Customer complaint is that unit is not cooling. On arrival found pressures of 80psi high 60psi low. Pressures indicate a failed compressor. Replaced compressor and unit is now operating properly.

Went through diagnostics no faults checked dryer venting going outside had great venting put my meter and tested heat and fluctuation inside the drum at high heat. Low heat verified sensor dry with the moisture sensor strips were working properly. Unit is working great done completed.

Used key to open box and manually click timer into cycle to test! Unit had fried wires, a complete obstruction and blower wheel housing shown in pictures. Removed obstruction use proper gauge wire and fix to high limit thermostat wire to heater that was fried cut off Compromised fried wires properly verified resistance and tested every fuse verifying they were working, took apart heating element verified. There wasnt a grounded element. Put unit back together tested working great.

GE top load washer has standing water and customer is unable to get washer to drain. Found standing water in tub upon arrival. Started drain and spin cycle. Found that timer would count down but drain pump nor gear case is being energized. Plugged in smart HQ. Checked for fault codes. Several fault codes stored but none for no drain issue. Clear all fault codes. Found has software update. Preformed software update. Verified door lock is in working order. Unplugged smart HQ. Started drain spin again. Washer drain pump then energized and drained all standing water without issue and reached high speed spin. Cancelled cycle and started quick washer. Allowed washer to fill with water and begin agitation. Canceled cycle. Started drain and spin. Washer is draining all water properly at this time. If issue returns recommend main control board replacement

Replaced spark module board. Tested and bake and broil now heat. Oven preheated and cycling temperatures are correct. Range is working good.

Returned installed new board cycled and tested, the cook top is working as it should.

Upon inspection of dryer unit has a bad drive motor I tried taking a part and seeing if theres any fried wire harnesses in hopes that it was OK also checked centrifugal switch that switch is defective along with an over amping gave customer quote and best interest and information with brands I would go with new !

Called tech line ! Documented in emails pictures of a foreign substance located behind back panel. Unit very much smells like a breakdown of chemicals . Advised customer don use it. Tech line says customer relations and higher ups at ge will reach out to customer in 48hours . Substance felt and looked like silicone . Were done close this out! I gave customer me cell number in regards to what the solution they give him is because its good to know what they say or will do for him . Done completed File number/case number # 16284856

I met a mechanical contractor that removed the ductwork connecting the microwave to the outside fixture. We lowered the microwave & removed the exhaust fan assembly. I secured the power harness to its dedicated female end and screwed in the new exhaust fan assembly. We mounted the microwave back into is cabinet and tested my repair. The exhaust fan operates perfectly on high, medium and low speeds. 5304523280 exhaust fan User interface boosted installed previously too.No need for additional parts or repair visits.
