Complaint was unit not draining Uninstalled unit cleaned out plastic stuck in check valve. Issue fixed.

I replaced the dispenser flap motor and the dispenser flap. The dispenser flap opens all the way now and closes right.

The oven will not maintain temp. both bake and broil got cherry red. the customer said they had a pizza in for 20 minutes and it was mush and barely warm. I am assuming a relay on the board is failing. Please troubleshoot first. (by FW)

Soap pod fell in the dispenser but was not yet wet at all. She started a normal cycle and the motor never came on. This unit takes a stock motor. (by FW)

"Neither oven bakes. The upper oven does not glow at all, the lower oven glows but does not ignite. I am guessing it needs two new igniters. (by FW)"

I replaced the loud stir motor and tested by microwaving water. The microwave its now fixed.

I verified the board was defective. I found some of the capacitors on the main board have failed. I replaced the main board . Its all working good now.

I adjusted the dishwasher nos it was parallel with the countertop. The unit was not installed properly it has side to side movement that is causing the cabinet front to touch the cabinet faces on either sides of the dishwasher. I showed these details to the customer and reiterated the need for proper mounting. He understood and was happy with the work completed.

"The customer said it is leaking from the door. The load she ran today did not leak. She wiped down the glass on the door and is going to run a few loads and see if it still leaks. "Washer wont spin often. Had a rebuilt tranny put in. New clutch, lid switch and drain pump. A bolt was loose on tranny, screws loose on motor, and agitator loose. Uninstalled and reinstalled everything, and tightened screws for lid hinges. Ran on all settings and runs great now. Told customer if it starts clicking again, in next few days I am happy to come back. But that after coming back my recommendation will most likely to get an oem tranny and do a new clutch too."

"Customer complaint is, SHUTS OFF AFTER RUNNING FOR A FEW MINUTES AND SAYS COMPLETE. Found the shifter has failed. Needs a new shifter. Quoted customer $210. to install new shifter. Customer approved repairs. Installed new shifter and still did not fix it. Found the magnet on the slider actuator is not attached. Needs a new slider actuator. I removed the shifter and put the old one back in. Quoted customer $167. to install new actuator. Customer approved repairs. Part is not in stock anywhere. Customer complains of a whirling noise. upon arrival and inspection I found the fridge is working as designed but had a fan noise. I inspected and found the unit has not been cleaned in many years. I cleaned the compressor cavity and whirling noise continues. no power user found this unit is affected by a manufactures defect which is not covered with his warranty.

The freezer section was not cooling at all and the fan was not running. The fresh food section was cooling and the fan would run. When I put the unit into diagnostics I could get both fans to run and the freezer evaporator to cool. After I took it out of diagnostics it seem that the freezer section was now working and the fan was running. Advise the customer that the main control needs to be replaced but it might work until I come back.; ordrd 1 WRF757SDEM00 (Main control)

Customer complaint washer leaks when its used. Upon arrival and inspection I found the drain hose was not seated in the standpipe and it came loose and was spraying water all over the room. I placed hose back into standpipe and recommended customer secured to the wall. Zero washer is now fixed

"The customer said it was leaking out the back while they were washing blankets and sheets. I filled to the top, let wash and then drain and spin. I tried about 4 times with a load and it never leaked for me. The customer also said when it was leaking the load was very off balanced. Everything on the washer looks good. I think the load was off balance enough that caused the water to splash out the back, probably in rinse cycle."

Customer complains to dishwasher does not drain and is not cleaning well. Upon arrival and inspection I found a new disposer that was installed had the plug still in place on the drain line. I remove the plug the dishwasher drains perfectly now. I ran into their service diagnostics and found the circulation pump works sporadically. I also found a diverter motor would not index at continued to try to find its position and would not index. Part is on order.; schdld next appmnt for 4/26 MON !

"Complaint was unit not draining. Unit hard piped from the basement, we cant uninstall unit. I was able to get unit to drain but if this comes back they will have to have a plumber replumb unit or have it uninstalled for us due to the plumbing issues."

"Customer complaint is, EC LE- not starting. Found the dishwasher doesnt start and gives a LE error. I was going to pull it out to diagnose further, but cant get it out from the cabinet because they put the flooring in after the dishwasher and its to high. Customer needs to remove the dishwasher before we can service the dishwasher. I let the tenant know and he said he would talk to the owner. Customer removed dishwasher. I was now able to diagnose further and found the wire harness in the door is all melted into the black goo that they put on the inside of the door and some of the wires are severed. Also the drain hose is split open. This dishwasher is in rough shape and some parts are NLA. Dishwasher needs to be replaced. Angie please submit for replacement helper."

"Customer complaint is, KEEPS MAKING DRAINING NOISE & WONT GO INTO CYCLE- KEEPS TRYING TO DRAIN BUT THERES NO WATER. Found the board has failed and the drain pump is leaking. to install new board and drain pump. Customer declined repairs and is going to replace the washer."

I replaced the door boot. Ran and checked for leaks. No more leaks its all good.

Oven light not working. Also customer said grates scratched the finish on top console next to the grates. (See picture) i explained it is minor scratches that are cosmetic caused by normal usage and not covered.Light bulb was burnt out. Replaced light build and oven light turns on. Washer getting OE error after washing rug and not draining. Took out drain trap and was clogged with rug debris. I showed customer how to check in future. Tested and washer drains and is working good.No extra charge.

When the washer is fully loaded its sassing down so much the pulley runs against the bottom. To me the frame looked ok. Im ordering the shocks but I will inspect again before I replace parts. The customer said that if the ice maker is on and they dispenser ice from the dispenser that eventually ice in the bucket will clump together and freeze and then water will drip from the dispenser flap. I found that most of the time when the flap should open all the way its only opening partially the whole way. Im ordering the flap and dispenser motor. "Customer complaint is, DOOR JUST FALLS DOWN. Found one of the door spring bushings is broken. Needs two new bushings. Installed new bushings and tested. Door does not fall open anymore, but now I can see why it broke. The dishwasher leg and side rail are bent, like it got dropped when it was being installed. Its working for now, but I think this is going to continue to be a issue in the future. Customer was fine with using it like it was, but if it continues to be a issue, the dishwasher is going to need to be replaced."

The grey water from the dishwasher is backing up into the sink. Looked at the sink set up on Streem and this has to be a plugged drain on the kitchne sink. Please call into AHS and have this billed out. Labor is $100 for us. (by FW)

The dryer is noisy. It seems like it make a quick noise with each revolution of the drum. Maybe there is azipper stuck in felt or something. I have no idea what it is. (by FW)

Customer is not sure on error code but says it is a drain error code. They get the code once a week or so. I am guessing the filter needs to be cleaned. (by FW)
