Upon inspection tested unit with the kick plate off verified unit wasnt leaking from any components found that the unit was leaning forward improper installation of dishwasher. Water marks on floor indicated it was leaking over the seal. Inspected bottom door seal and rubber door gasket seal verified both were proper. No brakes unit is working great re-leveled tested verify its not leaking done completed.

Customer states the washer will not turn on, checked and the washer has power. Plugged in the washer and cycled and tested checked for codes. The wash has no codes, suspect the issue is the control board. The customer is going to use the washer for now and will be replacing the unit

Customer complaint is a E2F2 communication error. Disassembled user interface, cleaned and re-seated all connections within user interface and connections between user interface and main control board. Unit is now operating properly

Complaint to his unit not heating. Disassemble on phone that the thermal fuse is bad. Quoted bluebook for replacement replace thermal fuse tested unit. Unit is now working properly.

Uninstalled dishwasher from cut out use floor mat shopvacced out all the water inside tub removed and replaced drain pump assembly installed with new drain pump assembly verified two different times that it wasnt leaking and it was draining correctly units fixed no leaks done completed !

Uninstalled microwave took completely apart removed old fan assembly thats defective. Replaced it with new fan assembly. Put microwave back together verified its working properly tested great while heating as well

Replaced faulty wiper gasket and door gasket on dishwasher. Started unit and verified dishwasher no longer leaks out the door. Dishwasher is fixed.
