay would just click, there was no voltage being sent to the motor. The main board has failed.

I replaced the power switch and button. I tried it several times and its working great. The customer also tried it and she said it felt better.

"Customer complaint is, THE TIMER KNOB BROKE OFF. Inspected and found the timer knob shaft broke off the timer. Needs a new timer.

This is a top mount unit. The customer said the fridge and freezer has slowly got warmer and warmer . The customer has it set to the max cold setting and the freezer is barely freezing. I removed the evaporator cover and it has a low frost pattern. The unit is low on charge. I advised the customer it would be better to buy new.

"Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING... MAKING LOUD HUMMING SOUND BUZZING.. REF IS NOTICABLE.. FREEZER STILL FREEZING. Inspected and tested. Freezer is 0F and FF is 60F. Disassembled FF evaporator cover and found the fan has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new FF evaporator fan and tested. Fan is working great. Refrigerator is now fixed.

I verify that the front felt seal was ripping down the center and sticking out. I removed the drum and then removed the old seal and glued the new one on. I ran the dryer for five minutes and it sounds good.

Customer complaint is that the unit stopped cooling. Customer said it was next day everything is warm. Compressor is running but has equal pressure which means a bad compressor. Installed new compressor and filter. Pressure and vacuum tested unit. Filled with Freon and let unit drop 15 degrees before I left.

Installed plug from last diagnosis. Then went through test mode and everything is working properly, no issues

"Stops after 5 minutes. Pause on display. Wont restart. Door is unlocked and cant lock it again. Found a bad door latch assembly. Replaced assembly, now it instantly locks, and doesnt stop. Works great.

"Dryer tumbles but doesnt heat. Found that heat is coming on but then shuts off within 5 seconds. I disconnected dryer vent and tested temperature and it is cycling to 200 which is normal and when i attach the vent the heat cuts off, dryer is short cycling. Dryer vent is 20 feet high from outside house. I took picture and showed customer that it is clogged and the mesh filter is not necessary as long as the vent has a flap. Dryer itself is heating and working good."

Customer said it will take a long time to preheat or never reach set temperature.Found that the bake element is shorted (open) not related to cooling fan i replaced. Found that there is a sealed system leak. (See picture) only %5 frost pattern. online it shows that it may have a 5 year sealed system warranty but im not sure if it includes this model. "Found that wine cooler showed HI on both sides and compressor and condenser fan was not running. I power cycled wine cooler and compressor and fans turn on and both sides are starting to cool. "Not agitating or spinning. Found a bad transmission, coupling, clutch. Cap sparked when I was disconnecting it. Will replace cap but not charge for that part. Coming back Wednesday to install. "Customer complaint is, WATER STAYING IN THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT. Customer said it goes through the cycle perfectly and dishes are clean, just theres standing water in the bottom at the end. He can hit cancel and it drains out perfectly every time. Inspected and tested. I filled and drained dishwasher 4 times and it worked perfectly. I removed drain hose underneath the sink and vacuumed out the water from the hose and got good suction at the drain pump. Removed drain pump and didnt find debris. "The dryer was noisy squeaking. I found the idler pulley was stuck and the belt was frayed . I used all the parts from the rebuild kit so I replaced the idler pulley ,belt and all four rollers. I vacuumed up all the Lenten side and then I clean the dryer duct from the outside in. Replaced defrost sensor and moved it. Replaced evap fan motor. Middle freezer bin and ice bin. Tested and refrigerator is cooling and working good.

Installed part from last diagnosis. Once installed tested multiple times works properly now.

The complaint was the whole panel is blank and does not respond. I verified that the power button does not work. I am getting 120 volts to the dishwasher. I am plugged the cable from the display board and plugged it back in and now the dishwasher is working. All connections are tight. I quoted the customer for a new panel assembly.
