Customer states no cool, compressor not running, replaced inverter control that customer supplied and tested, unit is now cooling instructed customer to wait 24hrs for unit to return to normal operation

Found rack pieces off and not sliding good. Had to fully disassemble racks and reassemble and get parts snapped in properly. Once in tested. Good to go. Also helped customer fix her light for oven and gave her light fixture part numbers. and gave rough estimate on microwave.

Call arrival opened up the machine and discovered a snagged wire for the concentration pump. Repaired the wire and moved it out of the way. Tested machine seems to be working properly.

I looked over the compressor, filter drier, condenser coil/fan, evaporator coil/fans to search for any possible source for a vibration noise problem. I moved the evaporator suction line back away from the cover. The compressor suction and discharge lines do not touch anything else and neither does both ends of the condenser coil. There is not a malfunction that is causing the refrigerator to hum more loudly at some times than others. The compressor that replaced the defective unit is more powerful and the main pcb has been updated to run it.

Found that the fresh food evaporator fan motor is not running, bad fan. Customer approved estimate. Replaced fan motor and did software update, tested and refrigerator is cooling and working well.
