The gas company was out because the customer had a gas leak because one of the burner knobs was turned and letting gas out. He then checked the co from the oven vent. I dont think he tested it correctly. I did find the bake ignitor was weak. I replaced the bake ignitor. For me the oven and cooktop is working fine. I found no issues with the bake burner or how it was heating the flame around the bake burner is good. There is no issue with the oven. The customer wants a quote for the inner door glass. The Sears parts diagram showed it was number 16 but does not list a part number for 16. ; used 1 5303935066 (FLAT IGNITER) from stock

"Customer complaint is, LITTLE TO NO WATER PRESSURE AND ICE MAKER IS FREEZING UP. Found the water valve has failed and is leaking and freezing up the water chute and ice maker. Removed water supply line from the valve and the water is really brown and chunky. The water supply line that goes from the valve to the filter is really brown from rust and needs to be replaced. Quoted customer $290. to install new valve, new water supply line from valve to filter and defrost the ice maker. I advised the customer to have the rusty water problem fixed before we do the repairs. Customer is going to call us and reschedule when they get it fixed. I think if we fixed it now there going to have the same problem again."

"Right door doesnt close unless you push it. Customer said shed prefer to have the white plastic hook off of the bottom of the door, so that she can close it without any resistance. I removed that. Also adjusted the fridge so its level now, not tipping forward like it was before. Door closes great and seals. I told her it naturally has a hitch to the right door. If she has issues with the door not sealing in the future, we will need to put that white hook/latch on (order a new one).Also has a cracked cover for the bottom drawer. With it disconnected at 190. 22mph behind dryer airflow. 18 outside, just after 8 feet.Also had a broken door latch, and metal is bent up around the latch area. Did my best to get the metal around the latch bent back how it should be. Put new latch in that latches much better, but the latch has play and doesnt stay super secure. No way to make it more secure.Also checked wash that was spinning out and clothes still somewhat wet and bearing seems to have some play. So told customer to get vent cleaned. And explained that the dryer door was probably periodically popping open during dry cycle. And also to keep an eye on how wet clothes are after wash. ; used 1 279570 (Latch) from stock"

"Fridge freeing food, eggs specifically. Customer was loading the fridge improperly the eggs were sitting right in front of the air inlet. I took temperatures and found the fridge to be 40°F throughout. The freezer was at 2 1/2°F which is perfect. The customer was keeping the temperature at the recommended 38° setting. I recommended the customer make a few behavior changes with loading the fridge as well as adjusting the temperatures upward as needed giving 24 hours after an adjustment to see progress. No issues were found with the fridge its cooling as designed."

This was keeping the door from opening completely. The right hand mounting bracket had fallen loose and screw had fallen out. Upon arrival and inspection I found the rear main bearing is failing there is a 1/16th to an 1/8th inch play in the bearing. Found there was a little bit of buildup in the hose that goes from the air gap to the garbage disposal. Sucked it out with my vacuum and now its draining great.
